Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As described in the background section, in daily life, there are some situations that want to reject others or want to get out of way, but they do not mean to directly explain due to face obstruction or other reasons, such as being entangled by a salesman during shopping, being unsatisfied in a party but needing to draw one way out, etc. For these situations, people generally inform friends to help to dial a phone call to themselves, so that people can take a body out of their way on the assumption of something. However, the behavior of notifying the friend to assist in matching with analog dialing is not timely, and the whole process is not natural, so that the method has an uncontrollable problem for the user of the electronic equipment, namely the user of the electronic equipment is not clear that the friend can not dial on time. Therefore, there is a need to provide an incoming call processing method, which can simulate an incoming call to enable a user of an electronic device to take a sample on the assumption of something.
However, in the existing call simulation mode, only fixed simulation contacts can be provided, and the contact persons simulating incoming calls are not correspondingly adapted to different communication objects, so that the applicability to various scenes is poor, the application range is not wide enough, and the whole call effect is not natural easily.
In order to solve the problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an incoming call processing method, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an incoming call processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention; the method is applied to the electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
s101, receiving a first target input of an electronic equipment user;
the first target input here refers to an input operation that triggers an analog incoming function. The electronic device user is a user currently holding the electronic device.
S102, responding to the first target input, and identifying target identity information of a target user;
the target user here refers to a user that the electronic device can recognize, and since the electronic device cannot recognize the user identity that is too far away from the electronic device itself, the target user here refers to an object that is currently communicating with the electronic device user, such as a salesperson who is selling the electronic device user, a parent who has a conversation with the electronic device user, and the like. Since the user of the electronic device does not want to continue talking with the target user at this time, the function of simulating incoming calls needs to be triggered.
S103, selecting a target contact person according to the target identity information;
in order to avoid that the target user recognizes that the subsequent incoming call is a simulated incoming call but not a normal incoming call, the contact person of the subsequent simulated incoming call needs to be selected according to the identity of the target user.
And S104, establishing a simulated incoming call with the target contact.
Specific implementations of the above steps will be described in detail below.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the first target input of the electronic equipment user, the target identity information of the target user is identified, that is, the user knows who the object currently communicating with the electronic equipment user is, and then selects a proper target contact according to the target identity information, and the target contact is used as a contact simulating incoming call triggered subsequently. By the method, different contact persons simulating incoming calls can be selected according to different target users, so that the effect of the whole simulated incoming call is more natural, the method can be applied to various scenes, and the application range is wide.
Optionally, the type of the first target input may be a gesture input, that is, a specific gesture is used to characterize and trigger the simulated incoming call function. In the case that the simulated incoming call function is triggered by the gesture input control, S102 may include:
recognizing gesture information input by a first target through a millimeter wave component;
and under the condition that the gesture information is matched with a preset trigger gesture, responding to the first target input, and identifying target identity information of a target user.
In this embodiment, a preset trigger gesture is pre-stored in the electronic device, and when the millimeter wave component recognizes that the electronic device user has made the preset trigger gesture, the millimeter wave component triggers the incoming call simulation function to start recognizing the target identity information of the target user. The gesture control mode can accurately and conceivably realize the purpose of triggering the function of simulating the incoming call under the condition that the user of the electronic equipment is inconvenient to directly operate the electronic equipment. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates two preset trigger gestures provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Of course, the above embodiments are only two specific examples, and the specific gesture content of the preset trigger gesture is not limited in the present invention.
In addition, in the above embodiments, gesture information is recognized through the millimeter wave component, where the millimeter wave component is integrated in the electronic device, and the millimeter wave component needs to be associated with an analog incoming call function. In other embodiments, the recognition of the gesture information may be performed in other manners, such as image recognition.
In addition, the triggering of the simulated incoming call function through the preset triggering gesture is only a specific implementation scheme, and in other embodiments, the simulated incoming call function may be triggered in other manners, for example, by clicking a preset control displayed on a desktop of the electronic device, performing a sliding input on a screen of the electronic device according to a preset track, or pressing a specific key on the electronic device through a preset key manner, or the like. The present invention does not limit the type of the first target input and the specific manner of triggering the analog incoming call function.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the S102 may include:
and identifying the target identity information of the target user by a voiceprint identification technology or an image identification technology.
