Abstract
The invention discloses a chimney liquid drop removing system after wet desulphurization of a cement kiln, which comprises a liquid drop removing device and a drain pipe, wherein the liquid drop removing device and the drain pipe are arranged in a chimney, the liquid drop removing device comprises a plurality of liquid drop removing modules which are vertically and parallelly arranged, each liquid drop removing module comprises a connecting plate which is vertically arranged and fixed in the chimney and a plurality of corrugated plates which are fixedly connected to the vertical surface of the connecting plate, two ends of each corrugated plate respectively face the bottom end and the top end of the chimney, the connecting plate is formed by splicing two obliquely arranged vertical plates, the top ends of the two obliquely arranged vertical plates face the circle center of the chimney, the bottom ends of the two obliquely arranged vertical plates face the inner wall of the chimney, a lower drain groove is arranged at the bottom end of the connecting plate, and the lower drain groove is communicated with the drain pipe to lead liquid drops out of. The invention can effectively remove liquid drops with different particle sizes, partial sulfate, dust and other impurities.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of flue gas treatment after wet desulphurization of a cement kiln, in particular to a chimney liquid drop removing system after wet desulphurization of the cement kiln.
Background
According to the national standard GB4915-2013 for emission standard of cement industrial atmosphere pollutants of the republic of China, starting from 7/1/2015, a newly-built domestic cement kiln production line executes a sulfur dioxide emission limit of 200mg/m3, enterprises in key areas execute a sulfur dioxide emission limit of 100mg/m3, and at present, a smoke wet desulphurization system is mainly adopted in domestic cement production lines with excessive sulfur dioxide, but as the wet desulphurization system is exported to a chimney section, the smoke is cooled to cause water vapor in the smoke to be condensed and separated out, small liquid drops are formed in the smoke, and the small liquid drops have refraction and scattering effects on light, so that smoke plume at the outlet of the chimney presents grey color and visual pollution is generated. Besides condensed water, the small droplets also contain a plurality of impurities such as sulfate, dust and the like, which cause certain pollution to the surrounding environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a chimney liquid drop removing system after wet desulphurization of a cement kiln, which can effectively remove liquid drops with different particle sizes, partial sulfate, dust and other impurities.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a chimney liquid drop removing system after wet desulphurization of a cement kiln comprises a liquid drop removing device and a drain pipe which are arranged in a chimney, wherein the liquid drop removing device is positioned above a chimney smoke inlet and is adjacent to the smoke inlet of the chimney, the liquid drop removing device comprises a plurality of liquid drop removing modules which are vertically and parallelly arranged, each liquid drop removing module comprises a connecting plate which is vertically arranged and fixed in the chimney and a plurality of corrugated plates which are fixedly connected on the vertical surface of the connecting plate, the plurality of corrugated plates on each connecting plate are mutually parallel and are vertically connected on the vertical surface of the connecting plate, two ends of each corrugated plate respectively face the bottom end and the top end of the chimney, a flue gas guide channel is formed between the adjacent corrugated plates, the connecting plate is formed by splicing two obliquely arranged vertical plates, the top ends of the two obliquely arranged vertical plates face the center of the chimney, and the bottom ends of the two obliquely arranged vertical plates face the inner wall of the chimney, the bottom of the connecting plate is provided with a lower drainage groove, two ends of each lower drainage groove of the connecting plate are respectively communicated with the top end of the corresponding drainage pipe, the bottom end of each drainage pipe faces the bottom end of the chimney, and the bottom end of the chimney is provided with a drainage hole extending out of the chimney.

The bottom end of the corrugated plate is provided with an upper drainage groove of an arc bending structure.
The smoke inlet of the chimney is provided with a smoke guide plate, and the outlet of the smoke guide plate faces the bottom end of the chimney.
The device comprises a chimney, a liquid drop removing device, a plurality of liquid drop removing modules and a plurality of spraying pipes, wherein the chimney is internally provided with a corresponding spraying pipe below each liquid drop removing module, the chimney is provided with a differential pressure gauge, two ends of the differential pressure gauge are respectively communicated with an area below the liquid drop removing device in the chimney and an area above the liquid drop removing device in the chimney, and the differential pressure gauge and a water pump of each spraying pipe are connected with a spraying controller.
The ground at the bottom end of the chimney is a slope surface, and the bottom end of the slope surface faces the drain hole on the chimney.
The included angle degree between the bottom end surface of each inclined vertical plate of each connecting plate and the horizontal plane is 5-10 degrees.
