Technical Field
The invention relates to a water filtering device, in particular to a self-cleaning filter element.
Background
The filter core can strain the solid particle in the liquid, and protection equipment normally works, and after fluid got into the filter core of putting certain specification filter screen, its impurity was blockked, and the flow thing after the cleanness flows through the filter core. When the filter element is used for a certain time, the filter element is blocked due to the accumulation of pollutants or the generation of scale, and the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced to normally operate the equipment. However, in some devices, it is very troublesome to remove the filter element for cleaning or replacement, and frequent operations are required, which may result in an increase in maintenance costs of the device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a self-cleaning filter element with a self-cleaning function aiming at the current situation of the prior art so as to avoid the disassembly of the filter element and facilitate the cleaning of the filter element.

a screen disposed within the valve chamber traversing between the inlet and the outlet;

and the driving mechanism is arranged in the sewage discharge pipeline and can work under the driving of water flow to drive the cleaning assembly to rotate.
The structure of the driving mechanism can be various, and preferably, the driving mechanism comprises a turbine and a connecting plate; wherein a turbine is arranged in the sewage draining pipeline, and the turbine is in driving connection with the connecting plate; the connecting plate can be rotatably and transversely blocked in the sewage pipeline to separate the inlet and the outlet of the sewage pipeline.
Further, the driving mechanism further comprises a sleeve, an outlet of the sleeve is communicated with the sewage discharge pipeline, and the sleeve is provided with a contraction section with a reduced caliber; the turbine is housed within the constricted section of the casing. The structure can accelerate the rotating speed of the turbine and further improve the cleaning effect.
Preferably, the sleeve comprises a hollow truncated cone-shaped conical section positioned at the upstream and a cylindrical section positioned at the downstream, and the cylindrical section is connected with a small opening of the conical section; the turbine is arranged at the position of a small opening of the conical section or in the cylindrical section;