Since a certain distance exists between the target user and the electronic device in the process of communicating between the electronic device user and others, the target identity information of the target user cannot be identified in a too close distance manner. Based on this, this embodiment can be comparatively accurate discernment target user's identity through the mode of voiceprint recognition or image recognition to confirm that the electronic equipment user is exchanging with who.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to realize the purpose of identifying the identity of the target user through the voiceprint recognition technology, semantic analysis needs to be performed on the call content in the daily call to obtain the call of each call object, such as "dad", "aunt", "boss", "client", "sushi", and the voiceprint of the call object is extracted, and meanwhile, the extracted voiceprint is associated with identity information in combination with the remark name of the current call object in the electronic device, and the corresponding relationship between each voiceprint and the identity information is stored.
Optionally, the identifying the target identity information of the target user through the voiceprint recognition technology may include:
calling an audio module to collect the speaking voice of a target user;
identifying a target voiceprint of the spoken voice;
and determining target identity information corresponding to the target voiceprint based on the corresponding relation between the prestored voiceprint and the identity information.
It should be noted that, since the voiceprints collected according to the daily call of the electronic device user are limited, and after the subsequent electronic device user triggers the analog incoming call function, the collected voiceprints may be voiceprints of strangers, such as salesmen, in this case, the target identity information of the target user cannot be obtained according to the voiceprints, which results in a situation of identification failure.
In another embodiment, to achieve the purpose of being able to identify the identity of the target user through the image recognition technology, it is also necessary to collect face feature information of a call object in daily communication, for example, during a video call, and obtain a name of each call object according to call content, and associate identity information with the extracted face feature information in combination with a remark name of the current call object in the electronic device, and store a corresponding relationship between each face feature information and the identity information.
Optionally, the identifying the target identity information of the target user by the image recognition technology may include:
a camera is called to collect a face image of a target user;
identifying target face characteristic information of the face image;
and determining target identity information corresponding to the target face feature information based on the corresponding relation between the face feature information and the identity information which are stored in advance.
It should be noted that, because the facial feature information collected according to the daily call of the electronic device user is limited, after the subsequent electronic device user triggers the analog incoming call function, the collected facial feature information may be information of a stranger, such as a salesperson, in this case, the target identity information of the target user cannot be obtained according to the facial feature information, which results in a situation of failed recognition.
Since the main purpose of simulating the incoming call is to reject the target user, in order to avoid the help, it is necessary to ensure that the contact displayed in the simulated incoming call is different from the target user as much as possible, based on this, in another embodiment of the present invention, the above S103 may include:
under the condition that a target user corresponding to the target identity information is a first contact person in the electronic equipment, selecting any one contact person except the first contact person in the electronic equipment as a target contact person;
and under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information is not any contact person in the electronic equipment, selecting a first preset contact person in the electronic equipment as a target contact person.
Under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information is identified to belong to the contact persons stored in the electronic equipment, in order to avoid wearing help, a contact person different from the target user needs to be selected as the target contact person. For example, if the target user is mom, the target contact may be a corporate colleague; when the target user is a business associate or friend, then the target contact may be a family. In this way, the situation that the contact displayed in the simulated incoming call is the same as the target user can be avoided as much as possible under the condition that the identity of the target user is successfully identified, namely the target user is a person known by the user of the electronic equipment.
Similarly, when the target user does not belong to any contact person stored in the electronic device, the identification fails at this time, which indicates that the target user is not a person familiar with the electronic device user, and the identity information of the target user is not stored in the electronic device, so that a first preset contact person can be selected as the target contact person, where the first preset contact person can be a name with relatively high universality, such as "strong brother", "red sister", and the like, thereby facilitating the explanation by the electronic device user.
