Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, an embodiment of the multi-stage turn signal device of the present invention is adapted to be installed beside a headlight (not shown) of an automobile. The headlamp projects light forward and defines a forward-rearward optical axis direction D1.
The multi-section type automobile steering lamp device comprises a lamp unit 2 and a light-emitting unit 3.
The lamp unit 2 includes a substantially U-shaped base 21, a base 22 disposed on the base 21 and defining a right-front-left-rear normal direction D2, a lens 23 spaced along the normal direction D2 and located in front of the base 22, a light-blocking group 24 substantially extending between the base 22 and the lens 23, and two cover plates 26 covering the base 22, the lens 23, and the light-blocking group 24.
The lamp base 21 has a base portion 211 extending perpendicular to the normal direction D2, and two side base portions 212 extending obliquely from the base portion 211.
A directional angle a1 between the normal direction D2 and the optical axis direction D1 defined by the substrate 22 is 45 degrees. The base plate 22 is rectangular and fixed on the base portion 211 of the lamp holder 21.
The lens 23 is disposed in front of the light blocking set 24, and the inner surface is a part of a cylindrical surface, so that the inner edge 231 of the cross section of the lens 23 is substantially in an arc shape that is convex forward along the normal direction D2. The inner edge 231 of the lens 23 has an arc length of substantially one-quarter of a circumference and substantially defines a reference point P1 at the center of the circle.
The light-blocking assembly 24 has a plurality of light-blocking members 241 extending substantially radially from the reference point P1 and connected between the substrate 22 and the lens 23. Each light-shielding member 241 is a substantially rectangular light-reflecting plate capable of reflecting light. The light-shielding member 241, the substrate 22 and the lens 23 cooperate to define a plurality of substantially fan-shaped light-emitting channels 25. The central angle a2 of each light exit channel 25 is substantially the same as the central angle a2 of each of the other light exit channels 25, and is substantially 30 degrees.
The cover plate 26 and the lamp holder 21 cooperate to define a setting space 27 for accommodating the substrate 22, the light-blocking group 24 and the light-emitting unit 3. Each cover plate 26 has a substantially fan-shaped base cover portion 261, and two extending cover portions 262 extending from the left and right opposite ends of the base cover portion 261 toward the other cover plate 26. Each base cover portion 261 is formed with a plurality of assembling grooves 263 into which the light-shielding members 241 can be assembled and inserted. Each extending cover 262 covers the front of the corresponding side seat 212 along the normal direction D2.
The light emitting unit 3 includes a plurality of light emitting devices 31 disposed on the substrate 22 at substantially horizontal intervals and capable of emitting light into the light emitting channels 25, wherein each of the light emitting devices 31 is an L ED chip having four sides extending in a horizontal direction or a vertical direction, and an optical axis extends along the normal direction D2, i.e., the light emitting device can project light forward along the normal direction D2.
The light-emitting channel 25 can be further divided into a first light-emitting channel 251, a second light-emitting channel 252, and a third light-emitting channel 253 from left to right in the drawing of fig. 3. The light emitting element 31 can be divided into a first light emitting element 311 disposed in the first channel, a second light emitting element 312 disposed in the second light emitting channel 252, and a third light emitting element 313 disposed in the third light emitting channel 253.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5 to 7, the multi-section type automobile steering lamp device can provide multi-section type illumination with different illumination ranges according to different automobile steering ranges when an automobile steers.
When the steering range of the automobile is small, the first light-emitting member 311 can project light forward along the normal direction D2, the second light-emitting member 312 and the third light-emitting member 313 do not emit light, and the multi-section type automobile steering lamp device can generate the light shape shown in fig. 5; when the steering range of the vehicle is equal, the first light-emitting element 311 and the second light-emitting element 312 both project light forward along the normal direction D2, but the third light-emitting element 313 does not emit light, and at this time, the multi-segment type vehicle steering lamp device can generate the light shape as shown in fig. 6; when the steering range of the vehicle is large, the first light emitting element 311, the second light emitting element 312 and the third light emitting element 313 emit light together, and generate a light shape as shown in fig. 7.
The light-shielding member 241, the substrate 22 and the lens 23 cooperate to define the first light-emitting channel 251, the second light-emitting channel 252 and the third light-emitting channel 253, so that the light generated by the first light-emitting member 311, the second light-emitting member 312 and the third light-emitting member 313 cannot interfere with each other, thereby generating the multi-stage illumination effect as shown in fig. 5 to 7. Compared with the light-shielding design adopting a black plate for light absorption, the light-shielding piece 241 adopts a light-reflecting plate, so that the multi-section type automobile steering lamp device has better light-emitting efficiency.
The design that the central angles a2 of the first light-emitting channel 251, the second light-emitting channel 252 and the third light-emitting channel 253 are equal and substantially about 30 degrees enables the variation section when different light shapes are changed to be obvious, thereby generating the visual effect with fashion sense and technological sense.
The design that the light-emitting members 31 are horizontally arranged at intervals and four sides of each light-emitting member 31 extend along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction can generate light rays which are parallel to the road surface and are matched with the road surface, and the road safety can be further improved. The light emitting member 31 is integrated on the substrate 22, and the design of the light isolating member 241 extending in the radial direction is matched, so that the multi-section type automobile steering lamp device has the characteristic of relatively simple overall design.
In summary, the multi-section type automobile steering lamp device of the invention has the following effects: the light emitting member 31 is integrated with the substrate 22, and can generate a multi-segment illumination effect by using the light emitting channel 25 defined by the light shielding member 241 to project light in segments, and has a characteristic of relatively simple overall design.
