Technical Field

The present invention relates to an ironing stand, and more particularly, to an ironing stand which spreads laundry so that the laundry can be ironed in a state where the laundry is hung on a hanger.

Background

In order to iron clothes more conveniently and rapidly, there is an increasing demand for a vertical-state ironing stand that can iron clothes while hanging them on a clothes hanger.

Referring to the related art, as shown in korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-2009-0104342, there is disclosed a steam ironing stand which can iron a wrinkled portion by a steam iron in a state that an upper garment or a lower garment to be ironed is pulled up and hung on the upper, lower, left and right sides, thereby having efficient ironing efficiency and effectively shortening ironing time.

But requires a fixing unit for tightening the laundry, whereby the laundry of a specific material may be damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ironing stand as follows: the clothes can be ironed more effectively by stably supporting the whole clothes instead of specific parts of the clothes, and the clothes can be hung by using the common triangular clothes hanger used in a wardrobe for hanging the clothes, so that the clothes hanger is easy to unfold or fold and convenient to carry.

Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide an ironing stand as follows: the ironing frame has a structure that the clothes expanding parts at the left and right ends can be contacted, therefore, when the ironing frame is completely folded to the minimum, the clothes expanding parts do not protrude towards the left and right by taking the central support rod as a reference, the aesthetic feeling can be improved, the length of the X-rod shape of the frame part can be freely set, the width of the expanded maximum size is wider than that of the prior ironing frame, and the large size clothes of modern people with large body size can be fully expanded and ironed.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an ironing stand comprising: the clothes hanger in the ordinary triangular shape used when clothes are hung in the wardrobe can be directly hung on the clothes hanger hanging part, after the clothes are ironed, the originally hung clothes hanger can be directly lifted and taken down, and the ironed clothes can be taken down and then hung on the clothes hanger for protecting the pipe.

The ironing stand according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a frame formed to be long in a longitudinal direction; a clothes expanding part expanding towards two sides by taking the frame as a reference to expand the clothes; a hanger hanging part arranged at one side of the upper part of the frame for hanging the hanger hanging the clothes; and a transfer part formed to surround an outer circumferential surface of the frame to expand or fix the laundry expanding part, wherein the frame includes a concavo-convex part formed to be long in a longitudinal direction and having a groove formed continuously, the transfer part includes a fixing part to selectively fix the laundry expanding part, the fixing part is formed in a curved metal wire shape, the curved part of the fixing part is inserted into the groove of the concavo-convex part to fix the laundry expanding part, and when a user applies an external force, the curved part of the fixing part is separated from the groove of the concavo-convex part to unfold or fold the laundry expanding part.

Further, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the clothes expanding portion includes two semicircular members formed to have semicircular cross sections at both ends thereof with reference to the frame, and being capable of being closely attached to or spaced apart from each other, and the two semicircular members are closely attached to each other to form a circular cross section when the hanger is stored, so that an occupied space is minimized, and the two semicircular members are spaced apart from each other and spread out with both side line portions of the clothes hung on outer surfaces of the two semicircular members with reference to the frame when the hanger is used.

Further, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the laundry expanding portion, outer circumferential surfaces of the two semicircular members which are in contact with the laundry-side linear portion are formed in a circular arc shape.

Further, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transfer unit includes: two pairs of connecting rod components, which connect the clothes expanding part and the frame and move relatively according to the clothes size; and two brackets which are arranged on one side of the frame, connect the connecting rod component and the frame, at least one bracket moves up and down along with the frame to make the connecting rod component move relatively, and the fixing part is arranged on the bracket which moves up and down in the brackets.

Further, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing portion is formed by bending an elastic material in a circular arc shape so that the fixing portion can be smoothly separated from the groove of the concave-convex portion when a user applies an external force to the bracket.

With the above solution, the ironing stand according to the present invention has the effect of providing a clothes such as a jacket with all-directional tension and easily and simply ironing a desired portion without damaging the clothes.

Also, the ironing stand according to the present invention has the effect of being formed in a structure and shape having a small area when completely folded without an additional shoulder hanger, facilitating storage when not in use, and improving aesthetic sense.