In addition, optionally, under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information is not any contact person in the electronic device, any contact person in the electronic device may also be selected as the target contact person. The method can also ensure that the target contact person is not the same as the target user, thereby improving the natural degree of the simulated incoming call.
In other embodiments of the present invention, S103 may specifically include:
under the condition that a target user corresponding to the target identity information belongs to a first contact person group in the electronic equipment, selecting any contact person which does not belong to the first contact person group in the electronic equipment as a target contact person;
and under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information does not belong to any contact person group in the electronic equipment, selecting any contact person in the contact person group as a target contact person.
In this embodiment, the pre-stored contacts are classified into different contact groups, the grouping basis mainly includes the name of the contact by the user of the electronic device during the previous call and the remark of the contact in the electronic device, and each contact group should have common features, such as a family relative group, a company co-worker group, and other groups.
Subsequently, in case of successful identification and the target user belongs to the previously set first group of contacts, a contact belonging to a different group from the target user is selected as the target contact. For example, if the target user belongs to a family group, the target contact may be a contact in a group of business associates; when the target user belongs to a group of business associates or friends, then the target contact may be a contact in a group of family. By the method, under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information belongs to the contact person in the electronic equipment, namely the target user is a person known by the user of the electronic equipment, the situation that the contact person simulating the incoming call is the same as the target user can be avoided as much as possible. Similarly, under the condition that the target user does not belong to any contact person group set before, therefore, at the moment, any contact person in all the existing contact person groups is directly selected, namely, the target contact person can be ensured not to be the same as the target user, and the nature degree and the reliability degree of the simulated incoming call are improved.
It should be noted that the target user corresponding to the target identity information does not belong to any contact person group in the electronic device, and one of the two cases is that the target user does not belong to any contact person in the electronic device, that is, the identification fails; and the other is that only part of the contacts in the electronic equipment belong to the contact group, and the target user does not belong to any one contact group but belongs to the contacts of the electronic equipment. For the first case, the first preset contact may be selected as the target contact subsequently in the manner of the foregoing embodiment, which is not limited by the present invention.
In addition, in order to ensure higher controllability of the analog incoming call, in some embodiments of the present invention, the above S103 may include:
and in the case that the target user belongs to the contact in the electronic equipment, selecting the contact pre-associated with the target identity information as the target contact.
In this embodiment, a contact is associated with each target user of the identity information in advance, and the corresponding relationship between the identity information and the contact is obtained and stored. After the simulated incoming call function is triggered, if the currently identified target user belongs to the contact in the electronic equipment, the target contact related to the target identity information is determined directly according to the corresponding relation stored before, the method can ensure that the contact displayed during the simulated incoming call is the contact preset by the target user, and the electronic equipment user can know in advance which contact is displayed during the simulated incoming call, so that the electronic equipment user can conveniently select a proper debit.
In order to ensure the authenticity of the analog incoming call, in some embodiments of the present invention, the S104 may include:
displaying a display interface simulating incoming calls and playing a preset incoming call ringtone; the display interface at least comprises information of the target contact person, an answering control and a hang-up control. The display interface may specifically include an interactive interface that is the same as a normal contact call.
In order to enable the user of the electronic device to conveniently borrow the contact displayed on the display interface of the analog incoming call after triggering the analog incoming call, in this embodiment, the analog incoming call has the same incoming call characteristics as the normal incoming call, including incoming call ringing, an interactive interface and the like, and the user of the electronic device can answer the incoming call or hang up the incoming call and the like in the interactive interface in the same way as the normal incoming call. The setting mode can greatly improve the authenticity of the simulated incoming call and avoid being torn down and penetrated by a target user.
In a further embodiment, the playing the preset incoming call ringtone may include:
acquiring average environment volume;
setting the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone to be higher than the average environment volume, and presetting the difference value between the volume of the incoming call ringtone and the average environment volume as a preset volume value
The purpose of the simulated incoming call is to inform the electronic equipment that the user needs to answer the call, so that the user can take off the body conveniently. Therefore, in this embodiment, the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone is set to be higher than the average ambient volume, so that the simulated incoming call can be ensured to be heard by the user of the electronic device as much as possible.
