Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a live program storage method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium, wherein the method includes: determining program acquisition conditions of a user account; when detecting that the live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room accords with the program acquisition condition, storing live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; providing the target program to the user account. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process that a user participates in live broadcast interaction, wonderful live broadcast content can be automatically identified so as to store corresponding live broadcast room data, and the stored target program is provided for the user who participates in the live broadcast interaction or other offline users who pay attention to the live broadcast interaction, so that the situation that the user omits the wonderful live broadcast interaction content due to various reasons of the user is avoided, and the live broadcast interaction experience of the user is improved.

according to the embodiment of the disclosure, when it is detected that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, the live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room can be automatically stored as the target program, automatic storage of the live broadcast data corresponding to the program acquisition condition is realized, and the requirement of a user on automatic storage of part of live broadcast programs in the target live broadcast room is met.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a scene diagram of a program obtaining method of a live broadcast room according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the application scene may involve a main broadcast client 101, a server 102, and an audience client 103 to an audience client 10n, the main broadcast client 101 may capture analog signals of behavior, action, language, and the like of the main broadcast, and upload the analog signals to the server 102 after analog-to-digital conversion, the audience client 103 to the audience client 10n may obtain live broadcast data uploaded by the main broadcast through the main broadcast client 101 based on connection with the server 102, and of course, the server may interface live broadcast data respectively uploaded by a plurality of main broadcast clients, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The server 102 may be a physical server including an independent host, or the server may be a virtual server borne by a host cluster, or the server may be a cloud server, or the like, an application program for supporting a user to view live broadcasts may be installed in the anchor client 101, the viewer client 103 to the viewer client 10n, or the server may include a web application integrated in a browser, any one of the anchor client 101, the viewer client 103 to the viewer client 10n may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a personal computer, a personal digital assistant, a cloud computing device, or the like, a long connection may be established between the server 102 and any one of the anchor client 101, the viewer client 103 to the viewer client 10n through a network, so that the server 102 sends a push message or the like to the anchor client or the viewer client through the long connection, and the anchor client or the viewer client may also send a message or the like to the server based on the long connection.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a program obtaining method of a live broadcast room according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
in step 201, program acquisition conditions of a user account are determined.
In an embodiment, condition configuration information corresponding to the user account may be acquired, and then program acquisition conditions of the user account may be determined according to the condition configuration information.
In this embodiment, the program acquisition condition may be determined according to condition configuration information corresponding to the user account, so that the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room matches with the program acquisition requirement preconfigured by the user account, and automatic storage of live broadcast data matching with the program acquisition requirement preconfigured by the user account is realized.
In another embodiment, if it is determined that the automatic downloading function corresponding to the user account is in an open state, detecting whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition condition of the user account is triggered.
The manner of turning on or off the auto-save function command may be various, such as determining the turning on or off of the auto-save function command according to a trigger command to a preset identifier received by the application interface; analyzing the received voice information of the user, and determining a control instruction for opening or closing the automatic storage function instruction according to an analysis result; and determining a control instruction for opening or closing the automatic storage function instruction and the like according to the association relation between the preset direction, amplitude or the combination of the directions and amplitudes and the control instruction by judging whether the pose change of the equipment is matched with the preset direction, amplitude or the combination of the directions and amplitudes.
In this embodiment, whether to trigger detection of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room may be determined through an open or close state of the automatic download function corresponding to the user account, that is, for the user account a whose automatic download function is in an open state, detection of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account a is triggered, and for the user account B whose automatic download function is in a close state, detection of the live broadcast state of the live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account B is not required, the number of program acquisition conditions to be detected is reduced, and an operation load for detecting the live broadcast state of the live broadcast room is reduced.
Further, the detection of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room can be performed by a server, specifically, the detection that the automatic saving function is set to the on state is performed, and automatic saving instruction information corresponding to the user account is sent to the server, so that the server determines the user account to be subjected to program acquisition according to the automatic saving instruction information, and the server detects the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account to be subjected to program acquisition.
In step 202, when it is detected that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is stored as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
In practical application, detecting that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition may be embodied as one of the following:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
Further, the program acquisition conditions may include program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions, and it may be determined that the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room starts to be stored and the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room ends to be stored according to matching conditions of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the corresponding program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions.
Specifically, the live broadcast state representation corresponding to the target live broadcast room includes audience number of the target live broadcast room, barrage number of the target live broadcast room, gift number of the target live broadcast room, and correspondingly, the process of determining to start to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room and finish to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room according to the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room may be one of the following:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
In an embodiment, after the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is stored, if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room does not meet the program acquisition ending condition and the storage time length of the live broadcast data reaches a preset time length threshold, the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is ended.
In this embodiment, after the live data is saved, even if the live state does not match the program acquisition end condition, the live data is saved automatically when the saving time of the live data reaches the preset time threshold, so as to avoid that the saved live data is too large, which results in insufficient storage of the client, and further affects the normal use of the client.
In another embodiment, when it is detected that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition ending condition, if it is determined that the storage duration of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room does not exceed a preset duration threshold, the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is continuously stored until the storage duration reaches the duration threshold, and the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is ended.
In this embodiment, the live broadcast data storage duration of the target live broadcast room is monitored, so that the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is continuously stored when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition ending condition but the storage duration does not exceed the preset duration threshold, and the live broadcast data storage is ended until the storage duration reaches the duration threshold, thereby ensuring the shortest storage duration of the stored target program, so that the duration of the stored target program is at least greater than the preset duration threshold, avoiding that the viewing experience of a user is influenced due to too fragmentation of the stored target program, and even causing the stored target program to lose the viewing value.
In another embodiment, the process of detecting the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account may be performed by the server.
Specifically, the server may be provided with program acquisition conditions of a user account, so that the server detects the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition conditions of the user account; receiving a program acquisition instruction sent by a server, wherein the program acquisition instruction is sent by the server under the condition that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program acquisition condition; and responding to the program acquisition instruction, and storing the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
In step 203, the target program is provided to the user account.
