Background
At present, the well cementing of a tail pipe of a side drilling well in a Changqing oilfield mainly adopts a packing type hydraulic tail pipe hanger, and the following problems mainly exist in the application process: 1. side drilling well cementation operation belongs to typical slim-hole narrow-gap well cementation, resistance is easy to meet in the casing running process, the pump starting circulation pressure is limited after a conventional hydraulic liner hanger is subjected to resistance (the general method for resistance relief is circulation drilling fluid), if the circulation pressure exceeds the shearing pressure of a hydraulic cylinder shear pin, the hanger can be hung in advance, and a casing string cannot be lowered to a designed position; 2. the conventional packer type hydraulic liner hanger packer is applied to the mechanical principle, namely, the packer is extruded by the weight of a drilling tool, so that a packer rubber sleeve is radially deformed, and the purpose of annular packing is realized. However, if a well with a high hanging position and a drilling tool with a weight which cannot meet the setting requirement of the packer is encountered, the original packer cannot achieve the purpose of effective annular space sealing.

And in the third step, after the cement injection operation is finished, when the displacement liquid is substituted to displace cement to a designed position, the collision pressure is realized, the pressure is stabilized for 30 minutes, after the pressure is released, the central pipe 4 is lifted to 1.8m, the liquid inlet hole 8 is exposed, the liquid enters the hydraulic cylinder 6, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is pressurized to 20MPa, the packer is set, when the pressure in the whole drilling tool is kept between 5 and 10MPa, the central pipe 4 is continuously lifted, the redundant cement slurry is circulated, and the well cementation construction is finished.
The packer hydraulic setting after well cementing and completion is safe and reliable, the requirement of the later-stage underground yield-increasing operation is met, the liner cementing tool with the packer can be pumped for circulation in the whole process when being sent into a drilling tool and entering a well, the circulation pressure is not limited by the pump pressure, and the casing running success rate is improved.