Considering that the volume of the incoming call ringtone may still not be enough to prompt the user of the electronic device and the current target user, the present invention further provides another embodiment, in playing the preset incoming call ringtone, further comprising:
receiving a volume adjustment input of a user of the electronic device;
and responding to the volume adjustment input, and adjusting the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone.
In this embodiment, the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone can be further adjusted through the volume adjustment input of the user of the electronic device, so that the incoming call ringtone of the simulated incoming call can be ensured to be heard by the user of the electronic device and the target user. In order to ensure privacy of volume adjustment, the volume adjustment input may be a gesture input, for example, the volume adjustment input may include two gestures, namely, an up gesture and a down gesture, to respectively control volume up and volume down, as shown in fig. 3, where fig. 3 illustrates two volume adjustment gestures provided in an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, if the gesture of increasing or decreasing the volume made by the user of the electronic device is repeatedly detected, the volume change is performed once at preset time intervals, for example, 500 ms.
In other embodiments of the present invention, after S103, the method may further include:
receiving a second target input of the electronic device user;
and responding to the second target input, and adjusting the target contact person to be a second preset contact person associated with the second target input.
In order to improve the convenience of the user of the electronic device in using the simulated incoming call, after selecting the target contact, the user of the electronic device may adjust the target contact to a second preset contact associated with a second target input through the second target input, thereby improving the controllability of the simulated incoming call. The second target input may be a gesture input, and the electronic device user stores a corresponding relationship between the gesture and a second preset contact in the electronic device in advance. In addition, when the electronic device user inputs the second target input, the simulated incoming call may have been triggered, at this time, the contact displayed on the simulated incoming call display interface may be adjusted according to the second target input of the electronic device user, or when the electronic device user inputs the second target input, the simulated incoming call may not be triggered, but only the target contact is determined, and then the second preset contact associated with the second target input is subsequently and directly displayed on the simulated incoming call display interface. The scheme is also suitable for the situation when the user is harassed, and the second preset contact person is set as a police station, so that the user can be used as a warning means to guarantee the safety of the user.
In order to improve the authenticity of the simulated incoming call, in some embodiments of the present invention, after S104, the method may further include:
and shielding the incoming call ringtone of the contact person under the condition of receiving the incoming call of the contact person, and prompting the user of the electronic equipment in a preset mode.
In the embodiment, the incoming call ringtone of the incoming call of the contact is shielded under the condition that the incoming call of the contact is received, so that the condition that the electronic equipment sends the incoming ringtone in the process of simulating the call can be avoided, and the authenticity of the simulated incoming call is improved. And the possibility that the user of the electronic equipment misses the real incoming call can be reduced by prompting the user of the electronic equipment. Here, the contact call refers to an actual call. In addition, in the process of simulating the call, the electronic equipment is in an answering state and is close to the ear of the user of the electronic equipment, so that the influence on the hearing of the user of the electronic equipment can be reduced by shielding the incoming call ringtone.
Because the prompt of the preset mode is used for prompting the user of the electronic device in the process of simulating the call, it is necessary to avoid that the target user perceives the current simulated call, and for this purpose, the preset mode may be to control the electronic device to vibrate according to a preset vibration mode, or to control a prompt lamp on the electronic device to flash according to a preset mode, and the specific content of the preset mode is not limited in the present invention.
In addition, optionally, under the condition that the incoming call of the contact person is received, the display interface on the electronic equipment can display the interactive interface of the incoming call of the contact person, so that a user of the electronic equipment can answer the incoming call of the contact person in time; or the notification information of the incoming call of the contact person may be displayed in a notification bar of the electronic device, and the specific manner is not limited in the present invention.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, after S104, the method may further include:
receiving a third target input of the electronic device user;
recognizing gesture information in a third target input;
in a case where the gesture information matches a preset hang-up gesture, the incoming call is simulated to hang up in response to a third target input.
