The medical smearing device for the obstetrics and gynecology department is characterized by comprising a fixed rod (1), a rotating handle (2), a fixed handle (3), a circular truncated cone adjusting column (4), a smearing strip (5) and a drug delivery assembly (6); one end of the fixed rod (1) is fixedly connected with the fixed handle (3), the other end of the fixed rod (1) is fixedly connected with the round table adjusting column (4), and the rotating handle (2) is sleeved on the fixed rod (1) and is rotatably connected with the fixed rod (1); a spiral sliding groove (7) is formed in the side wall surface of the circular truncated cone adjusting column (4); the medicine applying strip (5) is fixedly connected with the rotating handle (2) through a connecting rod (8); the medicine applying strip (5) is provided with a medicine storage groove (9); the drug delivery assembly (6) comprises a sealing piston (601), a push plate (602), a push rod (603), a compression spring (604), a sliding rail (605), a movable connecting part (606) and a clamping sliding block (607), wherein the sealing piston (601) and the push plate (602) are positioned inside a drug storage groove (9), the push plate (602) is fixedly connected with the sealing piston (601), one end of the push rod (603) penetrates through a drug applying strip (5) and is fixedly connected with the push plate (602), and one end of the push rod (603) positioned outside the drug applying strip (5) penetrates through a guide mechanism (10) and is fixedly connected with the sliding rail (605); the compression spring (604) is sleeved on the push rod (603), the compression spring (604) is clamped between the sliding rail (605) and the guide mechanism (10), the sliding rail (605) is provided with a sliding groove (11) towards one side of the circular table adjusting column (4), the sliding rail (605) is clamped inside the sliding groove (11) and can vertically slide up and down along the sliding groove (11), one side, away from the sliding groove (11), of the movable connecting part (606) is fixedly connected with the clamping sliding block (607), and the clamping sliding block (607) is clamped inside the spiral sliding groove (7) and slides along the spiral sliding groove (7).
