Abstract
A rodless film-making post-treatment packaging mechanism comprises a bag-making mechanism, a bag-opening mechanism and a packaging mechanism, and is characterized in that the bag-making mechanism is provided with film rolls which are fixedly connected; the bag making mechanism is fixedly connected with a film clamping mechanism which is fixedly connected with a slide rail; the film clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the film roll through a hot cutting mechanism; the packaging mechanism is provided with a box pushing mechanism; the packaging mechanism is provided with a rim charge cutting mechanism and a thermoplastic mechanism; the bag opening mechanism is positioned between the box pushing mechanism and the rim charge cutting mechanism and is fixedly connected with the box pushing mechanism; the edge material cutting mechanism is fixedly connected with a bag arranging mechanism; the device replaces the existing film pushing rod with the film clamping mechanism, and the hot cutting mechanism can perform hot cutting only by waiting for the packaging film to be in place, so that the time for waiting for the resetting of the film pushing rod is saved, and the working efficiency is improved; the film arranging mechanism works independently, so that the work of the box pushing mechanism has no pause waiting time, and the work efficiency is increased again.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bag making and packaging, in particular to a rodless film making post-processing film packaging mechanism and a bag making and packaging process thereof.
Background
In the manufacturing process, after the film pushing rod pushes the film, the film needs to wait for other fixing mechanisms to fix the double-layer film and then retreat, however, a hot cutter needs to perform hot cutting and edge sealing after the film pushing rod retreats, so that the film manufacturing efficiency by using the film pushing rod is low; and part of the bag arranging mechanism and the box pushing mechanism are arranged in the same place, and the box pushing mechanism needs to be reset until the bag arranging mechanism finishes the bag arranging process and the redundant packaging bag cutting process.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a rodless film-making post-processing packaging mechanism, which can effectively solve the problems in the background art.

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the film roll is a folded double-layer film.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the bag opening mechanism is provided with a film opening suction nozzle for fixed connection.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, a transmission mechanism is arranged between the excess material cutting mechanism and the leftover material removing mechanism and is fixedly connected with the excess material cutting mechanism.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the bag-making and packaging process comprises the following steps:
① film clamping, wherein the film clamping mechanism moves to the side of the hot cutting mechanism through the travel of the slide rail to clamp the packaging film on the film roll;
② film drawing, namely, the film clamping mechanism slides away from the hot cutting mechanism through a slide rail to draw the packaging film of the film roll to a certain length;
③ cutting the film, namely segmenting the film by a hot cutting mechanism through a hot cutter, and carrying out hot edge sealing by the hot cutter;
④ opening the bag, namely, opening a film suction nozzle to adsorb the upper film and the lower film of the packaging film to form a small gap, extending the upper film clamp and the lower film clamp into the packaging film to clamp the upper film and the lower film, and opening the opening of the packaging film into a rectangle through the upper film clamp and the lower film clamp;
⑤ bagging, wherein the box pushing mechanism pushes the articles to be packaged into the packaging film to the end of the packaging film, and one end of the packaging film forms a corner;
⑥ arranging bag, wherein the bag arranging mechanism compresses and stretches the redundant parts of the packaging bag to make the upper and lower films of the packaging bag cling to each other to form a straight line;

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the hot cutting mechanism performs hot edge sealing by using a hot knife, and the hot-sealed edge of the hot knife performs hot air side sealing on the current packaging bag and also performs heat sealing on one side edge of the next packaging bag.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the box pushing mechanism (4) pushes the articles to just pass through the excess material cutting mechanism (5) completely before bag arranging.
As a further preferable mode of the present invention, the excess material cutting mechanism (5) cuts the packaging film and then the sealed side forms a corner, and the sealed article and the packaging film are transferred to the corner material removing mechanism to cut the corner and perform heat sealing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a rodless film-making post-processing packaging mechanism and a bag-making packaging process thereof, and the rodless film-making post-processing packaging mechanism has the following beneficial effects:
the device replaces the existing film pushing rod with the film clamping mechanism, and the hot cutting mechanism can perform hot cutting only by waiting for the packaging film to be in place, so that the time for waiting for the resetting of the film pushing rod is saved, and the working efficiency is improved; the film arranging mechanism works independently, so that the work of the box pushing mechanism has no pause waiting time, and the work efficiency is increased again.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention provides a rodless film-making post-treatment packaging mechanism, which comprises a bag-making mechanism, a bag-opening mechanism 6 and a packaging mechanism, and is characterized in that the bag-making mechanism is provided with a film roll 1 which is fixedly connected; the bag making mechanism is provided with a film clamping mechanism 2 which is fixedly connected, and the film clamping mechanism 2 is provided with a slide rail which is fixedly connected; a hot cutting mechanism 3 is fixedly connected between the film clamping mechanism 2 and the film roll 1; the packaging mechanism is provided with a box pushing mechanism 4; the packaging mechanism is provided with an edge material cutting mechanism and a thermoplastic mechanism, and the edge material cutting mechanism is provided with a residual material cutting mechanism 5 and a leftover material removing mechanism; the bag opening mechanism 6 is provided with an upper film clamp and a lower film clamp, and the bag opening mechanism 6 is positioned between the box pushing mechanism and the rim charge cutting mechanism and is fixedly connected with the box pushing mechanism; and the rim charge cutting mechanism is provided with a bag arranging mechanism 7 which is fixedly connected.
As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the film roll 1 is a folded double-layer film.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the bag opening mechanism 6 is provided with a film opening suction nozzle for fixed connection.
As a further preferable scheme of the present invention, a transmission mechanism is arranged between the excess material cutting mechanism 5 and the leftover material removing mechanism for fixed connection.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the bag-making and packaging process comprises the following steps:

⑦ cutting off leftover materials, namely cutting off redundant linear packaging films by the residual material cutting mechanism 5 by using a hot cutter, and carrying out heat sealing on the openings of the packaging bags;
⑧ thermoplastic molding, the article is passed through a thermoforming machine, and the wrapping film is tightened with high temperature to hold the wrapping film against the article.
As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the hot cutting mechanism 3 performs hot edge sealing by using a hot knife, and the hot sealed edge of the hot knife performs hot air side sealing for the current packaging bag and also performs side heat sealing for the next packaging bag.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the box pushing mechanism (4) pushes the articles to just pass through the excess material cutting mechanism (5) completely before bag arranging.
As a further preferable mode of the present invention, the excess material cutting mechanism (5) cuts the packaging film and then the sealed side forms a corner, and the sealed article and the packaging film are transferred to the corner material removing mechanism to cut the corner and perform heat sealing.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention:
the film clamping mechanism 2 clamps the folded double-layer film and then pulls the folded double-layer film, the hot cutting mechanism 3 carries out hot cutting and edge sealing after the folded double-layer film reaches a specified length to form a single-opening film bag, the film opening suction nozzle adsorbs the upper layer and the lower layer of the film bag to separate the film bag, a small opening or a gap is formed in the bag opening, the upper film clamp and the lower film clamp can conveniently support the film bag opening up and down to form a rectangular opening, the box pushing mechanism 4 resets after pushing the article to be packaged into the single-opening film bag, and the film clamping mechanism 2 starts to push the film in the next film making period after the box pushing mechanism 4 resets; and when the box pushing mechanism 4 is reset, the redundant parts of the bag opening of the bag arranging mechanism 7 are arranged, the redundant material cutting mechanism is used for cutting, leftover materials are cut after the redundant materials of the bag opening are cut, and finally the process is finished through a thermoplastic molding machine.

A rodless film-making post-treatment packaging mechanism comprises a bag-making mechanism, a bag-opening mechanism (6) and a packaging mechanism, and is characterized in that the bag-making mechanism is fixedly connected with a film roll (1); the bag making mechanism is provided with a film clamping mechanism (2) which is fixedly connected, and the film clamping mechanism (2) is provided with a slide rail which is fixedly connected; a hot cutting mechanism (3) is fixedly connected between the film clamping mechanism (2) and the film roll (1); the packaging mechanism is provided with a box pushing mechanism (4); the packaging mechanism is provided with an edge material cutting mechanism and a thermoplastic mechanism, and the edge material cutting mechanism is provided with a residual material cutting mechanism (5) and a leftover material removing mechanism; the bag opening mechanism (6) is provided with an upper film clamp and a lower film clamp, and the bag opening mechanism (6) is positioned between the box pushing mechanism and the rim charge cutting mechanism and is fixedly connected with the box pushing mechanism; the rim charge cutting mechanism is provided with a bag arranging mechanism (7) which is fixedly connected.

3. The rodless film-making post-processing and packaging mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bag-opening mechanism (6) is provided with a fixed connection of a film-opening suction nozzle.
4. The rodless film-making post-processing and packaging mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a transmission mechanism is fixedly connected between the excess material cutting mechanism (5) and the scrap removal mechanism.
5. The rodless post-film-making film-processing and packaging mechanism of claim 1, wherein the bag-making and packaging process comprises the following steps:
