the tail end of a first section of the linkage flat iron (163) is rotatably connected with the inner side of the main joint (11), the middle part of a second section is rotatably connected with a rear foot tube (162), the tail part of the second section is rotatably connected with one end of an underframe connecting tube (164), and the other end of the underframe connecting tube (164) is rotatably connected with a front wheel seat.
