Abstract
The invention provides a colored superfine grouting material for a cement-based craft product, which consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 48 percent of cement, 45 to 58 percent of quartz sand, 0.8 to 2.4 percent of silica fume, 0.6 to 1.3 percent of expanding agent, 0.6 to 1.4 percent of water reducing agent, 0.06 to 0.14 percent of defoaming agent, 0.21 to 0.35 percent of rubber powder, 0.01 to 0.06 percent of fiber and 0.3 to 1.5 percent of pigment. The invention uses cement, silica fume, rubber powder and fiber to enhance the mechanical property of the grouting material; the compactness and the fineness of the grouting material are improved through the grading of quartz sand particles; the working performance of the grouting material is improved by the water reducing agent; reducing the porosity of the grouting material by using a defoaming agent; the cement-based craft products with different colors are manufactured by the pigment, so that the grouting material has the advantages of good fluidity, high strength, low porosity, no particle texture, fine surface and bright color, and is particularly suitable for cement-based craft products with complex shapes and high artistic level.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to a colored superfine grouting material for a cement-based craft product.
Background
The cement-based grouting material is a dry mixture formed by mixing raw materials such as cement, aggregate, an additive, a mineral admixture and the like. After being added with water and uniformly stirred, the cement-based grouting material has the properties of high fluidity, no shrinkage or micro expansion, high strength and the like, and is often used as a repairing and reinforcing material. The cement-based craft product as a decorative material can be widely applied to landscape creation in parks, squares, courtyards, subway platforms, rooms and the like, has bright color, can be manufactured at will, and has high decoration, flexibility and expressive force.
In China, the research on manufacturing the cement-based craft product with fine texture and exquisite modeling by using the colored superfine grouting material is less, the common grouting material is mainly used for bolt anchoring and structural repairing and reinforcing, the requirements of fine surface texture, low porosity, customizable color and the like required by the cement-based craft product cannot be met, and the colored superfine grouting material cannot be directly used for manufacturing the cement-based craft product. Chinese patent CN107500652B discloses a white grouting material, but it can only be used for making white cement-based craft products, and the fineness modulus of quartz sand in the grouting material is 0.7-1.5, and the surface of the grouting material still has granular feeling, and the fineness is not enough, and the grouting material is not suitable for making colored cement-based craft products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a colored superfine grouting material for a cement-based craft product, and aims to solve the problems that a common grouting material is not suitable for manufacturing the colored cement-based craft product, and the cement-based craft product manufactured by the common grouting material has high surface porosity and is not fine enough in texture.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a colored superfine grouting material for cement-based craft products is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 48 percent of cement, 45 to 58 percent of quartz sand, 0.8 to 2.4 percent of silica fume, 0.6 to 1.3 percent of expanding agent, 0.6 to 1.4 percent of water reducing agent, 0.06 to 0.14 percent of defoaming agent, 0.21 to 0.35 percent of rubber powder, 0.01 to 0.06 percent of fiber and 0.3 to 1.5 percent of pigment.
According to the scheme, the cement is ordinary portland cement or white portland cement with the strength grade of 52.5.
According to the scheme, the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand with three specifications of 40-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 300 meshes, and the quartz sand comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-62% of 40-80 mesh quartz sand, 30-45% of 80-120 mesh quartz sand and 6-13% of 300 mesh quartz sand.
According to the scheme, the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume.
According to the scheme, the expanding agent is a sulphoaluminate expanding agent.
According to the scheme, the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10.
According to the scheme, the defoaming agent is a field chemical PT-3210 type defoaming agent.
According to the scheme, the rubber powder is redispersible latex powder.
According to the scheme, the fibers are polypropylene fibers with the specification of 3 mm.

