The working principle is as follows: the main tube 101 is held to enable the outer sheath 201 to penetrate into the ureter, light enters through the light source connector 103 and is transmitted to the end portion of the outer sheath 201 through the light inlet fiber 204 to be illuminated, the light return fiber 205 receives an illumination image and transmits the illumination image to the ocular lens 105 to be observed until the outer sheath 201 reaches a calculus position, the water outlet valve 502 is opened, waste liquid is discharged through the water outlet pipe 501, meanwhile, the water inlet pipe 503 is opened, water liquid is pressed into the water bag 202 from the water inlet pipe 503 and enters the water bag 202 through the water inlet channel 206, the water bag 202 is expanded and fixed in the ureter, the inner sheath 302 with the guide wire 401 is inserted into the outer sheath 201 through the hard straight pipe 301 to reach the calculus position, the calculus is sleeved through the stone basket 404, the second handle 402 is rotated under the support of the first handle 303, the guide wire 401 is pulled through the connecting plate 403 to retract into the inner sheath 302, the stone basket 404 is taken out to grasp the calculus, water, the water sac 202 is contracted and the sheath 201 is taken out from the ureter.

1. A uretero-endoscopic apparatus dedicated to clinical medicine, including a rack device (1) for supporting, characterized in that: the water-saving device is characterized by further comprising an outer sheath device (2) used for extending, water inlet and outlet devices (5) are installed on the front portion and the rear portion of the rack device (1), an inner sheath device (3) is installed in the outer sheath device (2), and a stone sleeving device (4) is installed in the inner sheath device (3).

A uretero-endoscopic device for clinical medicine use according to claim 1, wherein: the sheath device (2) comprises a sheath shell (201), a water balloon body (202) is installed on the circumference of the sheath shell (201), a boss (203) is arranged in the sheath shell (201), an optical fiber (204), a return optical fiber (205) and a water inlet channel (206) are uniformly arranged in the boss (203), the water inlet channel (206) penetrates through the sheath shell (201) and the water balloon body (202), the sheath shell (201) is made of PVC materials, and the water balloon body (202) and the boss (203) are respectively welded together with the sheath shell (201).

A uretero-endoscopic device for clinical medicine use according to claim 1, wherein: sheath device (2) are including sheath shell (201), water utricule (202) are installed to sheath shell (201) circumference, sheath shell (201) inner wall is provided with middle intermediate layer (207), evenly be provided with into optical fiber (204), return optical fiber (205) and inlet channel (206) in middle intermediate layer (207), inlet channel (206) are passed sheath shell (201) with water utricule (202), middle intermediate layer (207) inner wall is provided with inlayer sheath (208), sheath shell (201) adopt the PVC material, water utricule (202) sheath shell (201) middle intermediate layer (207) with inlayer sheath (208) are pasted together.

A uretero-endoscopic device for clinical medicine use according to claim 1, wherein: the rack device (1) comprises a main pipe body (101), a guide cone body (102) is arranged on one side of the main pipe body (101), a support rod (104) is arranged on the main pipe body (101), an ocular lens (105) is installed on the support rod (104), a light source connector (103) is arranged behind the main pipe body (101), the guide cone body (102) and the main pipe body (101) are integrally formed, the support rod (104) and the light source connector (103) are welded together with the main pipe body (101) respectively, and the ocular lens (105) is in sealed threaded connection with the support rod (104).

A uretero-endoscopic device for clinical medicine use according to claim 1, wherein: the water inlet and outlet device (5) comprises a water outlet pipe (501), a water outlet valve (502) is installed on the water outlet pipe (501), a water inlet pipe (503) is arranged behind the water outlet pipe (501), a water inlet valve (504) is installed on the water inlet pipe (503), the water outlet valve (502) is in sealing threaded connection with the water outlet pipe (501), and the water inlet valve (504) is in sealing threaded connection with the water inlet pipe (503).

A uretero-endoscopic device for clinical medicine use according to claim 1, wherein: the inner sheath device (3) comprises an inner sheath tube (302), a hard straight tube (301) is installed on one side of the inner sheath tube (302), a first handle (303) is arranged below the hard straight tube (301), a pin shaft (304) is arranged in the middle of the first handle (303), the inner sheath tube (302) is made of PVC materials, the hard straight tube (301) is made of 304 stainless steel, the first handle (303) and the hard straight tube (301) are welded together, and the pin shaft (304) and the first handle (303) are riveted together.
