Abstract
A non-contact vending system and a vending method comprise a central storage system, a plurality of goods taking ports different from the central storage system in geographic space, a goods display system and a communication system which is communicated with the remote storage system, the goods taking ports and the goods display system, wherein a manual or robot distribution system is arranged between the central storage system and the goods taking ports. The consumer browses and selects the commodities and pays the goods money on the commodity display system, the central warehousing system delivers the commodities to the designated goods taking port and sends the goods taking code to the consumer, and the consumer takes the commodities according to the goods taking code at the goods taking port. The invention has the advantages of healthy shopping, convenience, low sale cost, good theft prevention, wide commodity sale and the like because the central storage system is isolated from the consumers.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of commodity retail, in particular to a non-contact vending system; the invention also relates to a non-contact vending method.
Background
In the traditional supermarket retail mode, a large number of crowds gather in a closed space, so that cross infection of diseases is easily caused, and when serious epidemic situations occur, the supermarket cannot be operated at all; meanwhile, a large amount of food breeding bacteria and harmful gas emitted by articles also influence human health. In addition, supermarkets also need to occupy large-area sites in convenient shopping areas, and have the problems of high rent or house property price, high occupied area, high labor cost and difficult theft prevention. The mode of the vending machine is limited by the volume of the vending machine, so that fewer commodities can be sold, and meanwhile, a certain anti-theft problem also exists. In the popular online shopping mode in recent years, consumers need to wait for a long time to obtain commodities after shopping, the consumption experience is not perfect, and the online shopping mode is particularly inconvenient for some urgent commodities such as beverages, urgent medicines and the like. Based on this, the present inventors have intensively studied to develop a contactless vending system and vending method that can solve the above problems.

Therefore, a non-contact vending system which is healthy, low in occupied space cost, low in labor cost and good in anti-theft effect is needed to solve the problems in the prior art.
In order to solve the prior art problems, the invention discloses a non-contact type vending system which comprises a central storage system, a plurality of goods taking ports different from the central storage system in geographic space, a goods display system and a communication system for communicating the remote storage system, the goods taking ports and the goods display system, wherein a manual or robot distribution system is arranged between the central storage system and the goods taking ports.
The invention also discloses a non-contact vending method, which comprises the following steps: a) a consumer browses virtual commodities on a commodity display system, selects commodities to be put into a virtual shopping cart, pays the payment after submitting an order and specifies a commodity taking port; b) the communication system sends the order of the consumer to a central warehousing system in different geographic spaces with the goods taking port, the central warehousing system distributes goods and sends a goods picking code to the consumer; c) a manual or robot distribution system distributes the commodities in the order to a specified goods taking port; d) and the consumer extracts the commodity at the goods taking port according to the goods picking code.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: because the central storage system is isolated from the consumers, the consumers do not need to gather in a specific closed space to select and purchase commodities, and the bacteria and harmful gases of the commodities do not influence the human health; the central storage system with huge site requirements and the goods taking port are located in different geographic spaces, the central storage system does not occupy the geographic space of the expensive goods taking port, and the site occupation cost is low. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of healthy shopping, convenience, low selling cost, good theft prevention, wide marketable commodities and the like.

A non-contact vending system comprises a central warehousing system 1, a plurality of goods taking ports 2 which are different from the central warehousing system 1 in geographic space, a commodity display system 3 and a communication system 4 which is communicated with the remote warehousing system 1, the goods taking ports 2 and the commodity display system 3, wherein a commodity distribution system 5 is arranged between the central warehousing system 1 and the goods taking ports 2.
The goods taking port 2 is a closed box body which can be opened by a secret key, and can be arranged at a goods taking convenient place, such as an apartment hall, a district first-building shop or a trunk first-building shop. The commodity display system 3 may be a display screen or poster marked with a commodity code and arranged on the goods taking port 1, and may also be a mobile phone APP or a webpage display interface. The central warehousing system 1 can be located upstairs, underground or inside streets in different geographical spaces from the pickup ports 2, even in urban industrial or suburban areas, etc. The article delivery system 4 may be a manual or robotic delivery.
The vending method adopting the non-contact vending system comprises the following steps:
firstly, a consumer browses virtual commodities in the commodity display system 3, selects commodities to be purchased, puts the commodities into a virtual shopping cart, submits orders after selection is completed, pays for the commodities and designates the goods taking port 2. The order is submitted through the display screen on the goods taking port 2, and cash, card swiping or scanning can be adopted to pay the goods money; the order is submitted through the mobile phone APP or the webpage, and the payment of the goods can be paid through other mobile payment modes such as a bank card or a WeChat payment device through the webpage.
Then, the communication system 4 sends the order of the consumer to the central warehousing system 1 with different geographic spaces from the goods taking port 2, and the central warehousing system 1 automatically allocates and packages goods and sends the goods taking code to the consumer.
The goods in the order are then delivered to the designated pick-up port 2 by the delivery system 5, which delivery system 5 may be a manual or robotic delivery.
And finally, the consumer opens the box body at the goods taking port 2 according to the goods taking code to take the goods.
The central storage system is isolated from consumers, the consumers do not need to gather in a specific closed space to purchase commodities, and bacteria and harmful gases of the commodities do not influence human health; the central storage system with huge site requirements and the goods taking port are located in different geographic spaces, the central storage system does not occupy the geographic space of the expensive goods taking port, and the site occupation cost is low. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of healthy shopping, convenience, low selling cost, good theft prevention, wide marketable commodities and the like.
