Referring to fig. 2, the control device 2 of the present invention is composed of a temperature controller and a pressure controller; the control device is an intermediate bridge which is connected with the refrigeration pressurization system 1 and the pressing bag 3, the temperature control controller is responsible for adjusting and displaying the temperature, the pressure controller is responsible for adjusting and displaying the pressure, and the pressing bag 3 is conveyed with cooling liquid with required temperature and pressure through the control device.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the pressing bag 3 of the present invention is composed of an adjusting ring 4, an annular groove 7, a water inlet 5, and a water outlet 6; the pressing bag 3 is bionic shell, which can play a role of placing uterus and can ensure the maximum contact area, meanwhile, two pressing bag pieces with concavity can be attached as far as possible after the pressure reaches a certain value, which plays a role of pressing the uterus in the pressing bag, different hole positions on the adjusting ring 4 are used for adjusting the initial pose of the coated uterus, gaps at the outer side of the pressing bag can be used for blood vessels, oviducts and ligaments at two sides of the uterus to pass through, the annular groove 7 covering the whole pressing bag can ensure the flow area of cooling liquid, thereby fully contacting with the surface of the uterus and achieving the purpose of rapid cooling, the water inlet 5 is connected with the water outlet of the refrigeration pressurizing system 1 through a control device, the water outlet 6 is connected with the water return port of the refrigeration pressurizing system 1, so that the cooling liquid can be kept at constant low temperature through circulating flow, and the cooling effect is better.
The working method of the intelligent hemostasis device for bleeding during cesarean section disclosed by the embodiment comprises the following steps: the cooling water outlet is connected with the pressing bag through a booster pump device, a uterus to be pressed is placed in the pressing bag, and the uterus is fixed through an adjusting ring. When the water in the cooling machine is cooled to a proper temperature, the booster pump is regulated to a required pressure value, the cooling water flows into the pressing bag in sequence, and returns to the water cooler after flowing through the whole annular groove, so that the circulation is repeated. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the pressing bag consists of a bag body and an adjusting ring; the capsule body is of a split structure; the adjusting ring is used for closing the capsule body; the uterus is arranged in a capsule body, the capsule body is closed through an adjusting ring, a plurality of different hole positions are arranged on the adjusting ring and used for adjusting the initial pose of the coated uterus, and a gap between the adjusting ring at the outer side of the pressing capsule can be used for allowing blood vessels, fallopian tubes and ligaments at two sides of the uterus to pass through.