In addition, the ironing stand of the present invention has the effect that the clothes hanger hanging part capable of hanging the clothes hung on the clothes hanger to the ironing stand in the wardrobe is provided, and the clothes to be ironed can be quickly and easily hung on the ironing stand.

In addition, the ironing stand of the present invention has the effect that the width of the clothes hanger can be easily changed and can be fixed in a desired size. Detailed Description

The terms used in the present specification will be briefly described, and the present invention will be explained in detail.

Terms used in the present invention are selected as much as possible from conventional terms that are currently widely used in consideration of functions in the present invention, but may be changed according to intentions or examples of persons having ordinary skill in the art, the emergence of new technology, and the like. Therefore, the terms used in the present invention should not be defined based on simple term names, but should be defined based on the meanings of the terms and the overall contents of the present invention.

Throughout the specification, when a part of "includes" a structural element is referred to, unless otherwise noted, it means that the other structural element is also included, but not excluded.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can easily practice the present invention. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

Specific matters related to the technical problems, solutions to the problems, and effects of the invention are included in the following embodiments and drawings. The advantages, features and methods of accomplishing the same will be apparent from the following detailed description of the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an ironing stand according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame 10 formed to be long in a longitudinal direction; a clothes expanding part 20 expanding in both directions with the frame 10 as a reference to expand the clothes; a hanger hanging part 30 provided at one side of the upper part of the frame 10 for hanging the hanger on which the clothes are hung; and a transfer part 40 formed to surround an outer circumferential surface of the frame 10 to expand or fix the laundry expanding part 20. The frame 10 includes a concave-convex portion 11 formed to be long in a longitudinal direction and having a groove formed continuously, the transfer portion 40 includes a fixing portion 43 selectively fixing the laundry stretching portion 20, the fixing portion 43 is formed in a curved wire shape, a curved portion of the fixing portion 43 is inserted into the groove of the concave-convex portion 11 to fix the laundry stretching portion 20, and when a user applies an external force, the curved portion of the fixing portion 43 is separated from the groove of the concave-convex portion 11 to unfold or fold the laundry stretching portion 20.

First, a frame 10 is provided which integrally supports the ironing stand. The frame 10 has a rectangular bar shape, and a space into which the hanger holder 30 can be inserted is provided inside the frame. More specifically, the insertion member 31 having a cylindrical shape protruding from the lower portion of the hanger hanging part 30 may be inserted into the space of the frame 10 and fixed. In this case, the frame 10 may include a height adjusting member (not shown) for changing a depth of the space in which the insertion member 31 is inserted into the frame 10. For example, a plurality of holes may be formed in the insertion member 31, and a plurality of holes may be formed in the frame 10. Therefore, the user can selectively insert a fixing rod (not shown) into the hole of the insertion member 31 and the hole of the frame 10 so that the hanger hanging part 30 is positioned at an appropriate height, and fix the hanger hanging part 30. The height adjusting means may be formed in any shape as long as the hanger hanging part 30 can be fixed to the frame 10 and the user can change the height of the hanger hanging part 30.

A protruding member 12 is provided at a lower portion of the frame 10. The protruding member 12 vertically fixes the frame 10 to the ground, and may be coupled to a support frame (not shown) that supports the frame without shaking. The support frame may be formed in any shape as long as the frame 10 can be vertically fixed to the ground and easily combined with the frame 10 for fixing.

The laundry stretching part 20 includes two semicircular members 22 formed to have semicircular sections at both ends thereof based on the frame 10, respectively, and to be closely attached to or spaced apart from each other, and the semicircular members 22 are closely attached to each other to minimize an occupied space when the hanger is stored, and the semicircular members 22 are spaced apart from each other to unfold the laundry in a state where both side line portions of the laundry are hung on outer surfaces of the semicircular members 22 based on the frame 10 when the hanger is used. In the laundry stretching part 20, the outer circumferential surface of the semicircular member contacting the laundry-side linear portion is formed in a circular arc shape. This is to minimize damage to the laundry when the laundry stretching part 20 is spread left and right.