In an embodiment, the target program may be provided to the user account upon determining that the user account is not online while the target program is in the on-air state; in another embodiment, reminder information about the target program may be pushed to the user account. Two ways of providing the target program to the user account are provided, that is, directly sending the stored target program to the user account which is not online when the target program is in the broadcast state, or recommending the reminding information about the target program to the user account, where the user account which is not online can directly receive the target program corresponding to the program acquisition condition of the user account, and the user account can only send the reminding information about the target program, so that the user knows that the target program corresponding to the program acquisition condition exists.
According to the embodiment, when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program acquisition condition, the live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room can be automatically stored as the target program, automatic storage of the live broadcast data corresponding to the program acquisition condition is realized, the requirement of a user for automatic storage of part of live broadcast programs in the target live broadcast room is met, therefore, the user can participate in live broadcast interaction, wonderful live broadcast content can be automatically identified to store corresponding live broadcast room data, the stored target program is provided for the user participating in live broadcast interaction or other offline users paying attention to the live broadcast interaction, the user is prevented from omitting wonderful live broadcast interaction content due to various reasons, and live broadcast interaction experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a program obtaining method of a live broadcast room according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
in step 301, a program acquisition condition sent by a client is received, where the program acquisition condition corresponds to a user account logged in to the client.
In an embodiment, a user account with an automatic saving function in an open state can be determined according to automatic saving instruction information sent by a client; and further screening program obtaining conditions of the user account with the automatic storage function in the starting state to detect the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program obtaining conditions contained in the screening result.
In this embodiment, whether to trigger detection of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room may be determined through an open or close state of the automatic download function corresponding to the user account, that is, for the user account a whose automatic download function is in an open state, detection of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account a is triggered, and for the user account B whose automatic download function is in a close state, detection of the live broadcast state of the live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account B is not required, the number of program acquisition conditions to be detected is reduced, and an operation load for detecting the live broadcast state of the live broadcast room is reduced.
In step 302, when it is detected that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, a program acquisition instruction is sent to the client, so that the client stores the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
In practical application, detecting that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition may be embodied as one of the following:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
Further, the program acquisition conditions may include program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions, and it may be determined that the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room starts to be stored and the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room ends to be stored according to matching conditions of the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the corresponding program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions.
Specifically, the live broadcast state representation corresponding to the target live broadcast room includes audience number of the target live broadcast room, barrage number of the target live broadcast room, gift number of the target live broadcast room, and correspondingly, the process of determining to start to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room and finish to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room according to the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room may be one of the following:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrage of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrage strips defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
In an embodiment, the complete program of the target live broadcast room may be saved, or the segment program content corresponding to the target program in the complete program content of the target live broadcast room may be saved.
Further, in the case that the saved file is a segment program file of partial program content of the live program, the start time of the segment program content is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition start condition, and the end time of the segment program content is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition end condition.
In this embodiment, a complete program in the target live broadcast room may be saved according to actual application needs, or only a segment program file of a part of program content may be saved, so as to provide a plurality of different saving manners for live broadcast programs.
In yet another embodiment, the recommendation message for the target program may be sent to a client corresponding to a user account that is not online when the target program is in the broadcast state, and/or a client corresponding to a user account that is in the closed state when the target program is in the broadcast state; providing the full program content or the segment program content to the user account upon receiving a returned response message.
In this embodiment, a recommendation message for a target program may be sent to a client corresponding to a user account, and then, in a case where a response message related to the recommendation message is received, the stored complete program content or the stored segment program content is provided to the user account, so that program acquisition controllable by the user account is realized, and interference of the user due to acquisition of too many target programs is avoided.
Fig. 4 is an interaction diagram of a program acquisition method in a live broadcast room according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment may be logically divided into an information pre-configuration stage, a live broadcast monitoring stage, and a live broadcast program backup recommendation stage.
In the information pre-configuration stage, a user sets storage parameters and program acquisition conditions or both of the storage parameters and the program acquisition conditions related to the downloading of live programs through a client, and sends the set program acquisition conditions to a server; in the live broadcast monitoring stage, the server can monitor the live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room of a live broadcast room in the broadcasting state according to the received program acquisition condition, and then feeds back and sends a program acquisition starting instruction or a program acquisition ending instruction to the audience client according to the matching condition between the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the program acquisition condition, so that the client can automatically start or automatically end the storage of live broadcast programs.
It is easily understood that in the practical application process, the system can concurrently perform an information pre-configuration process of one or more users, a live broadcast monitoring process of one or more live broadcast rooms and a live broadcast program backup and recommendation process to meet the requirement of multi-user and multi-stage requests.
Specific examples of the present disclosure are set forth below in the description of specific embodiments.
In step 401a, the anchor client sets the save parameters.
In an embodiment, the anchor client receives parameter configuration information set by the anchor in a save parameter configuration list, and generates parameter information related to attributes of the live program file, and specifically, the parameter configuration information may relate to multiple types, such as a save format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.; the present disclosure is not so limited.
In practical application, the set parameter configuration information can be sent to the audience client through the server to form default configuration information in the audience client, and then the audience client stores the default configuration information under the condition that the audience client does not change the corresponding parameter configuration information.
In order to meet the storage requirements of different audiences on live videos based on different parameter configuration information, the server can be additionally provided with a corresponding parameter conversion function, such as a format conversion function or a definition conversion function, of course, the audience client can also receive the change of the audience to default configuration information through the storage parameter configuration list, and then the audience client stores the live programs according to the storage parameter configuration list after the audience changes in the process of storing the video files.
Furthermore, the anchor can set parameter configuration information for a specific live program, for example, a current live program, and the set special parameter configuration information is only applicable to the live program by establishing an association relationship between the set parameter configuration information and the live program; or the live program set by the anchor may be applied to all live programs that are broadcast after the anchor.
Correspondingly, when the parameter configuration information is associated with the live program specified by the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in the specified live program through the server, and when the parameter configuration information is associated with all the live programs played after the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in all the live programs of the anchor.
In step 401b, the viewer client sets the save parameters.
The viewer may set the parameter configuration information through the viewer client, specifically, the viewer client receives the parameter configuration information set by the viewer in the storage parameter configuration list, and further generates the parameter information related to the attribute of the live program file, and similarly, the parameter configuration information may relate to various types, such as a storage format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.
In addition, the parameter configuration information can also comprise a storage position, a storage time upper limit, a periodic cleaning time, automatic storage under a wireless network and the like.
