All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a call method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The communication method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 101: and when a call request is received, calling a camera to acquire a face image of a call user.
The call request may be that the home terminal call user sends a call connection request to the call contact person, or that the home terminal call user receives a call connection request sent by the call contact person, where the call contact person is an opposite terminal call user.
Step 102: and matching the face image with a prestored main face image.
The owner can prestore owner's face image, and the mobile terminal accessible matches the face image of the conversation user who gathers with owner's face image, confirms whether the conversation user is the owner. Specifically, if the collected face image of the calling user is matched with the face image of the owner, the calling user is determined to be the owner; and if the collected face image of the call user is not matched with the owner face image, determining that the call user is not the owner.
Step 103: and under the condition that the face image is not matched with the owner face image, correspondingly storing the face image, the voice record of the call and the identity information of the contact of the call.
And under the condition that the face image is not matched with the owner face image, determining that the calling user is not the owner. In order to ensure that the owner can acquire the related information of the call, the voice record of the call is recorded after the call between the call user and the call contact is successfully established, and the face image, the voice record of the call and the identity information of the call contact are correspondingly stored, so that the call time can be correspondingly stored. Preferably, the stored face image, the voice record of the call and the identity information of the contact person of the call can be encrypted, so that the information is encrypted and stored.
According to the call method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a call request is received, a camera is called to collect a face image of a call user; matching the face image with a prestored owner face image; and under the condition that the face image is not matched with the owner face image, correspondingly storing the face image, the voice record of the call and the identity information of the contact of the call. When the mobile terminal is not beside the phone owner, the phone owner can know who has communicated through the mobile terminal and the specific content of the communication through the stored face image, the voice record of the communication and the identity information of the communication contact person, and the communication safety of the mobile terminal can be improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a call method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The communication method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 201: and when a call request is received, determining whether a call identity authentication function is started or not.
The call authentication function may include: at least one of a fingerprint identification verification function, a face identification verification function, an iris identification verification function, and a digital identification verification function. In a specific implementation process, the owner can start a corresponding authentication function according to actual requirements.
If the identity authentication function is started, the identity of the calling user needs to be authenticated, so that whether the calling user is the owner or not is determined. If the identity authentication function is not started, the step of calling the camera to acquire the face image of the call user in the step 204 and the subsequent steps are directly executed.
Step 202: and acquiring the authentication information input by the call user under the condition that the call authentication function is started.
Based on different specific types of the authentication functions, the authentication information input by the call user to be collected is also different. For example: if the opened call identity authentication function is a face recognition authentication function, face feature information of a call user needs to be collected; if the opened call identity authentication function is a fingerprint identification authentication function, fingerprint information input by a call user needs to be collected.
Step 203: and determining whether the calling user is the owner or not according to the identity authentication information.
The owner inputs the authentication information of the owner in the mobile terminal in advance, and after the authentication information input by the calling user is collected, the owner matches the authentication information with the authentication information of the owner to determine whether the calling user is the owner. Specifically, if the collected authentication information input by the call user is matched with the authentication information of the owner, the call user is determined to be the owner; and if the collected authentication information input by the call user is not matched with the authentication information of the owner, determining that the call user is not the owner.
If the calling user is determined to be the owner, the calling user can directly respond to the calling request, and the calling connection between the calling user and the calling contact is established for the calling user and the calling contact to carry out the calling. Specifically, if the call request is an incoming call answering request, the incoming call sent by the call contact is answered. If the call request is a call making request, sending a call connection request to the call contact person, and after the call contact person responds to the call connection request, carrying out call between the call contact person and the call contact person.
Step 204: and under the condition that the calling user is not the owner, calling a camera to acquire a face image of the calling user.
One preferred way to capture the facial image of a talking user is as follows:
after a camera is called to collect a face image of a call user, determining whether the face image is complete and clear; and under the condition that the face image is incomplete or unclear, calling the camera to repeatedly acquire the face image of the call user until the acquired face image is complete and clear or the acquisition times of the face image of the call user reach preset times.
The preset number of times can be set by one skilled in the art according to actual requirements, for example, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, etc. This is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention. The method for preferably collecting the face image of the call user can ensure the completeness and the definition of the face image of the call user matched with the face image of the owner, so that the accuracy of a matching result can be improved.
It should be noted that, if the complete and clear face image still cannot be acquired after the acquisition frequency of the face image of the call user reaches the preset frequency, the call request is not responded. If the complete and clear face image cannot be acquired, the call user may maliciously avoid the acquisition of the face image, and the call is likely to be a malicious call, so that the call request is not responded.
Step 205: and matching the face image with a prestored main face image.
If the acquired face image of the call user does not match the pre-stored owner face image, executing step 206; and if the acquired face image of the call user is matched with the prestored owner face image, encrypting and storing the acquired face image, the identity information of the call contact, the call time and other corresponding information, responding to the call request, and establishing the call between the call contact and the call user.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the authentication failure of the call user is determined, a judging mechanism for judging whether the face image is matched with the face image of the owner is added, because the authentication failure of the call user is possibly misjudged during authentication, if the call user is actually the owner and the authentication result is that the call user is not the owner during the authentication of the call user. The face image of the calling user is matched with the face image of the owner, so that whether the calling user is the owner or not is further judged, and the identity authentication result can be effectively corrected. Under the condition that the identity verification of the call user is determined to be failed but the acquired face image of the call user is successfully matched with the face image of the owner, the acquired face image, the identity information of the call contact, the call time and other corresponding information are encrypted and stored, so that when the mobile terminal performs the user identity authentication through the face recognition verification function, the image recognition capability of the mobile terminal can be improved through the stored face image training, and the accuracy of the next face recognition verification result is improved.
Step 206: and sending prompt information to the call contact person under the condition that the face image is not matched with the owner face image.
The prompt message is used for prompting that a call contact person is not the owner of the call user, and the prompt message can be sent to the mobile terminal of the call contact person in a short message mode. The contact person of the call can know that the current call user is not the owner of the call through the prompt message, so that the call can be hung up or the chat content can be selectively determined, and the privacy information of the owner of the call can be prevented from being revealed.
Step 207: and recording the call to generate a voice record.
The call request is responded while the prompt message is sent to the call contact, but the call user is not the owner, so that the call needs to be recorded so that the owner can know the call content.
Step 208: and correspondingly storing the face image, the voice record and the identity information of the contact person in the call.
When the face image, the voice record and the identity information of the contact person of the call are correspondingly stored, whether the face image exists in the mobile terminal or not can be judged firstly, if yes, the historical call information of the call user is determined to be stored in the mobile terminal, and therefore the voice record and the identity information of the contact person of the call can be directly stored in a storage space corresponding to the face image. Otherwise, if the call information does not exist, it is determined that the historical call information of the call user is not stored in the mobile terminal, so that the face image, the voice record and the identity information of the current call contact person need to be stored.
In addition, the face image of the call user is collected by repeatedly calling the camera until the collected face image is complete and clear, so that the completeness and the definition of the face image of the call user matched with the main face image can be ensured, and the accuracy of the face image matching result can be improved.