More specifically, rectangular holes 21 are formed at the end and the base of the laundry stretching part 20, respectively, and the frame 10 and the laundry stretching part 20 can be combined through the holes 21 when the laundry stretching part 20 is stored. That is, when the laundry stretching part 20 is stored, the frame 10 and the laundry stretching part 20 are combined by the hole 21 to form a cylindrical shape, and the volume is greatly reduced compared to when the laundry stretching part 20 is unfolded. Therefore, when the clothes expanding part 20 is completely folded, the clothes expanding part can be easily stored and have an aesthetic sense when the clothes expanding part is in a structure and a shape with the minimum volume and is not used. The shape of the laundry stretching part 20, the hole 21 and the frame 10 may be formed in any shape as long as the area is reduced when the laundry stretching part is folded.

Then, a hanger hanging part 30 is provided on the upper part of the frame 10. In more detail, the hanger holding part 30 is coupled to the upper portion of the frame 10 by the insertion member 31. And, a support groove 32 for inserting and fixing the clothes hanger may be formed at a central portion of the clothes hanging part 30. Referring to fig. 6, the support groove 32 has a U shape, and serves to fix the hanger and prevent it from shaking. That is, when a user inserts the clothes hanger into the support groove 32, the clothes hanger is integrally fixed, and the clothes hung on the clothes hanger are spread in a straight state, thereby being easily ironed. In order to prevent foreign matter such as dust from accumulating in the support groove 32, a cover 33 is detachably provided on the hanger hanging portion 30. Accordingly, the clothes hanger is fixed in a manner that the user can smoothly iron the clothes, and the space occupied by the clothes hanger hanging part 30 can be minimized when the clothes hanger is stored.

The hanger holding part 30 may include a steam head holder 34, and the steam head holder 34 may be formed to protrude from the support groove 32 in a rear direction to hold at least a portion of the steam iron. More specifically, the steam head bracket 34 is formed at both sides with respect to the center of the support groove 32, and is formed to be bent and protruded in an upper direction. Therefore, after the user has ironed the clothes in the steamer head holder 34, the user can hang the steam iron on the steamer head holder 34, thereby facilitating the exchange of the ironed clothes with the clothes to be ironed. Thereby, the user can use the steam iron with high temperature more safely and conveniently.

The transfer unit 40 includes: two pairs of link members 41 connecting the laundry stretching part 20 and the frame 10 and relatively moving in a manner of moving the position of the laundry stretching part 20 according to the size of the laundry; and two brackets 42 provided at one side of the frame 10, connecting the link member 41 and the frame 10, and at least one of which moves the link member 10 relative to the frame 10 as the frame 10 moves up and down. The fixing portion 43 may be provided on the bracket 42 that moves up and down among the brackets 42. More specifically, the link members 41 are provided on both sides in an X-shape around the frame 10. The center of the link member 41 is fixed by a hinge so as to be rotatable. Further, the link member 41 may lower the bracket 42 when the laundry stretching part 20 is unfolded, and the link member 41 may raise the bracket 42 when the laundry stretching part 20 is folded.

The bracket 42 is provided at one side of the frame 10, and serves to couple the link member 41 and the frame 10. Also, the brackets 42 may be respectively provided at upper and lower portions of the frame 10. In this case, when the bracket 42 provided on the upper side of the frame 10 is fixed, the bracket 42 provided on the lower side of the frame 10 is movably provided. That is, the bracket 42 provided at the lower portion side is lowered when the laundry stretching part 20 is unfolded and is raised when the laundry stretching part 20 is folded. In addition, in the case where the bracket 42 provided at the upper portion side of the frame 10 is movably provided, the bracket 42 provided at the lower portion side of the frame 10 may be fixed.

Then, the fixing part 43 for selectively fixing the clothes expanding part 20 is provided. The fixing portion 43 is inserted into the groove of the concave-convex portion 11 when the laundry-expanding portion 20 is fixed, and the fixing portion 43 is separated from the groove of the concave-convex portion 11 when the laundry-expanding portion 20 is unfolded or folded, thereby moving or fixing the laundry-expanding portion 20.