In the actual application process, for example, the client can monitor the time for storing the live program in the process of storing the live program, and the client automatically stops storing the live program under the condition that the time for storing the live program reaches the upper limit of the storage time length included in the parameter configuration information; and under the condition that the storage time length of the stored live program reaches the configured periodic cleaning time length, for example, storing the live program of which the storage time length reaches the periodic cleaning time length in the client.
The user may do the above setting uniformly for all live programs, or the configured parameter configuration information may be only applicable to part of live programs, such as live programs that the user is interested in or part of live programs that the user specifies in the configuration page.
Step 402, setting program acquisition conditions, and sending a condition setting instruction containing the program acquisition conditions to a server.
The user can set program acquisition conditions according to actual needs to determine program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions by the server according to the set program acquisition conditions.
Specifically, the set program obtaining condition may be related to a live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room, and specifically, the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room may include at least one of: the method comprises the steps that the number of audiences in a preset time length, the number of barrage strips in the preset time length, the number of gifts in a preset market and the like are used for representing the attention degree of a live program through the live broadcasting state of a target live broadcasting room, so that the complete content or the fragment content stored by a client side meets the storage expectation of a user or the pre-configuration.
For example, the user may set the live state of the target live room through the configuration page of the client to set "the number of viewers in 10 minutes is kept higher than 1000" as the program acquisition start condition, and "the number of viewers in 10 minutes is lower than 500" as the program acquisition end condition; setting the condition that the number of the bullet screens appearing in the screen within 10 seconds is more than 100 as the program acquisition starting condition and setting the condition that the number of the bullet screens appearing in the screen within 10 seconds is less than 50 as the program acquisition ending condition; for example, "the number of gifts brushed in 10 minutes is more than 50 pieces" is set as the program acquisition start condition, and "the number of gifts brushed in 10 minutes is less than 20 pieces" is set as the program acquisition end condition. The user may set the program acquisition condition in various ways, such as in the form of voice, motion, or text, and specifically, the user may input the control condition by selecting an option, so as to set the program acquisition condition.
Of course, the duration and the specific number of the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition may be set by the user according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Further, a program acquisition starting condition and a program acquisition ending condition input by the viewer can be obtained, and a condition setting instruction including the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition is further determined; and sending a condition setting instruction to a server so that the server determines the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition according to the condition setting instruction.
Specifically, the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition in the condition setting instruction may be associated with at least one of the following attributes: the level of the anchor, the time period of the live broadcast time and the program type of the live broadcast program.
Taking the example that the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition in the condition setting instruction are associated with the anchor rating, the audience can only set the corresponding relationship between the program acquisition starting condition and the anchor rating, for example, for a live program broadcasted by an anchor with the anchor rating of level a, the number of people entering a live broadcast room within a preset time length is set to be at least 50 people or 80 people uniformly, the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is set to be less than 30 people or 10 people uniformly, and the like, and the specific numerical values of the preset time length, the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition are not limited by the disclosure.
In step 403, the server sets program acquisition conditions.
The server receives the program acquisition conditions set by the client, stores the program acquisition conditions, and monitors the live program currently in the broadcasting state according to the received program acquisition conditions to determine whether the live state of a target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room currently in the broadcasting state is matched with the stored program acquisition conditions.
In step 404, the server counts the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room.
The server counts the live broadcasting state of a target live broadcasting room of the live broadcasting room in the broadcasting state, and determines the matching condition between the live broadcasting room and the program acquisition starting condition or the program acquisition ending condition according to the statistical result.
Taking the set live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room as an example of the number of people entering the live broadcast room within a preset time length, counting the number of people entering the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state within the preset time length by the server, and sending a program acquisition starting condition to the client of the user A under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user A; under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user B, sending a program acquisition ending condition to the client of the user B; similarly, under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is reduced to the program acquisition end condition of the user A, the program acquisition end condition is sent to the client of the user A.
Taking the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the set live broadcast room as the gift number in the preset time length as an example, the server can obtain the gift number of the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state in the preset time length and count the gift number. Under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcast room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition starting condition set by the user A, sending the program acquisition starting condition to the client of the user A; and sending the program acquisition ending condition to the client of the user A under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcast room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition ending condition set by the user A. The live broadcast states of other target live broadcast rooms are similar, and are not described in detail herein.
In an embodiment, the server may preferentially determine whether the client starts the auto-save function instruction, so as to determine according to the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition corresponding to the screened viewer client that starts the auto-save function instruction, thereby reducing the number of calculations of the server and improving the calculation efficiency.
In step 405, the server monitors the matching condition between the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the program acquisition starting condition or the program acquisition ending condition, if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room corresponds to the program acquisition starting condition, the step 406 is entered, and if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition ending condition, the step 407 is entered.
In step 406, the server sends a program acquisition start instruction to the viewer client to start storing the live program by the viewer client.
In an embodiment, before sending the program acquisition start instruction to the viewer client, the server may confirm whether the auto-save function instruction in the client is in an on state, so that in a case that it is determined that the client turns on the auto-save function instruction, the server controls the client to save the live program.
Of course, before the anchor client sends the program acquisition start instruction, the automatic storage function instruction of the viewer client may not be determined, and accordingly, the viewer client with the automatic storage function instruction being turned on may receive the program acquisition start instruction or the program acquisition end instruction sent by the anchor client, and the viewer client with the automatic storage function instruction being turned on may lose the packet to the program acquisition start instruction or the program acquisition end instruction sent by the anchor client.
In another embodiment, after receiving a program acquisition start instruction sent by the server, the viewer client may determine whether the viewer client is currently playing a live program, and when it is determined that the viewer client is playing the live program, the viewer client may send a prompt message to prompt the user whether to store the live program, so as to avoid that the live program is stored to influence the running of the user on the application currently being played.
In another embodiment, after the viewer client starts to store the live program and does not receive the program acquisition ending instruction, if the viewer client receives the program acquisition starting instruction again, the viewer client restarts to store the live program; correspondingly, under the condition that the server sends the program acquisition starting instruction, the server can reset the monitoring time length for storing the live program at the client of the audience so as to delay the sending time of the program acquisition ending instruction.
For example, the server may determine to send the program acquisition start instruction to the viewer client again according to the indication information sent by the anchor client, where the indication information may be input by the anchor in the form of text, voice, or the like, and is sent to the server through the anchor client, and the server determines to receive the indication information that the program acquisition start instruction needs to be sent again.
