As shown in fig. 4, the fixing base 4 is symmetrically provided with two fixing bosses 42 matching with the supporting arm 2, and the fixing bosses 42 are provided with mounting holes D423 matching with the fixing shafts 43. The fixing boss 42 provides a mounting point for the fixing base 4 and the support arm 2. An opening is provided at the center of the front end of the fixing boss 42, and an adjustment gap 422 is formed by the opening extending from the end surface to the inner wall of the mounting hole D423, and the adjustment gap 422 divides the fixing boss 42 into a jaw shape. The fixing boss 42 is provided with an adjusting hole 421 matched with the adjusting gap 222, and the adjusting hole 421 is provided with an adjusting bolt assembly. The clamping jaw-shaped fixing boss 42 is matched with the adjusting bolt assembly, so that the inclination angle of the supporting arm can be adjusted to meet the use requirement.