The fixing portion 43 is formed by bending an elastic material in a circular arc shape, so that the fixing portion 43 can be smoothly separated from the groove of the concave-convex portion 11 when a user applies an external force to the bracket 42. More specifically, referring to fig. 4, the concave-convex portion 11 is provided in a form of continuously repeating a protruding portion and a recessed portion. Therefore, when the fixing portion 43 is lifted and lowered in accordance with the lifting and lowering of the bracket 42, the fixing portion repeatedly passes through the protruding portion and the recessed portion of the uneven portion 11. In this case, since the fixing portion 43 is formed of an elastic material, it is contracted when passing through the protruding portion of the concave and convex portion 11, and is relaxed when passing through the recessed portion of the concave and convex portion 11. Further, the fixing portion 43 is easily contracted and loosened by bending one side of the fixing portion 43. Then, a portion of the fixing portion 43 contacting the concave-convex portion 11 may be formed in a circular arc shape. That is, the portion where the fixing portion 43 contacts the uneven portion 11 is formed in a circular arc shape, so that the fixing portion 43 can be lifted without any particular hindrance when the uneven portion 11 is lifted. In addition, when the fixing portion 43 moves up and down the concave-convex portion 11, the noise generated can be minimized.

As described above, it is understood that the technical configuration of the present invention described above can be implemented in other specific embodiments by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains without changing the technical idea or essential features of the present invention.

Therefore, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative in all respects, not restrictive, that the scope of the invention is indicated by the scope of the claims of the invention as compared with the detailed description, and that the meaning and scope of the claims of the invention and all modifications or variations derived from the equivalent concept fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. An ironing stand is characterized in that the ironing stand comprises a stand body,

the method comprises the following steps:

a frame formed to be long in a longitudinal direction;

a clothes expanding part expanding towards two sides by taking the frame as a reference to expand the clothes;

a clothes hanger hanging part which is arranged at one side of the upper part of the frame and is used for hanging the clothes hanger hanging the clothes; and

a transfer part formed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the frame to expand or fix the clothes expanding part,

the frame includes a concavo-convex part formed in a long manner along a length direction and having a groove formed continuously,

the transfer part includes:

a fixing part for selectively fixing the clothes expanding part;

two pairs of link members connecting the laundry-spreading part and the frame and relatively moving in a manner of moving the position of the laundry-spreading part according to the size of the laundry; and

two brackets which are arranged on one side of the frame, connect the connecting rod component and the frame, at least one bracket moves up and down along with the frame to make the connecting rod component move relatively,

the fixing part is provided on a bracket which moves up and down of the two brackets, the fixing part is formed by bending an elastic material in a circular arc shape, the bending part of the fixing part is inserted into the groove of the uneven part to easily fix the clothes expanding part, when a user applies an external force to the bracket, the bending part of the fixing part is separated from the groove of the uneven part to easily expand the clothes expanding part,

the hanger hanging part comprises:

a U-shaped supporting groove formed at the center of the clothes hanging part for inserting and fixing the clothes rack hanging the clothes;

a steam head holder which is formed to protrude from the support groove in a back direction and to be bent in one direction, and on which at least a part of the steam iron is hung; and

a cover detachably formed on the hanger hanging part,

when ironing the clothes, the clothes hanger hung with the clothes is fixed in the state of being inserted into the supporting groove, thereby the ironing of the clothes is easy, after ironing the clothes, the clothes is replaced with the clothes needing to be ironed in the state of hanging the steam iron on the steam head bracket, thereby the ironing can be carried out more safely.

2. The ironing stand according to claim 1,

the clothes expanding part comprises two semicircular components which are respectively formed in a mode of having semicircular sections at two ends by taking the frame as a reference and can be closely attached or separated from each other,

when the clothes rack is stored, the two semicircular components are closely attached in a mode of forming a circular section so as to minimize the occupied space,

when the clothes rack is used, the two semicircular components are separated from each other to unfold the clothes under the condition that the two side line parts of the clothes are hung on the outer surfaces of the two semicircular components respectively by taking the frame as a reference.

3. The ironing stand as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the laundry stretching part, outer circumferential surfaces of the two semicircular members contacting the laundry-side strip part are formed in a circular arc shape.
