近几年来,人们对于头皮屑问题的担忧一直没有改变,解决头皮屑问题已成为护发产品的核心需求。然而现代生活方式和环境污染,包括精神压力,不健康饮食,染发烫发,UV污染,环境污染等扰乱着身体的平衡,特别对头皮环境的失衡,是导致头皮屑问题的主要原因。头皮屑问题正是由于头皮屏障的削弱,头皮微生物菌群不平衡,表面细胞分裂加速导致。传统的去屑剂单纯的解决微生物感染已经无法满足消费者对去屑产品的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一组去屑组合物,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
一组去屑组合物,包括以下组分及其重量份:
优选的,包括以下组分及其重量份:
硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯,来源于甘草的白色至浅黄色鳞片晶装粉末,在化妆品中有调节皮肤免疫能力及抗菌能力,消除炎症,预防皮肤过敏,吸收紫外线,解除化妆品中其他成分及外界其他因素对皮肤的毒副作用。且于甘草亭酸相比,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯具有较低的熔点和较高的蒸汽压,这让它在皮肤抑菌效率方面提高50%以上。
亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯,阳离子表面活性剂,天然植物来源的仿生磷脂结构与皮肤头发都具有较高的亲和性。可修复受损头发,减少头皮屑的产生。
羟基积雪草甙(madecassoside,MC),为伞形科植物积雪草CentellaasiaticaUrb.中三萜皂苷的主要活性成分,研究表明MC具有广泛的体内外药理活性。在化妆品中有调节炎症,保护细胞,减少过度增值的能力。
大叶车前提取物,大叶车前是多年生植物,叶子呈短棒椭圆形,传统药效具有悠久的历史,能治头痛和有毒咬伤的解药。在最近的科学研究中,也证明其对伤口的抗发炎特征。本品为车前科植物车前或平车前的干燥全草。含齐墩果酸,多种甾醇,甙类,多种酸。能有效杀菌,抑制真菌,抗炎症。
一种洗发水,包括以下组分及其重量百分含量:
所述辅助表面活性剂可选用椰油酰两性基羟丙基磺酸钠、月桂基甘醇羧酸钠和/或月桂酰天冬氨酸钠。
椰油酰葡糖苷羟丙基磺酸钠:是一款超级温和的阴离子表面活性剂,源自绿色植物玉米和椰子,并基于可再生资源烷基聚糖衍生物。非常温和,无刺激性;无毒性,不含二恶烷;发泡力好,可产生丰富细腻,膏霜状的泡沫;清洁后皮肤柔软和水润,防止皮肤和头发的过度脱脂;在广泛的pH范围内稳定性好。
月桂基甘醇羧酸钠:是一款温和的阴离子表面活性剂,优良的起泡能力,且发泡能力几乎不受pH值影响,良好的生物降解度,25天可达到75%以上。相对于传统表活具有更低的刺激性。
月桂酰天冬氨酸钠:属于氨基酸类表面活性剂,安全无毒,其起泡性能优良,泡沫稳定性好,非常温和,无刺激性,且能降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性,能提高抗硬水性,使头发柔软。
与现有技术相比,本发明的硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、羟基积雪草甙、大叶车前提取物四者搭配,互相协同作用,具有较好的去屑作用、抑菌作用及对头皮具有较好的修复作用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
一种含有去屑组合物的洗发水,各组分在体系所占重量百分比如表1所示:

制备方法:将A相加入锅中,开启搅拌,快速搅拌30分钟。开始升温,降低搅拌速度,升温至45℃时,加入B相,继续升温。升温至70℃时,加入C相,继续升温至80℃。保温15分钟然后开始降温。降温至45℃时,加入D相。搅拌均匀后即可出料。
实施例2
去掉实施例1中的0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.3%大叶车前提取物,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例3
去掉实施例1中0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.3%大叶车前提取物,将羟基积雪草甙添加量改为1.25%,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例4
去掉实施例1中0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.3%大叶车前提取物,将硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯添加量改为1.25%,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例5
去掉实施例1中0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.3%大叶车前提取物,将亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯添加量改为1.25%,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例6
去掉实施例1中0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯,将大叶车前提取物添加量改为1.25%,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例7
将实施例1中的0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.3%大叶车前提取物改为0.5%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.2%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.15%羟基积雪草甙、0.4%大叶车前提取物,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例8
将实施例1中的0.8%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.05%羟基积雪草甙、0.3%大叶车前提取物改为1.2%亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、0.2%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、0.15%羟基积雪草甙、0.4%大叶车前提取物,其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
实施例9
将实施例1中的辅助表面活性剂换成椰油酰两性基羟丙基磺酸钠2%、月桂基甘醇羧酸钠2%、月桂酰天冬氨酸钠2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%;其它组分、含量及其制备与实施例1相同。
受试者:采取随机、开放、自身对照研究。选取年龄分布为18到40岁的出现头皮干燥,有头屑的患者240名,随机分为8组,每组各30名。
使用方法:受试者每周使用3次洗发水,持续4周。
实施例1-8的含有去屑组合物的洗发水的效果对比如表2所示。

以上实验结果说明实施例1对头屑问题具有较好的作用。且在硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、羟基积雪草甙、大叶车前提取物搭配时,有起到明显的增益作用。硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯0.6、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯1、羟基积雪草甙0.5、大叶车前提取物0.3时效果最佳。
抗菌效果实验
使用白色念珠菌作为试验菌株,0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为阴性对照,实施例1作为试验组1,实施例3作为试验组2,实施例4作为试验组3,实施例5作为试验组4,实施例6作为试验组5。根据QB/T 2738-2012进行抑菌效果测试,结果如表3所示。

使用金黄色葡萄球菌作为试验菌株,0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为阴性对照,实施例1作为试验组1,实施例3作为试验组2,实施例4作为试验组3,实施例5作为试验组4,实施例6作为试验组5。根据QB/T 2738-2012进行抑菌效果测试,结果如表4所示。

结果显示,硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯、亚油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯、羟基积雪草甙、大叶车前提取物都有不同程度的抑菌能力,且四者复配取得不错的协同增效抑菌效果。
修复头皮试验
实验对象选取角质层干燥性敏感皮肤,连续使用实施例1的洗发水两周,观察头皮症状变化。从体内经过角质层蒸发的水分可以间接反映皮肤屏障功能,从头皮角质层的含水量可以判断头皮的干燥程度。从图1可以看出实施例1的洗发水对头皮具有较好的修复作用。
头皮修复效果测试
测试对象:随机选取年龄在20-55岁之间的600名志愿者,随机将志愿者分成6组,每组100人。检测第1-5小组志愿者一月后头皮的修复效果,修复效果按照修。实施例1作为试验组1,实施例3作为试验组2,实施例4作为试验组3,实施例5作为试验组4,实施例6作为试验组5。实施例2作为空白组。
复率等级统计总结见如表5所示。
修复率等级:
Ⅰ级:修复率>80%;Ⅱ级:修复率60-80%;Ⅲ级:修复率40-60%;Ⅳ级:修复率<40%。

综上实验所述,本发明组合物运用于洗发水中对修复头皮起到了显著的作用。
对比实施例1、实施例9的洗发水的其他使用效果,选取年龄分布为18到40岁的出现头皮干燥,有头屑的患者100名,随机分为2组,每组各50名,分别使用实施例1、实施例9的洗发水,使用者每隔两天洗发,连续使用6个月,统计使用效果,所示。
对比实施例1、实施例9的洗发水的其他使用效果
选取实施例1和实施例9的洗发水进行眼部刺激性试验,发现实施例9的眼部刺激性低于实验组1。
实施例9的洗发水的感官及指标理化性质测定结果如表6所示。
