一种业务接收或发送方法、装置和通信系统,其中,该业务接收或发送装置包括:处理装置,其用于在进行低时延业务接收或发送的时间与测量间隔有重叠时,在该测量间隔内进行该低时延业务的接收或发送。由此,在低时延业务进行接收或发送的过程中出现了配置的测量间隔时,可以减少低时延业务的时延,保证低时延业务的用户体验。