Further, the cleaning assembly in each scheme comprises a flow limiting pipe, a flow limiting channel and a cleaning brush for brushing the filter screen; wherein:
the flow limiting pipe is sleeved in the filter screen, one port of the flow limiting pipe is connected to the connecting plate in a sealing mode, the other port of the flow limiting pipe is opposite to the connecting plate, and a gap is reserved between the flow limiting pipe and the inner wall of the valve cavity;
the end edge of the inlet of the flow limiting channel is connected to the outer wall of the flow limiting pipe, and a plurality of jet holes are formed in the flow limiting pipe corresponding to the inlet of the flow limiting channel; the outlet of the flow limiting channel faces the peripheral wall of the filter screen; the gap on the connecting plate is communicated with the inner cavity of the flow limiting channel;
the cleaning brush is arranged on the outer side of the filter screen and is in driving connection with the connecting plate.
Preferably, the flow restricting passage has a fan-shaped structure.
Further, the pipe diameter of the sleeve pipe is 0.15-0.3 times of the pipe diameter of the filter screen.
Preferably, the radian of the flow limiting channel is 8-15 degrees.
The cleaning brushes in each scheme can be multiple, are connected to the connecting plate at intervals and are arranged along the length direction of the filter screen. To further enhance the scrubbing of the screen.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
The preferred embodiment of the present application is illustrated by way of a water valve. As shown in fig. 1-4, the self-cleaning cartridge comprises:
the valve body 1 is provided with a valve cavity 14, and the valve body 1 is provided with an inlet 11, an outlet 12 and a sewage draining exit 13 which are communicated with the valve cavity. Wherein the inlet 11 is connected with a liquid conveying pipeline 31, and a first switch valve (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline 31; the outlet 12 is connected with a liquid output pipeline 32, and a second switch valve (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the liquid transmission pipeline 32; the drain 13 is connected to a drain pipe 33, which is provided with a drain valve (not shown).
And the filter screen 2 is arranged in the valve cavity 14 and is used for filtering liquid entering the valve cavity 14 from the inlet 11, and the filtered liquid is discharged from the outlet 12. The filter screen in this embodiment is a cylindrical structure, and is transversely disposed between the inlet 11 and the outlet 14, so that the water flow entering the valve chamber 14 can enter the outlet 12 after being filtered by the filter screen 2. The port of the filter screen faces the sewage draining outlet 13, and the size of the filter holes on the filter screen can be determined according to the use condition.
A drive mechanism including a turbine 41, a sleeve 42, and a connecting plate 43; wherein the turbine 41 is arranged in the sleeve 42, the outlet of the sleeve 42 is communicated with the sewage discharge pipeline 33, and the connecting plate 43 is connected with the rotating shaft of the turbine 41 and rotates along with the turbine 41.
The sleeve 42 in this embodiment is composed of two sections, including an upstream hollow truncated cone-shaped conical section 421 and a downstream cylindrical section 422, where the cylindrical section connects the small openings of the conical sections; the turbine 41 is arranged in the position of a small opening of the conical section 421 or the cylindrical section 422; the connecting plate 43 is rotatably connected to the periphery of the large port of the conical section in a sealing manner, and the connecting plate 43 is provided with a notch 44 communicated with a flow limiting channel 52 described below. The rotating shaft of the turbine 41 is in driving connection with the connecting plate 43.
The connection plate 43 is rotatably disposed transversely within the drain pipe 33 to block an inlet and an outlet of the drain pipe 33.
The cleaning assembly 5, which is used for washing the inner and outer surfaces of the filter screen 2, includes a flow restricting pipe 51, a flow restricting passage 52 and a cleaning brush 53. Wherein:
the flow-limiting pipe 51 is sleeved in the filter screen 2, one port of the flow-limiting pipe is connected to the connecting plate 43 in a sealing mode, and the other port of the flow-limiting pipe is back to the connecting plate 43 to form a blind pipe. The inlet end edge of the flow-limiting channel 52 is connected to the flow-limiting pipe 51, and a plurality of injection holes 511 are arranged on the flow-limiting pipe 51 corresponding to the inlet 521 of the flow-limiting channel 52; the outlet 522 of the restricted flow passage 52 is directed towards the sieve 2; the gap 44 in the web 43 communicates with the lumen of the restricted flow passage.
The flow-limiting channel in the embodiment is fan-shaped, and the pipe diameter of the flow-limiting pipe is 0.2 times of that of the filter screen; the arc of the restricted flow passage was 10 °.
And a cleaning brush 53 connected to the connection plate 43 and disposed along a length direction of the filter net, wherein bristles (not shown) of the cleaning brush face and abut against an outer surface of the filter net. The number of the cleaning brushes 53 may be plural, and two cleaning brushes are provided in this embodiment, and are respectively connected to the connecting plate 43 at intervals.
When the filter element works normally, the blowoff valve is closed, and water flow enters the valve cavity from the liquid conveying pipeline, is filtered by the filter screen and then enters the liquid output pipeline to be discharged.
When the filter screen needs cleaning after being used for a period of time, the second switch valve on the liquid output pipeline is closed, and the drain valve and the first switch valve on the liquid conveying pipeline are opened; after entering the valve cavity from the liquid input pipeline, water flow enters the flow limiting pipe from the inlet of the flow limiting pipe 51 through the filter screen, and the water flow enters the flow limiting pipe for primary acceleration due to the small caliber of the flow limiting pipe; the water flow in the flow-limiting pipe enters the flow-limiting channel 52 through each jet hole, and the water flow is accelerated for the second time under the flow-limiting action of the jet holes; accelerated water flow is sprayed to the inner wall of the filter screen from the outlet of the flow limiting channel under the action of the flow limiting channel, and flows out of the notch on the connecting plate after scouring the wall of the filter screen and enters the sleeve 42.
When sewage flows in the sleeve, the sewage is accelerated under the flow limiting effect of the conical section, the turbine is driven to rotate at a high speed, and the connecting plate, the flow limiting pipe, the flow limiting channel and the cleaning brush are driven to rotate together.
When the cleaning brush rotates, the outer surface of the filter screen is scrubbed, and when the flow limiting pipe and the flow limiting channel rotate along the periphery of the filter screen, the peripheral wall of the filter screen is scrubbed by water flow at a high speed, dirt scrubbed by the cleaning brush is washed off, and is discharged to the sewage discharge pipe from the gap and then discharged.
Claims (9)
1. A self-cleaning cartridge comprising: the valve body (1) is provided with a valve cavity (14), and the valve body (1) is provided with an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) which are communicated with the valve cavity (14); the inlet (11) is connected with a liquid conveying pipeline (31), and a first switch valve is arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline (31); the outlet (12) is connected with a liquid output pipeline (32), and a second switch valve is arranged on the liquid conveying pipeline (32); the valve is characterized in that a drain outlet (13) is also arranged on the valve body, the drain outlet (13) is connected with a drain pipeline (33), and a drain valve is arranged on the drain pipeline (33); further comprising:
a sieve (2) disposed within the valve chamber (14) across between the inlet (11) and the outlet (14);
the cleaning component (5) is arranged in the valve cavity (14) and is used for cleaning the filter screen;
and the driving mechanism is arranged in the sewage discharge pipeline (33) and can work under the driving of water flow to drive the cleaning component (5) to rotate.