A preparation method of colored superfine grouting material for cement-based craft products comprises the following steps:
weighing cement, quartz sand, silica fume, an expanding agent, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, rubber powder, fibers and a pigment according to the mass percentage; pouring the weighed components into a stirrer and uniformly stirring.
The application method of the colored superfine grouting material for the cement-based craft product comprises the following steps:
adding water according to the water-material ratio of 0.15-0.18, and stirring for 5-8 minutes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the grouting material has the advantages of good fluidity and high strength, the mechanical property of the grouting material is improved by cement, silica fume, rubber powder and fiber, the working performance of the grouting material is improved by the water reducing agent, and cement-based craft products with complex shapes can be manufactured by different moulds.
(2) The grouting material has the advantages of low porosity, no granular texture, fine surface and bright color. The compactness and the fineness of the grouting material are improved through the grading of the fine quartz sand particles, the porosity of the grouting material is reduced through the defoaming agent, cement-based craft products with different colors are manufactured through the pigment, and the improvement of the apparent quality of the cement-based craft products is greatly promoted.
Detailed Description
In order to further understand the present invention, the following examples are given to further illustrate the content of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
A colored superfine grouting material for cement-based craft products is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 47.7 percent of cement, 47.7 percent of quartz sand, 0.95 percent of silica fume, 0.86 percent of expanding agent, 0.95 percent of water reducing agent, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.24 percent of rubber powder, 0.02 percent of fiber and 1.43 percent of pigment.
In the embodiment, the cement is ordinary portland cement with the strength grade of 52.5; the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand with three specifications of 40-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 300 meshes, and the contents of all components are 60%, 32% and 8% respectively according to mass percentage; the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume; the expanding agent is sulphoaluminate expanding agent; the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10; the defoaming agent is a field chemical PT-3210 type defoaming agent; the rubber powder is re-dispersible latex powder; the fiber is polypropylene fiber with 3mm specification; the pigment is black inorganic iron oxide pigment.
Example 2
A colored superfine grouting material for cement-based craft products is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 41.6 percent of cement, 54.2 percent of quartz sand, 1.25 percent of silica fume, 1.04 percent of expanding agent, 1.0 percent of water reducing agent, 0.12 percent of defoaming agent, 0.33 percent of rubber powder, 0.03 percent of fiber and 0.42 percent of pigment.
In this example, the cement was white portland cement having a strength grade of 52.5; the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand with three specifications of 40-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 300 meshes, and the contents of all components are respectively 55%, 33% and 12% by mass percent; the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume; the expanding agent is sulphoaluminate expanding agent; the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10; the defoaming agent is a field chemical PT-3210 type defoaming agent; the rubber powder is re-dispersible latex powder; the fiber is polypropylene fiber with 3mm specification; the pigment is a red inorganic iron oxide pigment.
Example 3
A colored superfine grouting material for cement-based craft products is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 44.2% of cement, 50.8% of quartz sand, 2.21% of silica fume, 0.88% of expanding agent, 0.66% of water reducing agent, 0.07% of defoaming agent, 0.27% of rubber powder, 0.04% of fiber and 0.88% of pigment.
In this example, the cement was white portland cement having a strength grade of 52.5; the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand with three specifications of 40-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 300 meshes, and the contents of all components are 48%, 42% and 10% respectively according to mass percentage; the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume; the expanding agent is sulphoaluminate expanding agent; the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10; the defoaming agent is a field chemical PT-3210 type defoaming agent; the rubber powder is re-dispersible latex powder; the fiber is polypropylene fiber with 3mm specification; the pigment is brown inorganic iron oxide pigment.
Comparative example
The existing cement grouting material is selected as a comparative example and consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40.5% of cement, 52.6% of river sand, 4.05% of mineral powder, 1.62% of silica fume, 0.81% of expanding agent and 0.40% of water reducing agent.
In this comparative example, the cement was ordinary portland cement having a strength grade of 52.5; the river sand is yellow sand with fineness modulus of 2.6; the mineral powder is S95 level granulated blast furnace slag powder, and the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume; the expanding agent is sulphoaluminate expanding agent; the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10.
The color ultra-fine grouting materials obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 and the common grouting materials in the comparative examples are used for carrying out comparison tests on the working performance, the mechanical property, the number of surface pores, the maximum particle size of surface particles, the surface color and the surface fineness of the grouting materials, and the test method is carried out according to the requirements of GB/T50448-2015 technical Specification for cement-based grouting materials and GB/T17671 method for testing the strength of cement mortar (ISO method). The main test results are shown in table 1.

The data in table 1 show that: the colored superfine grouting material for the cement-based craft product has large initial fluidity and small loss of fluidity over time, and can be used for manufacturing the cement-based craft product with complex shape through different moulds. The color superfine grouting material has higher compressive strength and flexural strength, the surface porosity after molding is very low, and the maximum grain diameter is 40-80 meshes of quartz sand, so compared with a comparative example, the surface fineness is much higher, and the color superfine grouting material is particularly suitable for manufacturing cement-based craft products with bright colors.

the cement is ordinary portland cement or white portland cement with the strength grade of 52.5; the silica fume is 3000-mesh white silica fume; the expanding agent is a sulphoaluminate expanding agent; the water reducing agent is a powdery melamine water reducing agent of BASF 10; the defoaming agent is a field chemical PT-3210 defoaming agent; the rubber powder is re-dispersible latex powder; the fiber is polypropylene fiber with the specification of 3 mm; the pigment is an inorganic iron oxide pigment.

The colored ultrafine grouting material for cement-based craft products according to claim 1, characterized in that the quartz sand is a mixture of quartz sand of three specifications of 40-80 mesh, 80-120 mesh and 300 mesh, and the colored ultrafine grouting material comprises the following components by mass percent: 40-62% of 40-80 mesh quartz sand, 30-45% of 80-120 mesh quartz sand and 6-13% of 300 mesh quartz sand.
3. The method for preparing the colored superfine grouting material for the cement-based craft product according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing cement, quartz sand, silica fume, an expanding agent, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, rubber powder, fibers and a pigment according to the mass percentage; pouring the weighed components into a stirrer and uniformly stirring.

The application method of the colored ultrafine grouting material for the cement-based craft product as claimed in claim 1, wherein the colored ultrafine grouting material for the cement-based craft product can be applied after water is added and stirred for 5-8 minutes according to the water-material ratio of 0.15-0.18.