After receiving the indication information, the server may determine the anchor corresponding to the indication information or the live broadcast room where the anchor is located, and further reset the storage duration of the viewer client that stores the live program in the live broadcast room, such as after receiving the indication information sent by the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located, zero or a preset threshold may be set for the storage duration of the viewer client that stores the live program in the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located, for example, the original storage duration of the viewer client a that stores the live program in the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located is set to 0 minute or 3 minutes, so as to prolong the storage duration of the live program for the viewer client a.
Step 407, the server sends a program acquisition end instruction to the viewer client, so that the viewer client ends storing the live program.
In an embodiment, the server may monitor a time length for downloading the live program by the client, and send a program acquisition end instruction to the client when the download time length of the live program is greater than a preset time length threshold, so that the client stops storing the live program, where the preset time length threshold may be set by the server based on a preset rule or defined by the user through the client, and the server performs associated maintenance on the user identification information and the preset time length threshold.
In another embodiment, a program file configuration instruction may be sent to the client that stores the live program, so that the client that stores the live program performs parameter configuration on the program file according to the program file configuration instruction. Specifically, the configured parameters may include a file name, a file assignment tag, a voice introduction of the file, and the like.
In another embodiment, after the viewer client stores the program file, the viewer client may perform any one of playing, clipping and sharing on the program file. In particular, any of the above processing operations may be performed on the saved program file by a pre-configured application in the viewer client.
And step 408, backing up and recommending the live program.
The server can store the complete program of the live program or the segment program file in the finished program so as to respond to the request for the live program after the live program is finished; further, in the case that the stored file is a segment program file of partial program content of the live program, the start time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the program acquisition start condition, and the end time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the storage stop condition.
For example, the server may store and backup a complete program of each live program from the beginning to the end of the playing, or store a partial program of the complete program in synchronization with the server in the process that the viewer client stores the partial program of the complete program.
Of course, the server may also determine, in addition to the complete program, identification information of live programs corresponding to live programs stored by a preset number of viewer clients, and start positions and end positions of the stored live programs, and further extract, when receiving an extraction request for a partial program in the complete program, the partial program in the complete live program corresponding to the identification information of the live program according to the start position and the end position of the stored live program, so as to respond to the received request with the extracted partial program.
Further, the server may send recommendation information for the live program to the viewer client that does not store the live program, and then return the viewer client of the response message based on the segment program file of the complete program file in the case of receiving the returned response information, so as to provide a download or on-demand service. In this embodiment, for a user who has a storage requirement for a live program but cannot complete real-time storage of the live program, the user can request or download the complete content of the live program that is not stored or the content of which the live state of the target live broadcast room matches the preset condition on line by responding to the recommendation information of the live program.
Fig. 5 is an interaction diagram of a program acquisition method of a live broadcast room according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 5, the interaction process is as follows:
step 501a, the anchor client sets the save parameters.
In an embodiment, the anchor client receives parameter configuration information set by the anchor in a save parameter configuration list, and generates parameter information related to attributes of the live program file, and specifically, the parameter configuration information may relate to multiple types, such as a save format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.; the present disclosure is not so limited.
In practical application, the set parameter configuration information can be sent to the audience client through the server to form default configuration information in the audience client, and then the audience client stores the default configuration information under the condition that the corresponding parameter configuration information is not changed by the audience client.
In order to meet the storage requirements of different audiences on live videos based on different parameter configuration information, the server can be additionally provided with a corresponding parameter conversion function, such as a format conversion function or a definition conversion function, of course, the audience client can also receive the change of the audience to default configuration information through the storage parameter configuration list, and then the audience client stores the live programs according to the storage parameter configuration list after the audience changes in the process of storing the video files.
Furthermore, the anchor can set parameter configuration information for a specific live program, for example, a current live program, and the set special parameter configuration information is only applicable to the live program by establishing an association relationship between the set parameter configuration information and the live program; or the live program set by the anchor may be applied to all live programs that are broadcast after the anchor.
Correspondingly, when the parameter configuration information is associated with the live program specified by the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in the specified live program through the server, and when the parameter configuration information is associated with all the live programs played after the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in all the live programs of the anchor.
In step 501b, the viewer client sets the save parameters.
The viewer may set the parameter configuration information through the viewer client, specifically, the viewer client receives the parameter configuration information set by the viewer in the storage parameter configuration list, and further generates the parameter information related to the attribute of the live program file, and similarly, the parameter configuration information may relate to various types, such as a storage format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.
In addition, the parameter configuration information can also comprise a storage position, a storage time upper limit, a periodic cleaning time, automatic storage under a wireless network and the like.
In the actual application process, for example, the client can monitor the time for storing the live program in the process of storing the live program, and the client automatically stops storing the live program under the condition that the time for storing the live program reaches the upper limit of the storage time length included in the parameter configuration information; and under the condition that the storage time length of the stored live program reaches the configured periodic cleaning time length, for example, storing the live program of which the storage time length reaches the periodic cleaning time length in the client.
The user may do the above setting uniformly for all live programs, or the configured parameter configuration information may be only applicable to a part of live programs, such as live programs that the user is interested in or part of live programs that the user specifies in the configuration page.
Step 502, setting program acquisition conditions, and sending a condition setting instruction containing the program acquisition conditions to a server for forwarding to a anchor client by the server.
The user can set program acquisition conditions according to actual needs to determine program acquisition start conditions and program acquisition end conditions by the server according to the set program acquisition conditions.
Specifically, the set program obtaining condition may be related to a live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room, and specifically, the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room may include at least one of: the method comprises the steps that the number of audiences in a preset time length, the number of barrage strips in the preset time length, the number of gifts in a preset market and the like are used for representing the attention degree of a live program through the live broadcasting state of a target live broadcasting room, so that the complete content or the fragment content stored by a client side meets the storage expectation of a user or the pre-configuration.
