Abstract
The invention provides a hydraulic jack braking device, which comprises: a hydraulic jack; the screw adapter cylinder is arranged at the upper end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic jack; the first fixing part is arranged at the bottom end of the thread adapter cylinder and used for locking and positioning the thread adapter cylinder; the protection cylinder is sleeved outside a piston rod of the hydraulic jack, and the upper end part of the protection cylinder is positioned outside the threaded adapter cylinder; and the second fixing part is arranged at the junction of the top end of the protection barrel and the thread adapter barrel and used for locking and positioning the protection barrel. The hydraulic jack braking device replaces a hydraulic sealing method with a mechanical method, and the position of the piston rod is locked mechanically, so that the positioning precision of the jack is greatly improved, and the hydraulic jack braking device can be used in high-precision measurement occasions. The safety problem of jacking object displacement caused by hydraulic leakage is thoroughly solved, and the reliability of the jack is greatly increased.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic oil cylinders, in particular to a hydraulic jack braking device.
Background
In the field of hydraulic oil cylinders, the problem of oil leakage of the hydraulic oil cylinders is a technical problem which troubles the industry all the time. Functionally, hydraulic jacks are mainly divided into pressure-dividing jacks and pull-type jacks. In practical applications, it is sometimes necessary not only to lift or pull the target object to a specified position, but also to ensure that the position of the target object does not change. From the principle of hydraulic sealing, it is difficult to achieve absolute zero leakage for rubber seals, no matter how improved.
In view of the above, those skilled in the art have made an effort to develop a mechanical brake device, which can eliminate the potential risk by locking the position of the piston rod by manual operation after the hydraulic jack reaches the target position, so that the target object is stationary at the designated position.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the rubber seal of a hydraulic oil cylinder in the prior art cannot prevent oil leakage, and provides a hydraulic jack braking device.

a hydraulic jack;
the screw adapter cylinder is arranged at the upper end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic jack;
the first fixing part is arranged at the bottom end of the thread adapter cylinder and used for locking and positioning the thread adapter cylinder;
the protection cylinder is sleeved outside a piston rod of the hydraulic jack, and the upper end part of the protection cylinder is positioned outside the threaded adapter cylinder;
and the second fixing part is arranged at the junction of the top end of the protection barrel and the thread adapter barrel and used for locking and positioning the protection barrel.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the protection cylinder is a hollow cylindrical structure, and an opening is formed in the surface of the protection cylinder.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal section of the protective cylinder is in the shape of an i.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts.