In the process of simulating the incoming call, the user of the electronic equipment may be inconvenient to click the hang-up control in the display interface of the simulated incoming call, so that in this case, the simulated incoming call can be hung up through the preset hang-up gesture. This way, convenience when the user of the electronic equipment hangs up the simulated incoming call is improved. The preset hang-up gesture may be a fist making gesture, as shown in fig. 4, and fig. 4 illustrates a hang-up gesture provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the user of the electronic device may hang up the analog incoming call in other ways.
Based on the embodiment of the incoming call processing method provided by the above embodiment, correspondingly, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, and fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device includes:
a first receiving module 201, configured to receive a first target input of a user of an electronic device;
an identity recognition module 202 for recognizing target identity information of a target user in response to a first target input;
the contact person selection module 203 is used for selecting a target contact person according to the target identity information;
and the simulated incoming call module 204 is used for establishing simulated incoming calls with the target contact.
In the case that the simulated incoming call function is triggered through the gesture input control, the identification module 202 may be configured to:
recognizing gesture information input by a first target through a millimeter wave component; and under the condition that the gesture information is matched with the preset trigger gesture, responding to the first target input, and identifying the target identity information of the target user.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the identity module 202 may include any one of the following units:
the voiceprint recognition unit is used for recognizing the target identity information of the target user through a voiceprint recognition technology;
and the image identification unit is used for identifying the target identity information of the target user through an image identification technology.
Based on the above embodiment, in order to achieve the purpose of identifying the identity of the target user through the voiceprint recognition technology, it is necessary to perform semantic analysis on the call content in the daily call to obtain the name of each call object, extract the voiceprint of the call object, associate the extracted voiceprint with the identity information in combination with the remark name of the current call object in the electronic device, and store the corresponding relationship between each voiceprint and the identity information.
Optionally, the voiceprint recognition unit may be configured to:
calling an audio module to collect the speaking voice of a target user; identifying a target voiceprint of the spoken voice; and determining target identity information corresponding to the target voiceprint based on the corresponding relation between the prestored voiceprint and the identity information.
Optionally, the image recognition unit may be configured to:
a camera is called to collect a face image of a target user; identifying target face characteristic information of the face image; and determining target identity information corresponding to the target face feature information based on the corresponding relation between the face feature information and the identity information which are stored in advance.
Based on this, in other embodiments of the present invention, the contact selection module 203 may be configured to:
under the condition that a target user corresponding to the target identity information is a first contact person in the electronic equipment, selecting any one contact person except the first contact person in the electronic equipment as a target contact person;
and under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information is not any contact person in the electronic equipment, selecting a first preset contact person in the electronic equipment as a target contact person.
When the target user corresponding to the target identity information is identified to belong to the contact persons stored in the electronic equipment, a contact person different from the target user needs to be selected as the target contact person. In this way, the situation that the contact displayed in the simulated incoming call is the same as the target user can be avoided as much as possible under the condition that the identity of the target user is successfully identified, namely the target user is a person known by the user of the electronic equipment. Similarly, when the target user does not belong to any contact person stored in the electronic device, the identification fails at this time, which indicates that the target user is not a person familiar with the user of the electronic device, and the identity information of the target user is not stored in the electronic device, so that the first preset contact person can be selected as the target contact person, and the first preset contact person can be a general name, thereby facilitating the explanation of the user of the electronic device.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the contact selection module 203 may be configured to:

and under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information does not belong to any contact person group in the electronic equipment, selecting any contact person in the contact person group as a target contact person.
In this embodiment, the pre-stored contacts are classified into different contact groups, the grouping basis mainly includes the name of the contact by the user of the electronic device during the previous call and the remark of the contact in the electronic device, and each contact group should have a common characteristic.
Subsequently, in case of successful identification and the target user belongs to the previously set first group of contacts, a contact belonging to a different group from the target user is selected as the target contact. By the method, under the condition that the target user corresponding to the target identity information belongs to the contact person in the electronic equipment, namely the target user is a person known by the user of the electronic equipment, the situation that the contact person simulating the incoming call is the same as the target user can be avoided as much as possible. Similarly, under the condition that the target user does not belong to any contact person group set before, therefore, at the moment, any contact person in all the existing contact person groups is directly selected, namely, the target contact person can not be the same as the target user, and the nature degree of the simulated incoming call is improved.
