Claims (8)
1. A rapid high-temperature disinfection device for hemodialysis, which is characterized by comprising a disinfection cabinet (1), a sliding mechanism (2) is arranged inside the disinfection cabinet (1), a lifting mechanism (3) is fixedly connected on the sliding mechanism (2), a driving mechanism (4) is arranged on the upper surface of the disinfection cabinet (1) corresponding to the lifting mechanism (3), a rolling mechanism (5) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (3) in parallel, the upper box wall of the disinfection cabinet (1) is provided with a door opening and closing mechanism (6), a water inlet and outlet mechanism (7) is fixedly arranged on the two opposite box walls of the disinfection cabinet (1), the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is characterized in that a group of ultraviolet disinfection lamps (8) are fixedly connected to the inner box wall of the top end of the disinfection cabinet (1), and a group of heating lamps (10) are fixedly connected to the inner box wall of the top end of the disinfection cabinet (1) in a parallel mode relative to the ultraviolet disinfection lamps (8).

The rapid thermal disinfection apparatus for hemodialysis of claim 1, wherein: slide mechanism (2) are including two T type groove (21) that are vertical form setting, two T type groove (21) are the symmetry form and set up on the relative inner tank wall of sterilizer (1), two equal sliding connection has a T type piece (22), two in T type groove (21) T type piece (22) one end in opposite directions all runs through the notch that corresponds T type groove (21) and extends to sterilizer (1) in, two equal two sets of connecting block (23) of fixedly connected with on the lateral wall of one side that T type piece (22) are located T type groove (21), every group connecting block (23) all include two connecting block (23) that are parallel form setting, every two of group all rotate through the pivot between the lateral wall of connecting block (23) one side in opposite directions and be connected with a gyro wheel (24), four the wherein a side end face of gyro wheel (24) all offsets with the corresponding cell wall of T type groove (21).

The rapid thermal disinfection apparatus for hemodialysis of claim 1, wherein: actuating mechanism (4) include first bevel gear (41), first bevel gear (41) are fixed cup joints on threaded rod (33) are located sterilizer (1) outer upper end pole wall, are located sterilizer (1) upper surface fixedly connected with one driving motor (42) of first bevel gear (41) one side, the output of driving motor (42) passes through a shaft coupling fixedly connected with second bevel gear (43), first bevel gear (41) meet second bevel gear (43) and mesh mutually.

The rapid thermal disinfection apparatus for hemodialysis of claim 1, wherein: the rolling mechanism (5) comprises two groups of rolling holes (51), each group of rolling holes (51) comprises three rolling holes (51), each group is three the rolling holes (51) are arranged in parallel and penetrate through the upper surface of the placing plate (31), each group is three the rolling holes (51) are internally and rotatably connected with a rotating rod (52) through a second bearing, the rod walls of a plurality of rotating rods (52) in the rolling holes (51) are fixedly sleeved with a rolling roller (53), the upper end faces of the rolling rollers (53) penetrate through upper end orifices of the corresponding rolling holes (51) and extend to the outside of the placing plate (31), one end of each rotating rod (52) penetrates through the opposite side wall of the placing plate (31) and extends to the outside of the placing plate (31) and is fixedly connected with a gear (54), and two racks (55) are fixedly connected with the two opposite side walls of the disinfection cabinet (1) corresponding to the position of the gear (54) in a symmetrical manner, the two racks (55) are respectively meshed with two gears (54), and each group of two adjacent gears (54) are meshed with each other.
