Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of granulating the sludge in a manner of extruding the sludge by a granulator, and coating a layer of dry muck on the extruded particles; then shaping, extruding and vibrating by using a baking-free brick molding technology, wherein the shaped brick is in hot air; and then, firing by adopting a track kiln, wherein in the firing process, organic matters in the sludge are combusted to generate a porous structure and a large number of gaps, so that a permeable structure of a microstructure of the strength support is formed, and finally, the high-strength building material is fired.