For example, the user may set the live status of the target live room through the configuration page of the client to set "the number of viewers in 10 minutes is kept higher than 1000" as the program acquisition start condition, and "the number of viewers in 10 minutes is lower than 500" as the program acquisition end condition; setting the condition that the number of the bullet screens appearing in the screen within 10 seconds is more than 100 as the program acquisition starting condition and setting the condition that the number of the bullet screens appearing in the screen within 10 seconds is less than 50 as the program acquisition ending condition; for example, "the number of gifts brushed in 10 minutes is more than 50 pieces" is set as the program acquisition start condition, and "the number of gifts brushed in 10 minutes is less than 20 pieces" is set as the program acquisition end condition. The user may set the program acquisition condition in various ways, such as in the form of voice, motion, or text, and specifically, the user may input the control condition by selecting an option, so as to set the program acquisition condition.
Of course, the duration and the specific number in the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition may be set by the user according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Further, a program acquisition starting condition and a program acquisition ending condition input by the viewer can be obtained, and a condition setting instruction including the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition is further determined; and sending the condition setting instruction to the anchor client through the server so that the anchor client determines a program acquisition starting condition and a program acquisition ending condition according to the condition setting instruction.
Specifically, the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition in the condition setting instruction may be associated with at least one of the following attributes: the level of the anchor, the time period of the live broadcast time and the program type of the live broadcast program.
Taking the example that the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition in the condition setting instruction are associated with the anchor rating, the audience can only set the corresponding relationship between the program acquisition starting condition and the anchor rating, for example, for a live program broadcasted by an anchor with the anchor rating of level a, the number of people entering a live broadcast room within a preset time length is set to be at least 50 people or 80 people uniformly, the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is set to be less than 30 people or 10 people uniformly, and the like, and the specific numerical values of the preset time length, the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition are not limited by the disclosure.
In step 503, the anchor client sets program acquisition conditions.
The audience client can send the condition setting instruction containing the program obtaining condition to the server, and the server further forwards the condition setting instruction containing the program obtaining condition to the anchor client, so that the anchor client stores the received condition setting instruction, and further is used for judging whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state is matched with the stored program obtaining condition.
Step 504, the anchor client side counts the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room.
The anchor client side counts the live broadcasting state of the target live broadcasting room of the live broadcasting room in the broadcasting state, and specifically, the anchor client side can count the live broadcasting state of the target live broadcasting room of the live broadcasting room broadcasted by the anchor client side, or count the live broadcasting states of the target live broadcasting rooms of all the broadcasted live broadcasting rooms.

Taking the set live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room as an example of the number of people entering the live broadcast room within a preset time length, counting the number of people entering the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state by the anchor client, and sending a program acquisition starting condition to the client of the user A under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user A; under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user B, sending a program acquisition ending condition to the client of the user B; similarly, under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is reduced to the program acquisition end condition of the user A, the program acquisition end condition is sent to the client of the user A.
Taking the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the set live broadcast room as the gift number in the preset time length as an example, the anchor client can acquire the gift number of the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state in the preset time length and count the gift number. Under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcast room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition starting condition set by the user A, sending the program acquisition starting condition to the client of the user A; and sending the program acquisition ending condition to the client of the user A under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcasting room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition ending condition set by the user A. The live broadcast states of other target live broadcast rooms are similar, and are not described in detail herein.
In an embodiment, the anchor client may determine whether the client starts the auto-save function instruction before performing statistical analysis on the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room, so as to determine, according to the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition corresponding to the security of all the audience clients who have selected the auto-save function instruction, the processing pressure of the anchor client is reduced, and the calculation efficiency of the anchor client is improved.
Step 505, the anchor client monitors the matching condition between the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the program acquisition starting condition or the program acquisition ending condition, if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition, step 506 is entered, and if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition ending condition, step 507 is entered.
Step 506, the anchor client sends a program acquisition start instruction to the server to start storing the live program by the viewer client.
In an embodiment, before sending the program acquisition start instruction to the viewer client, the anchor client may confirm whether the auto-save function instruction in the viewer client is in an open state, so that the anchor client controls the viewer client to save the live program when it is determined that the viewer client opens the auto-save function instruction.
Before the anchor client sends the program acquisition start instruction, the automatic storage function instruction of the audience client may not be judged, correspondingly, the audience client started by the automatic storage function instruction may receive the program acquisition start instruction or the program acquisition end instruction sent by the anchor client, and the audience client started by the automatic storage function instruction bit may lose the packet of the program acquisition start instruction or the program acquisition end instruction sent by the anchor client.
In another embodiment, after receiving a program acquisition start instruction sent by the server, the viewer client may determine whether the viewer client is currently playing a live program, and when it is determined that the viewer client is currently playing a live program, the viewer client may send a prompt message to prompt the user whether to store the live program, so as to avoid that the live program is stored to influence the operation of the user on a currently-ongoing application.
In another embodiment, after the viewer client starts to store the live program and does not receive the program acquisition ending instruction, if the viewer client receives the program acquisition starting instruction again, the viewer client restarts to store the live program; correspondingly, under the condition that the server sends the program acquisition starting instruction, the server can reset the monitoring time length for storing the live program at the client of the audience so as to delay the sending time of the program acquisition ending instruction.
For example, the server may determine to send the program acquisition start instruction to the viewer client again according to the indication information sent by the anchor client, where the indication information may be input by the anchor in the form of text, voice, or the like, and is sent to the server through the anchor client, and the server determines to receive the indication information that the program acquisition start instruction needs to be sent again.
After receiving the indication information, the server may determine the anchor corresponding to the indication information or the live broadcast room where the anchor is located, and further reset the storage duration of the viewer client that stores the live program in the live broadcast room, such as after receiving the indication information sent by the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located, zero or a preset threshold may be set for the storage duration of the viewer client that stores the live program in the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located, for example, the original storage duration of the viewer client a that stores the live program in the live broadcast room where the anchor a is located is set to 0 minute or 3 minutes, so as to prolong the storage duration of the live program for the viewer client a.
In step 507, the anchor client sends a program acquisition ending instruction to the server, so that the viewer client ends storing the live program.
In an embodiment, the server may monitor a time length for downloading the live program by the client, and send a program acquisition end instruction to the client when the download time length of the live program is greater than a preset time length threshold, so that the client stops storing the live program, where the preset time length threshold may be set by the server based on a preset rule, or defined by the user through the client, and the server performs associated maintenance on the user identification information and the preset time length threshold.
