Claims (9)
1. A multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device is characterized by comprising:
a fish-covering box;
the conveying system comprises a single grabbing and conveying mechanism and an anti-skid conveying belt, conveying baffles are arranged on the edges of two sides of the anti-skid conveying belt, and one end of the single grabbing and conveying mechanism is connected with the fish accommodating box;
a single grabbing baffle is arranged on the single grabbing conveying mechanism;
the release adjusting system comprises a release adjusting basket and an automatic release plate, wherein the upper end of the release adjusting basket is connected with the other end of the single grabbing and conveying mechanism, an opening is formed in the bottom end of the release adjusting basket, one side of the opening is connected with one end of the automatic release plate, and the other end of the automatic release plate is arranged on the anti-skid conveying belt and fixed in the conveying baffle;
the multifunctional vaccine injection system is arranged on the conveying baffle plate and comprises a fish parasite remover, a scanning code-spraying assembly, an automatic injection assembly and an automatic weighing assembly; the scanning code spraying assembly and the automatic injection assembly respectively comprise a guide rail, a clamping block and an automatic door; the clamping block is arranged in the conveying baffle on one side of the antiskid conveying belt, the automatic door is arranged on the side face of the clamping block through an electric expansion piece, and the guide rail is arranged outside the conveying baffle on the other side opposite to the clamping block; the scanning code spraying assembly further comprises a scanner and a code spraying device, and the scanner and the code spraying device are installed on two sides of the guide rail; the automatic injection assembly further comprises an automatic injector and an automatic ejector, the automatic injector is connected with the guide rail, and the automatic ejector is arranged on the automatic injector; the automatic weighing component comprises a weighing release disc, the weighing release disc is arranged below one end of the anti-skid conveyor belt, and an electric expansion piece is fixed below the weighing release disc;
the collecting box is connected to the bottom of one end of the anti-skid conveyor belt through a telescopic bracket;
and the speed reducing motor is respectively connected with the single grabbing and conveying mechanism and the anti-skid conveying belt.
2. The multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device according to claim 1, wherein the automatic release plate, the clamping block and the automatic door are provided with sensors.
3. The automatic multifunctional fish vaccine injection device according to claim 1, wherein the fish parasite remover is provided with a detection sensor and two pressure nozzles, wherein one of the pressure nozzles sprays fish pesticide, and the other pressure nozzle sprays anesthetic for fish.
4. The automatic multifunctional fish vaccine injection device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping blocks are divided into a scan code spraying clamping block and an injection clamping block, and the guide rails comprise a scan code spraying guide rail and a positioning guide rail.
5. The multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device according to claim 4, wherein the scan code-spraying clamping block is a single-side arc module, and the injection clamping block is a double-side semicircular module.

The multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device according to claim 4, wherein the scanning code-spraying guide rail is a T-shaped guide rail, and the scanner and the code-spraying device are arranged on two sides of a T-shaped transverse guide rail of the scanning code-spraying guide rail.
7. The automatic multifunctional fish vaccine injection device according to claim 1, wherein the fish-hooking case and the collecting case are uniformly provided with water through holes.
8. The use method of the multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) starting a speed reducing motor, and operating the multifunctional fish vaccine automatic injection device to enable the multifunctional fish vaccine automatic injection device to advance in water;
(2) the method comprises the following steps that a shoal of fish is wrapped on a single grabbing and conveying mechanism by using a fish wrapping box, fish bodies are conveyed and released into a release adjusting basket, the positions of the fish bodies are adjusted, and then insect expelling and anesthesia operation is carried out;
(3) when the fish body reaches the parasite remover, the pressure nozzle sprays the fish insecticide and the fish anesthetic to simultaneously remove the parasites on the surface of the fish body and the anesthetic fish body, and then the fish body identification code scanning operation is carried out;
(4) when the fish body reaches the scanning code-spraying automatic door, the anti-skid conveyor belt stops running, the scanning code-spraying clamping block clamps the fish body, the scanner scans the fish body identification code, and if the color of the scanned fish body marking code is normal, the automatic fish body vaccine injection operation is started;
(5) when the fish body reaches the injection automatic door, the anti-skid conveyor belt stops running, the injection clamping block clamps the fish body, the automatic injector pierces the needle into the muscle of the fish body, and the automatic ejector injects the vaccine into the fish body and then the fish body is weighed;
(6) and (3) conveying the fish body to a weighing release disc, uploading the fish body weight detected by the weighing release disc to a system for recording and storing, and finally releasing the fish body by an electric expansion piece, thereby finishing the whole operation of fish vaccine injection and marking traceability.
9. The use method of the multifunctional automatic fish vaccine injection device according to claim 8, characterized in that in the step (4), after the scanner scans the fish body identification code:
A. if the information of the fish body identification code cannot be scanned, the fish body directly enters a collection box to wait for manual reinspection;
B. and if the fish body identification code is scanned to be light in color, the code spraying device sprays codes to the fish body for increasing the color, and then the automatic injection operation of the fish body vaccine is carried out.