Furthermore, in order to ensure higher controllability of the simulated incoming call, in still other embodiments of the invention, the contact selection module 203 may be configured to:
and in the case that the target user belongs to the contact in the electronic equipment, selecting the contact pre-associated with the target identity information as the target contact.
In this embodiment, a contact is associated with each target user of the identity information in advance, and the corresponding relationship between the identity information and the contact is obtained and stored. Subsequently, after the simulated incoming call function is triggered, if the currently identified target user belongs to the contacts in the electronic equipment, the target contacts related to the target identity information are directly determined according to the corresponding relation stored before, the method ensures that the contacts displayed during the simulated incoming call are the contacts preset by the target user for the target user familiar to the electronic equipment user, and the electronic equipment user can predict which contacts can be displayed during the simulated incoming call in advance, so that the electronic equipment user can conveniently select a proper debit.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the analog power-on module 204 may be configured to:
displaying a display interface simulating incoming calls and playing a preset incoming call ringtone; the display interface at least comprises information of the target contact person, an answering control and a hang-up control. The display interface may specifically include an interactive interface that is the same as a normal contact call.
In order to enable the user of the electronic device to conveniently use the contact displayed on the display interface of the analog incoming call as a debit account to take off after triggering the analog incoming call, in this embodiment, the analog incoming call has the same incoming call characteristics as the normal incoming call, including the incoming call ring tone, the interactive interface, and the like, and the user of the electronic device can answer the incoming call or hang up the incoming call in the interactive interface in the same manner as the normal incoming call. The setting mode can greatly improve the authenticity of the simulated incoming call and avoid being torn down and penetrated by a target user.
In a further embodiment, the analog incoming call module 204 may further include:
the volume setting unit is used for acquiring average environment volume; and setting the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone to be higher than the average environment volume, and setting the difference value between the volume of the incoming call ringtone and the average environment volume as a preset volume value.
In view of the fact that the volume of the incoming call ring tone may still be insufficient to alert the user of the electronic device and the current target user, the present invention further provides another embodiment, wherein the analog incoming call module 204 further includes:
the volume adjusting unit is used for receiving volume adjusting input of a user of the electronic equipment; and responding to the volume adjustment input, and adjusting the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone.
In this embodiment, the volume of the preset incoming call ringtone can be further adjusted through the volume adjustment input of the user of the electronic device, so that the incoming call ringtone can be ensured to be heard by the user of the electronic device and the target user. In order to ensure the secrecy of volume adjustment, the volume adjustment input may be a gesture input, for example, two gestures, i.e., up and down, may be included to respectively control volume up and volume down, and in addition, if a gesture of increasing or decreasing the volume made by a user of the electronic device is repeatedly detected, a volume change is performed at preset time intervals, for example, 500 ms.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device may further include:
the contact person adjusting module is used for receiving a second target input of the electronic equipment user; and responding to the second target input, and adjusting the target contact person to be a second preset contact person associated with the second target input.
In order to improve the convenience of the electronic device user when the simulated incoming call is used, after the target contact is selected, the electronic device user can adjust the target contact to a second preset contact associated with a second target input through the second target input, so that the controllability of the simulated incoming call is improved. The second target input may be a gesture input, and the electronic device user stores a corresponding relationship between the gesture and a second preset contact in the electronic device in advance.
In order to improve the realism of the simulated incoming call, in further embodiments of the invention, the electronic device further comprises:
and the prompting module is used for shielding the incoming call ringtone of the contact person under the condition of receiving the incoming call of the contact person and prompting the user of the electronic equipment in a preset mode.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device may further include:
the hang-up module is used for receiving a third target input of the electronic equipment user; recognizing gesture information in a third target input; in a case where the gesture information matches a preset hang-up gesture, the incoming call is simulated to hang up in response to a third target input.