In another embodiment, the server may send a program file configuration instruction to the client that stores the live program, so that the client that stores the live program performs parameter configuration on the program file according to the program file configuration instruction. Specifically, the configured parameters may include a file name, a file assignment tag, a voice introduction of the file, and the like.
In another embodiment, after the viewer client stores the program file, the viewer client may perform any one of playing, clipping and sharing on the program file. In particular, any of the above processing operations may be performed on the saved program file by a pre-configured application in the viewer client.
Step 508, backup and recommendation of live program
The server can store the complete program of the live program or the segment program file in the finished program so as to respond to the request for the live program after the live program is finished; further, in the case that the saved file is a segment program file of partial program content of the live program, the start time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the program acquisition start condition, and the end time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the saving stop condition.
For example, the server may store and backup a complete program of each live program from the beginning to the end of the broadcast, or the server may store a partial program of the complete program synchronously while the viewer client stores the partial program of the complete program.
Of course, the server may also determine, in addition to the complete program, identification information of live programs corresponding to live programs stored by a preset number of viewer clients, and start positions and end positions of the stored live programs, and further extract, when receiving an extraction request for a partial program in the complete program, the partial program in the complete live program corresponding to the identification information of the live program according to the start position and the end position of the stored live program, so as to respond to the received request with the extracted partial program.
Further, the server may send recommendation information for the live program to the viewer client that does not store the live program, and then return the viewer client of the response message based on the segment program file of the complete program file in the case of receiving the returned response information, so as to provide a download or on-demand service. In this embodiment, for a user who has a storage requirement for a live program but cannot complete real-time storage of the live program, the user can request or download the complete content of the live program that is not stored or the content of which the live state of the target live broadcast room matches the preset condition on line by responding to the recommendation information of the live program.
Fig. 6 is an interaction diagram of a program acquisition method of a live broadcast room according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 6, the interaction process may include the following:
step 601a, the anchor client sets storage parameters.
In an embodiment, the anchor client receives parameter configuration information set by the anchor in a save parameter configuration list, and generates parameter information related to attributes of the live program file, and specifically, the parameter configuration information may relate to multiple types, such as a save format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.; the present disclosure is not so limited.

Correspondingly, when the parameter configuration information is associated with the live program specified by the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in the specified live program through the server, and when the parameter configuration information is associated with all the live programs played after the anchor, the parameter configuration information set by the anchor is sent to the audience client participating in all the live programs of the anchor.
In step 601b, the viewer client sets the storage parameters.
The viewer may set the parameter configuration information through the viewer client, specifically, the viewer client receives the parameter configuration information set by the viewer in the storage parameter configuration list, and further generates the parameter information related to the attribute of the live program file, and similarly, the parameter configuration information may relate to various types, such as a storage format: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, 3gp, mov, mp4, flv, etc.; definition: smooth, clear, high-definition, ultra-clear, etc.

In the actual application process, for example, the client can monitor the time for storing the live program in the process of storing the live program, and the client automatically stops storing the live program under the condition that the time for storing the live program reaches the upper limit of the storage time length included in the parameter configuration information; and under the condition that the storage time length of the stored live program reaches the configured periodic cleaning time length, for example, storing the live program of which the storage time length reaches the periodic cleaning time length in the client.
The user may do the above setting uniformly for all live programs, or the configured parameter configuration information may be only applicable to a part of live programs, such as live programs that the user is interested in or part of live programs that the user specifies in the configuration page.
Step 602, setting program acquisition conditions.
The user can set the program acquisition conditions according to actual needs, so that the viewer client determines the program acquisition starting conditions and the program acquisition ending conditions according to the set program acquisition conditions.
Specifically, the set program obtaining condition may be related to a live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room, and specifically, the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room may include at least one of: the method comprises the steps that the number of audiences in a preset time length, the number of barrage strips in the preset time length, the number of gifts in a preset market and the like are used for representing the attention degree of a live program through the live broadcasting state of a target live broadcasting room, so that the complete content or the fragment content stored by a client side meets the storage expectation of a user or the pre-configuration.

Of course, the duration and the specific number in the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition may be set by the user according to actual needs, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Further, the program acquisition start condition and the program acquisition end condition in the condition setting instruction may be associated with at least one of the following attributes: the level of the anchor, the time period of the live broadcast time, and the program type of the live broadcast program.
Taking the example that the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition in the condition setting instruction are associated with the anchor level, the audience can only set the corresponding relationship between the program acquisition starting condition and the anchor level, for example, for a live program broadcasted by an anchor with the anchor level being a level a, the number of people entering a live broadcast room within a preset time length is uniformly set as at least 50 or 60 people, the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is uniformly set as less than 30 or 10 people, and the like, and the specific numerical value of the preset time length, the program acquisition starting condition and the program acquisition ending condition are not limited in the disclosure.
Step 603, the viewer client counts the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room.
The audience client side counts the live broadcasting state of the target live broadcasting room of the live broadcasting room in the broadcasting state, and specifically, the audience client side can count the live broadcasting state of the target live broadcasting room of the live broadcasting room broadcasted by the audience client side, or count the live broadcasting state of the target live broadcasting room of all the broadcasted live broadcasting rooms.
The audience client can count the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matched with the program category information according to the program category information set by the audience or the program category matched with the live broadcast program played by the audience client by default.
Taking the set live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room as an example of the number of people entering the live broadcast room within a preset time length, counting the number of people entering the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state within the preset time length by audience client sides, and sending a program acquisition starting condition to the client side of the user A under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user A; under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition of the user B, sending a program acquisition ending condition to a client of the user B; similarly, under the condition that the number of people entering the live broadcast room within the preset time length is reduced to the program acquisition end condition of the user A, the program acquisition end condition is sent to the client of the user A.
The set live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room is taken as the gift number in the preset time length for example, and the audience client can obtain the gift number of the live broadcast room in the broadcasting state in the preset time length and count the gift number. Under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcast room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition starting condition set by the user A, sending the program acquisition starting condition to the client of the user A; and sending the program acquisition ending condition to the client of the user A under the condition that the gift number of the live broadcasting room reaches the gift number corresponding to the program acquisition ending condition set by the user A. The live broadcast states of other target live broadcast rooms are similar, and are not described in detail here.
