In the existing automobile engine part manufacturing and processing industry, various automobile engine aluminum alloy parts (such as cylinder bodies, cylinder covers, machine shells and the like) are manufactured and processed by a pressure test procedure to judge whether the products are qualified or not and whether casting defects such as leakage exist or not. According to the special requirements of the products, the requirements on the internal quality of the products are high, and the internal defect detection process is not carried out, so that great potential quality safety hazards exist. If the dry-type pressure test machine is directly put into the dry-type pressure test machine, the input cost is high, and the time period is long. Is not suitable for the early product sample-mixing stage. At present, wet type (water measurement type) detection is generally adopted, certain pressure is filled into a closed cavity of a cylinder cover, the closed cavity is placed into a water tank, whether leakage and qualification are achieved is determined by observing whether bubbles are generated in a cylinder cover product, however, clamping of the cylinder cover product is troublesome and complicated, multi-user cooperation operation is needed, and working efficiency is low.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the clamping rotary type automatic leak detector comprises an upper base plate 6 and a lower base plate 7, wherein a middle bearing mounting seat 11 is arranged on the middle part of the lower base plate 7, a middle rolling bearing 10 and a bearing cover plate 8 are arranged on the middle part of the upper base plate 6 and the middle bearing mounting seat 11, a plurality of plugging mechanisms are arranged on the periphery of the upper base plate 6, and a clamp assembly 5 (a plurality of pieces) and an inflation assembly 9 (one piece) are arranged on the periphery of the upper base plate 6 and between the plugging mechanisms. The plugging mechanism comprises a first plugging mechanism 1, a second plugging mechanism 2, a third plugging mechanism 3 and a fourth plugging mechanism 4, clamp assemblies 5 are arranged between the first plugging mechanism 1 and the second plugging mechanism 2, between the second plugging mechanism 2 and the third plugging mechanism 3 and between the third plugging mechanism 3 and the fourth plugging mechanism 4, and an inflating assembly 9 is arranged between the first plugging mechanism 1 and the fourth plugging mechanism 4. After finishing all plugging positions of the workpiece, starting equipment sinks the whole leakage detector (also called a clamp device) into the water tank, the inside of the workpiece is inflated by the inflation mechanism 9, internal defect leakage detection is carried out, and whether the quality of the workpiece is qualified or not is judged by searching. The invention has the advantages of reliable connection of all parts, convenient maintenance and disassembly and wide universality.