Self-cleaning cartridge according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive means comprise a worm wheel (41) and a web (43); wherein a turbine (41) is arranged in the sewage conduit (33), the turbine (41) being in driving connection with the connection plate (43); the connecting plate (43) can be rotatably and transversely blocked in the sewage discharge pipeline (33) to separate the inlet and the outlet of the sewage discharge pipeline (33).

The self-cleaning cartridge of claim 2, wherein the drive mechanism further comprises a sleeve (42), an outlet of the sleeve (42) communicating with the drain (33), the sleeve (42) having a reduced diameter constriction; the turbine (41) is housed within the constricted section of the sleeve (42).

Self-cleaning cartridge according to claim 3, characterised in that the sleeve (42) comprises a hollow frustoconical conical section (421) upstream and a cylindrical section (422) downstream, the cylindrical section (421) connecting the small mouths of the conical sections; the turbine (41) is arranged in a small opening position of the conical section (421) or in the cylindrical section (422);
the connecting plate (43) can be rotatably connected to the periphery of the large port of the conical section, and a notch (44) communicated with the sleeve (42) is formed in the connecting plate (43).
5. Self-cleaning cartridge according to claim 4, characterised in that the cleaning assembly (5) comprises a flow restriction tube (51), a flow restriction channel (52) and a cleaning brush (53) for brushing the sieve (2); wherein:
the flow limiting pipe (51) is sleeved in the filter screen (2), one port of the flow limiting pipe is connected to the connecting plate (43) in a sealing mode, the other port of the flow limiting pipe is opposite to the connecting plate (43), and a gap is formed between the flow limiting pipe and the inner wall of the valve cavity;
the inlet end edge of the flow limiting channel (52) is connected to the outer wall of the flow limiting pipe (51), and a plurality of injection holes (511) are formed in the flow limiting pipe (51) corresponding to the inlet (521) of the flow limiting channel (52); the outlet (522) of the flow-restricting channel (52) is opposite to the peripheral wall of the filter screen (2); the gap (44) on the connecting plate (43) is communicated with the inner cavity of the flow limiting channel;
the cleaning brush (53) is arranged on the outer side of the filter screen (2) and is in driving connection with the connecting plate (43).
6. Self-cleaning cartridge as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the flow-restricting passage (52) is of fan-shaped configuration.
7. Self-cleaning cartridge as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the tube diameter of the sleeve (42) is 0.15-0.3 times the tube diameter of the sieve (2).
8. Self-cleaning cartridge according to claim 6, characterised in that the curvature of the restriction channel (52) is 8-15 °.
9. A self-cleaning cartridge as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that the cleaning brush (53) is provided in a plurality, spaced apart from the web (43) and arranged along the length of the sieve (2).