In step 604, the viewer client monitors the matching condition between the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room and the program acquisition starting condition or the program acquisition ending condition, if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition starting condition, step 605 is performed, and if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition ending condition, step 606 is performed.
Step 605, storing the live program in the live broadcast room whose live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition start condition.
In an embodiment, before storing the live program in the live broadcast room, the viewer client can judge whether the live broadcast program is played, and under the condition that the viewer client is determined to play the live broadcast program, prompt information can be sent out so that the live broadcast program can be stored by the portable user, and the condition that the operation of the user on the current application is influenced by storing the live broadcast program is avoided.
And 606, stopping storing the live programs in the live broadcasting rooms of which the live broadcasting states of the target live broadcasting rooms are matched with the program acquisition ending conditions.
In an embodiment, the server may monitor a time length for downloading the live program by the client, and send a program acquisition end instruction to the client when the download time length of the live program is greater than a preset time length threshold, so that the client stops storing the live program, where the preset time length threshold may be set by the server based on a preset rule or defined by the user through the client, and the server performs associated maintenance on the user identification information and the preset time length threshold.
In another embodiment, the viewer client may receive a program file configuration instruction set by the anchor client to perform parameter configuration on the program file according to the program file configuration instruction, and specifically, the configured parameters may include a file name, a file allocation tag, a voice introduction of the file, and the like.
In another embodiment, after the viewer client stores the program file, the viewer client may perform any one of playing, clipping, and sharing on the program file. In particular, any of the above processing operations may be performed on the saved program file by a pre-configured application in the viewer client.
Step 607, backup and recommendation of live programs.
The server can store the complete program of the live program or the segment program file in the finished program so as to respond to the request for the live program after the live program is finished; further, in the case that the stored file is a segment program file of partial program content of the live program, the start time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the program acquisition start condition, and the end time of the segment program file corresponds to the time when the live state of the target live broadcast room of the live broadcast room matches the storage stop condition.
For example, the server may store and backup a complete program of each live program from the beginning to the end of the playing, or store a partial program of the complete program in synchronization with the server in the process that the viewer client stores the partial program of the complete program.
Of course, the server may also determine, in addition to the complete program, identification information of live programs corresponding to live programs stored by a preset number of viewer clients, and start positions and end positions of the stored live programs, and further extract, when receiving an extraction request for a partial program in the complete program, the partial program in the complete live program corresponding to the identification information of the live program according to the start position and the end position of the stored live program, so as to respond to the received request with the extracted partial program.
Further, the server may send recommendation information for the live program to the viewer client that does not store the live program, and then return the viewer client of the response message based on the segment program file of the complete program file in the case of receiving the returned response information, so as to provide a download or on-demand service. In this embodiment, for a user who has a storage requirement for a live program but cannot complete real-time storage of the live program, the user can request or download the complete content of the live program that is not stored or the content of which the live state of the target live broadcast room matches the preset condition on line by responding to the recommendation information of the live program.
While, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the foregoing method embodiments have been described as a series of acts or combination of acts, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may, in accordance with the present disclosure, occur in other orders and concurrently.
Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all alternative embodiments.
Correspondingly to the embodiment of the image editing method, the disclosure also provides an embodiment of an image editing device.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a program acquisition apparatus of a live broadcast room according to one of the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. The image editing apparatus shown in this embodiment may be applied to a video playing application, where the application is applied to a terminal, and the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a personal computer, and other electronic devices. The video playing application may be an application installed in the terminal, or may be a web application integrated in the browser, and the user may play a video through the video playing application, where the played video may be a long video, such as a movie and a tv show, or a short video, such as a video clip and a scene short show.
Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus may include a condition determining module 701, a program saving module 702, and a program providing module 703; wherein:
a condition determining module 701, configured to determine a program acquisition condition of a user account;
a program storage module 702, configured to store live broadcast data of a target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room when detecting that a live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition;
a program providing module 703, configured to provide the target program to the user account.
Optionally, the condition determining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring condition configuration information corresponding to a user account;
and determining the program acquisition conditions of the user account according to the condition configuration information.
Optionally, the program storage module is specifically configured to:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
Optionally, the program obtaining condition includes a program obtaining start condition and a program obtaining end condition, and the program storing module is specifically configured to:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room within a preset time length is less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the detection triggering module 704, if it is determined that the automatic download function corresponding to the user account is in an open state, triggers detection on whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches the program acquisition condition of the user account.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the instruction sending module 705 is configured to send, when it is detected that the auto-save function is set to an on state, auto-save instruction information associated with a user account logged in by the client to the server, and the server determines, according to the auto-save instruction information, a user account to be subjected to program acquisition, so as to detect a live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to a program acquisition condition of the user account to be subjected to program acquisition.
Optionally, the program providing module 703 is specifically configured to:
providing the target program to the user account if it is determined that the user account is not online while the target program is in the on-air state.

and responding to the program acquisition instruction, and storing the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a program acquisition apparatus of a live broadcast room according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The image editing apparatus shown in this embodiment may be suitable for video playing applications, where the applications are suitable for terminals, and the terminals include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablet computers, wearable devices, personal computers, and other electronic devices. The video playing application may be an application installed in the terminal, or may be a web application integrated in the browser, and the user may play a video through the video playing application, where the played video may be a long video, such as a movie and a tv series, or a short video, such as a video clip and a scene short series.
Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus may include a condition receiving module 801, an instruction transmitting module 802; wherein:
a condition receiving module 801, configured to receive a program obtaining condition sent by a client, where the program obtaining condition corresponds to a user account logged in the client;
the instruction sending module 802 sends a program obtaining instruction to the client when detecting that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program obtaining condition, so that the client stores the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program obtained from the target live broadcast room.
Optionally, the instruction sending module 802 is specifically configured to:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
Optionally, the program obtaining conditions include a program obtaining start condition and a program obtaining end condition, and the instruction sending module 802 is specifically configured to:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the account determining module 803 determines a user account with an automatic saving function in an open state according to the automatic saving instruction information sent by the client;
and the condition screening module 804 is used for screening the program acquisition conditions of the user account with the automatic storage function in the open state so as to detect the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition conditions contained in the screening result.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a first saving module 805, configured to save the complete program content of the target live broadcast room; or,
the second saving module 806 is configured to save segment program content corresponding to the target program in the complete program content of the target live broadcast room, where a start time of the segment program content is a time when a live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches a program acquisition start condition, and a stop time of the segment program content is a time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room matches a program acquisition end condition.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a recommendation message sending module 807 that sends a recommendation message for the target program to a client corresponding to a user account that is not online when the target program is in the broadcast state and/or a client corresponding to a user account that is in the closed state when the target program is in the broadcast state;
the program providing module 808, upon receiving the returned response message, provides the complete program content or the segment program content to the user account.