The chimney is internally provided with a plurality of supporting beams at the same height, two ends of each supporting beam are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the chimney, and the liquid drop removing device is erected and fixed on the supporting beams and is perpendicular to the supporting beams.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) when the flue gas passes through the liquid drop removing device at a certain flow velocity, due to the inertia impact action of the gas, water drops collide with the corrugated plate and are attached to the surface of the corrugated plate, the dispersion and gravity settling action of the water drops on the surface of the corrugated plate enable the small liquid drops to be converged into large liquid drops, and the liquid drops slide down from the corrugated plate when the gathered liquid drops reach the condition that the gravity generated by the gathered liquid drops exceeds the resultant force of the rising force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid, so that the effect of removing the liquid drops is realized;
(2) the thickness of the corrugated plate is of a structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, the distance between the top ends of two adjacent corrugated plates is smaller than the distance between the bottom ends of two adjacent corrugated plates, namely, the lower plate wall of the corrugated plate can intercept liquid drops with larger diameter, the upper plate wall of the corrugated plate can intercept liquid drops with smaller diameter, and the liquid drops with different particle diameters can be effectively removed;
(3) the smoke guide plate is arranged, and the outlet of the smoke guide plate faces the bottom end of the chimney, so that the direct washing of smoke on the liquid drop removing device is avoided;
(4) because the small droplets in the flue gas contain impurities such as sulfate, dust and the like, the droplet removing device can generate scale when running for a long time, therefore, a differential pressure gauge for measuring the pressure loss of the droplet removing device is arranged, whether spray flushing is started or not is determined according to the pressure displayed by the differential pressure gauge, and the normal use of the droplet removing device is ensured;
(5) and the ground at the bottom end of the chimney is a slope surface, so that liquid drops and spray water converged by the drain pipe can be conveniently discharged.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-3, a chimney liquid drop removing system after wet desulphurization in a cement kiln comprises a liquid drop removing device 2 and a drain pipe 3 which are arranged in a chimney 1 with an inner diameter of 7600mm, wherein the liquid drop removing device 2 is positioned above a smoke inlet 4 of the chimney 1 and is adjacent to the smoke inlet 4 of the chimney, the liquid drop removing device 2 comprises forty vertical and parallel liquid drop removing modules, each liquid drop removing module comprises a connecting plate 21 which is vertically arranged and fixed in the chimney and a plurality of corrugated plates 22 which are fixedly connected on the vertical surface of the connecting plate 21, the plurality of corrugated plates 22 on each connecting plate 21 are parallel to each other and are vertically connected on the vertical surface of the connecting plate 21, two ends of each corrugated plate 22 respectively face to the bottom end and the top end of the chimney 1 and form a flue gas guide channel between the adjacent corrugated plates 22, the bottom end of each corrugated plate 22 is provided with an upper drain groove 23 with an arc bending structure, the thickness of each corrugated plate 22 is a structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, the distance between the top ends of two adjacent corrugated plates 22 is 25mm, the distance between the bottom ends of two adjacent corrugated plates 22 is 40mm, the height of each corrugated plate is 240mm, the connecting plate 21 is formed by splicing two obliquely arranged vertical plates, the top ends of the two inclined vertical plates face the center of the chimney 1, the bottom ends of the two inclined vertical plates face the inner wall of the chimney 1, the included angle between the bottom end surface of each inclined vertical plate and the horizontal plane is 5 degrees, the bottom end of the connecting plate 21 is provided with a lower drainage groove 24, and the two ends of the drain groove 24 under each connecting plate are respectively communicated with the top ends of the corresponding drain pipes 3, the bottom ends of the drain pipes 3 face the bottom end of the chimney 1, drain holes 5 extending out of the chimney are arranged at the bottom end of the chimney 1, the ground 6 at the bottom end of the chimney 1 is a slope, and the bottom ends of the slope faces the drain holes 5 on the chimney 1.
Wherein, a smoke guide plate 7 is arranged at the smoke inlet 4 of the chimney 1, and the outlet of the smoke guide plate 7 faces the bottom end of the chimney 1; a corresponding spray pipe 8 is arranged below each liquid drop removing module in the chimney 1, a differential pressure gauge 9 is arranged on the chimney, two ends of the differential pressure gauge 9 are respectively communicated with an area below the liquid drop removing device 2 in the chimney 1 and an area above the liquid drop removing device 2 in the chimney, and the differential pressure gauge 9 and a water pump of the spray pipe 8 are connected with a spray controller; a plurality of supporting beams 10 which are located at the same height are arranged in the chimney 1, two ends of each supporting beam 10 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the chimney 1, and the liquid drop removing device 2 is erected and fixed on the supporting beams 10 and is perpendicular to the supporting beams 10.
When the flue gas passes through the liquid drop removing device, the flow velocity of the flue gas at the lower part of the corrugated plate 22 is 3.5m/s, the flow velocity at the upper part of the corrugated plate 22 is 4.5m/s, and the pressure loss in normal operation is 80 pa; except that the droplet device can intercept the water droplet that the diameter is greater than 35um, to the droplet more than 50um, except that the droplet effect can reach 95%. The corrugated plate 22 and the connecting plate 21 of the liquid drop removing device are made of reinforced polypropylene materials, and the strength, temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties of the materials are considered.
When water drops in the flue gas are collected by the liquid drop removing device, small liquid drops are gathered into large liquid drops until the gathered liquid drops reach the condition that the gravity generated by the gathered liquid drops exceeds the resultant force of the rising force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid, the liquid drops slide down from the corrugated plate 22, enter the upper drainage groove 23 below the corrugated plate 22, are collected to the lower drainage groove 24 on the connecting plate 21, flow to the bottom end of the chimney 1 along the drainage pipe 3, flow to the drainage hole 5 along the ground 6, and are discharged out of the chimney through the drainage hole 5.
Whether spray rinsing water needs to be started or not is determined by observing the differential pressure gauge 9, the pressure loss generated when the liquid drop removing device 2 works normally is 80pa, and when the differential pressure reaches 120pa, the water pump of the spray pipe 8 is started to perform spray rinsing on the liquid drop removing device 2.
