A ventilation device for purifying indoor air of a building as claimed in claim 2, wherein said rotary base (19) is driven by a driving assembly to rotate around its central axis, said driving assembly comprises a motor (11) and a driven wheel (15), said motor (11) is fixed above the fixed base (18), the output end of said motor (11) is fixed by a driving wheel, said driving wheel is connected with said driven wheel (15) by a belt, said driving wheel is fixed on the outer circumference of the connecting cylinder (16), so as to drive the rotary base (19) to rotate through said connecting cylinder (16).
6. A ventilation device for purifying indoor air of a building as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of sterilizing lamps (20) are uniformly distributed above the inner wall of the fixed seat (18).

The ventilation and air-exchange device for indoor air purification of building as claimed in claim 2, wherein said rotating base (19) is further fixedly sleeved with fan blades (21) on the outer circumferential surface, said fan blades (21) are disposed on the left side of the air-proof disc (22), so that the air in the intake box (3) enters the left chamber of the rotating base (19) from the right chamber of the rotating base (19) by rotating the fan blades (21).

The ventilation and air-exchange device for indoor air purification of buildings according to claim 1, characterized in that the first guide cylinder (13) and the second guide cylinder (14) are symmetrically arranged at the air outlet end of the fan device (12), and the included angle between the central axis of the first guide cylinder (13) and the central axis of the rotating seat (19) is 120-135 degrees.

The ventilation and air-exchange device for indoor air purification of buildings according to claim 1, characterized in that a filter screen (6), a first spray seat (7) and a second spray seat (8) are arranged in the air inlet bin (3), wherein the filter screen (6) is fixed at the lower position of the air inlet funnel (17) for filtering air from the indoor lower part, the first spray seat (7) and the second spray seat (8) are both arranged at the upper position of the air inlet funnel (17), an air passing channel from left to right is formed between the first spray seat (7) and the second spray seat (8) from top to bottom, spray heads are uniformly distributed on the surfaces, close to each other, of the first spray seat (7) and the second spray seat (8), and the spray heads are supplied with water by an external water pipe.
10. A ventilation and air-change device for indoor air purification of buildings according to claim 1 further comprising a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the motor (11), the germicidal lamp (20) and the fan device (12), respectively.
