the base mechanism comprises a bottom plate, a cover plate, a sliding rail block, a rack guide plate, a central gear, a universal wheel and a rebounder; the four corners of the bottom plate are respectively provided with the sliding rail blocks, each sliding rail block is nested with the sliding plate, and the universal wheel is arranged below each sliding plate; the racks are arranged on one side of the sliding plate, the heights of the racks arranged in two adjacent sliding plates are different, and the positions of the racks arranged in the two sliding plates in the same horizontal direction are opposite; the rack guide plate is a rectangular body with a hollow middle part, the rack guide plate is installed in the middle of the bottom plate, four side surfaces of the rack guide plate are respectively provided with rack holes with corresponding heights and penetrating through the rack guide plate corresponding to the facing racks, and each rack is inserted into the corresponding rack hole; the central gear is nested in the middle of the rack guide plate; each rack is matched with the central gear for use; the middle of at least one sliding plate is provided with the rebounder, the telescopic head of the rebounder is connected with the side face of one side of the rack guide plate, the center of one side of the cover plate is provided with a telescopic rod mounting hole, the cover plate is mounted on the bottom plate, and the small pipe penetrates through the telescopic rod mounting hole and is connected to the bottom plate.
