In another embodiment, the table mechanism 24 includes a table 241, the table 241 is mounted on the armrest frame 232 on one side, a receiving groove 251 is formed in the table 241, a stretching plate 253 is disposed in the receiving groove 251, guide grooves 252 are formed in inner walls of front and rear sides of the table 241, guide pins 254 are disposed on the front and rear sides of the stretching plate 253, the guide pins 254 are disposed in the guide grooves 252, a support groove 255 is formed in a lower portion of the stretching plate 253, the support groove 255 is semi-circular, and a diameter of the support groove 255 is matched with a diameter of the armrest frame 232. The upper portion of the left side of the containing groove 251 is provided with an embedding portion 256, the upper portion of the right side of the stretching plate 253 is provided with a clamping portion 258, the left end of the table 241 is provided with a protruding portion 257, the joint of the top of the stretching plate 253 and the clamping portion 258 is provided with a splicing surface 259, and after the stretching plate 253 is spliced with the table 241, the left end of the protruding portion 257 abuts against the splicing surface 259. The guide groove 252 includes a horizontal section and an inclined section toward the upper left, and performs left movement and elevation while pulling the stretching plate 253 outward from the receiving groove 251.
When the stretching plate 253 is drawn out of the receiving groove 251 or the stretching plate 253 is received in the receiving groove 251, the guide pin 254 moves in the guide groove 252 to move the stretching plate 253 along a predetermined trajectory, thereby completing the joining with the table 241 or the separation from the table 241. The insertion portion 256 and the engagement portion 258 are both recessed inward to form a space for the stretching plate 253 to rise.

When the roller mechanism 3 is needed, the roller seat 78 is rotated on the central rod 77, so that the roller 83 leaves from the accommodating groove 2 after the roller seat 78 rotates one hundred eighty degrees, the adjusting block 82 is clamped on the central rod 77 between the baffle plate 81 and the top wall of the accommodating groove 2, and the first spring 79 and the second spring 80 are compressed, so that the roller 83 is lowered to be in contact with the ground, and the bed can be pushed to move.