Furthermore, it is required that the present invention is understood, not simply by the actual terms used but by the meaning of each term lying within.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention discloses a hydraulic jack brake device, which includes: the hydraulic jack comprises a hydraulic jack 10, a threaded adapter tube 20, a first fixing part 30, a protective tube 40 and a second fixing part 50. Wherein, the screw adapter cylinder 20 is installed at the upper end of the piston rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 10. The first fixing member 30 is mounted on the bottom end of the screw adapter 20 for locking and positioning the screw adapter 20. The protection cylinder 40 is sleeved outside the piston rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 10, and the upper end of the protection cylinder 40 is located outside the threaded adapter cylinder 20. The second fixing part 50 is installed at the interface of the top end of the protection cylinder 40 and the screw adapter 20 and is used for locking and positioning the protection cylinder 40.
Preferably, the protection cylinder 40 is provided as a hollow cylindrical structure, and the surface of the protection cylinder 40 is opened with an opening 41. The longitudinal cross-section of the protective cylinder 40 is preferably in the shape of an "i".
Further, the outer surface of the bottom end of the screw adapter cylinder 20 is provided with a boss 21 protruding outward, the first fixing member 30 is mounted on the boss 21, and the first fixing member 30 is located in the protection cylinder 40. The boss 21 is preferably annular here.
Further, a first thread 12 is provided on the hydraulic jack 10 at a side close to the piston rod 11, a second thread 13 is provided on the top end of the piston rod 11, the lower end of the protection cylinder 40 is connected to the first thread 12, and the top end of the threaded connection cylinder 20 is connected to the second thread 13.
In addition, the screw adapter 20 includes a head 22 and a cylinder 23, the head 22 is disposed at the top end of the cylinder 23, and the cylinder 23 is sleeved on the upper end of the piston rod 11.
In particular, the first fixing member 30 and the second fixing member 50 are here preferably nuts, for example knurled nuts. The upper end portion of the protective cylinder 40 is located between the first fixing member 30 and the second fixing member 50. The first fixing member 30 is screwed with the screw adapter 20, and the second fixing member 50 is screwed with the screw adapter 20 and locked to the upper end surface of the protective sleeve 50.
According to the above description, the hydraulic jack brake device of the present invention is a structure equipped with a mechanical locking device, and the hydraulic jack used is preferably a pull type or a press type. One side of the cylinder barrel of the jack, which is close to the piston rod, is provided with a section of thread, the top end of the piston rod is also provided with a section of thread, and the two sections of threads can be used for connection. The hydraulic jack braking device is connected with the oil cylinder through two sections of threads. The jack can be braked at different positions by manually adjusting the positions of the first fixing part and the second fixing part. The tail end of the braking device is also provided with a section of thread, so that the braking device is convenient to be connected with equipment of a user.
The specific implementation process of the hydraulic jack braking device is as follows: first, the first fixing member 30 is screwed to the top end to be disengaged from the protection cylinder 40, so that the protection cylinder 40 and the screw adapter cylinder 20 can freely move relatively during the movement of the piston rod 11. When the piston rod 11 is moved to a designated position, the first fixing member 30 and the second fixing member 50 are manually rotated to a current position and locked. When the hydraulic jack 10 provides a pulling force, the hydraulic jack 10 has a tendency to elongate and the second securing member 50 assumes the primary locking task. When the hydraulic jack 10 provides pressure, the hydraulic jack 10 has a tendency to shorten and the first fixing member 30 takes on the main locking task. From a manufacturability perspective, the threaded adapter 20 may also be divided into two parts, a head 22 and a barrel 23, which are machined separately and then assembled together.

Claims (10)
1. A hydraulic jack braking device, comprising:
a hydraulic jack;
the screw adapter cylinder is arranged at the upper end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic jack;
the first fixing part is arranged at the bottom end of the thread adapter cylinder and used for locking and positioning the thread adapter cylinder;
the protection cylinder is sleeved outside a piston rod of the hydraulic jack, and the upper end part of the protection cylinder is positioned outside the threaded adapter cylinder;
and the second fixing part is arranged at the junction of the top end of the protection barrel and the thread adapter barrel and used for locking and positioning the protection barrel.
2. A hydraulic jack brake system as claimed in claim 1 wherein said protective cylinder is a hollow cylindrical structure and is open at its surface.
3. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 2, wherein the longitudinal cross-section of the protective cylinder is "I" shaped.
4. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 3, wherein an outer surface of the bottom end of said screw adapter cylinder is provided with an outwardly projecting boss on which said first securing means is mounted, and said first securing means is located within said protective cylinder.
5. A hydraulic jack brake system according to claim 4 wherein said boss is annular.
6. A hydraulic jack brake device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hydraulic jack is provided with a first thread on a side thereof adjacent to the piston rod, the piston rod is provided with a second thread on a top end thereof, the lower end portion of the protection tube is connected to the first thread, and the top end of the threaded connection tube is connected to the second thread.
7. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 1, wherein said threaded adapter includes a head portion and a barrel portion, said head portion being disposed at a top end of said barrel portion, said barrel portion being mounted on an upper end portion of said piston rod in a sleeved arrangement.
8. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 3, wherein the first and second securing members are nuts.
9. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 8, wherein the upper end of the protective sleeve is located between the first and second fixed members.
10. A hydraulic jack brake rigging according to claim 9, wherein said first securing member is threadably engaged with said threaded adapter and said second securing member is threadably engaged with said threaded adapter and is locked to said upper end surface of said protective sleeve.