Fig. 9 is a schematic block diagram illustrating an electronic device in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the electronic device 900 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 9, electronic device 900 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 902, memory 904, power component 906, multimedia component 908, audio component 910, input/output (I/O) interface 912, sensor component 914, and communication component 916.
The processing component 902 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 900, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing component 902 may include one or more processors 920 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the live-air program acquisition method described above. Further, processing component 902 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 902 and other components. For example, the processing component 902 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 908 and the processing component 902.
The memory 904 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 900. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 900, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 904 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 906 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 900. The power components 906 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 900.
The multimedia components 908 include a screen that provides an output interface between the electronic device 900 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 908 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the electronic device 900 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing status evaluations of various aspects of the electronic device 900. For example, the sensor component 914 can detect an open/closed state of the electronic device 900, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 900, the sensor component 914 can also detect a change in position of the electronic device 900 or a component of the electronic device 900, the presence or absence of user contact with the electronic device 900, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 900, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 916 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 900 and other devices. The electronic device 900 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, or other electronic components, and is configured to execute the program obtaining method of the live broadcast.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 904 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 920 of the electronic device 900 to perform the above-described live-air program acquisition method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

Claims (32)
1. A program acquisition method for a live broadcast room is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining program acquisition conditions of a user account, including: acquiring condition configuration information corresponding to a user account, and determining a program acquisition condition of the user account according to the condition configuration information, wherein the condition configuration information corresponds to a program acquisition requirement pre-configured by the user account;
if the automatic downloading function corresponding to the user account is determined to be in the opening state, triggering detection on whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program obtaining condition of the user account;
when detecting that the live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room accords with the program acquisition condition, storing live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room, wherein the live broadcast data is matched with the program acquisition requirement;
providing the target program to the user account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the detecting that the live status of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition comprises:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the program acquisition condition includes a program acquisition start condition and a program acquisition end condition, and when it is detected that a live broadcast status of a target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, the step of saving live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room comprises:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and after the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room are stored, if the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room does not accord with the program acquisition ending condition and the storage time length of the live broadcast data reaches a preset time length threshold value, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program acquisition ending condition, if the storage time length of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room is determined not to exceed a preset time length threshold value, continuing to store the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room until the storage time length reaches the time length threshold value, and ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the situation that the automatic storage function is set to be in an open state is detected, sending automatic storage instruction information corresponding to the user account to a server, so that the server determines the user account to be subjected to program acquisition according to the automatic storage instruction information, and detecting the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room by the server according to the program acquisition condition of the user account to be subjected to program acquisition.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing the target program to the user account comprises:
providing the target program to the user account if it is determined that the user account is not online while the target program is in the on-air state.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing the target program to the user account comprises:
and pushing reminding information about the target program to the user account.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when it is detected that the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, storing live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room includes:
providing the program acquisition conditions of the user account for a server, and detecting the live broadcast state of a target live broadcast room by the server according to the program acquisition conditions of the user account;
receiving a program acquisition instruction sent by a server, wherein the program acquisition instruction is sent by the server under the condition that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program acquisition condition;
and responding to the program acquisition instruction, and storing the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
10. A program acquisition method for a live broadcast room is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a program acquisition condition sent by a client, wherein the program acquisition condition corresponds to a user account logged in the client and is determined by the client according to condition configuration information corresponding to the user account, and the condition configuration information corresponds to a program acquisition requirement preconfigured by the user account;
if the automatic downloading function corresponding to the user account is determined to be in the opening state, triggering detection on whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program obtaining condition of the user account;
when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program obtaining condition, sending a program obtaining instruction to the client side, so that the client side stores the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as a target program obtained from the target live broadcast room, wherein the live broadcast data are matched with the program obtaining requirement.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the detecting that the live status of the target live broadcast room meets the program obtaining condition comprises:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the program obtaining conditions include a program obtaining start condition and a program obtaining end condition, and when it is detected that the live broadcast status of the target live broadcast room meets the program obtaining conditions, sending a program obtaining instruction to the client includes:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room within a preset time length is less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrage of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrage strips defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
13. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
determining a user account with an automatic storage function in an open state according to automatic storage instruction information sent by a client;
and screening the program acquisition conditions of the user account with the automatic storage function in the starting state to detect the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition conditions contained in the screening result.
14. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
storing the complete program content of the target live broadcast room; or,
and storing segment program content corresponding to the target program in the complete program content of the target live broadcast room, wherein the starting time of the segment program content is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with a program acquisition starting condition, and the ending time of the segment program content is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with a program acquisition ending condition.
15. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
sending a recommendation message aiming at the target program to a client corresponding to a user account which is not on-line when the target program is in an on-air state and/or a client corresponding to a user account which is in a closed state when the target program is in an on-air state by an automatic downloading function;
providing the full program content or the segment program content to the user account upon receiving a returned response message.
16. An apparatus for acquiring a program in a live broadcast, the apparatus comprising:
a condition determining module, configured to determine a program obtaining condition of a user account, where the condition determining module is specifically configured to: acquiring condition configuration information corresponding to a user account, and determining a program acquisition condition of the user account according to the condition configuration information, wherein the condition configuration information corresponds to a program acquisition requirement pre-configured by the user account;
the detection triggering module is used for triggering the detection of whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition condition of the user account if the automatic downloading function corresponding to the user account is in the starting state;
the program storage module is used for storing live broadcast data of a target live broadcast room as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room when detecting that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room meets the program acquisition condition, wherein the live broadcast data is matched with the program acquisition requirement;
and the program providing module is used for providing the target program for the user account.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the program storage module is specifically configured to:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the program acquisition condition comprises a program acquisition start condition and a program acquisition end condition, and the program storage module is specifically configured to:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrage of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrage strips defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
19. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
and the instruction sending module is used for sending automatic storage instruction information associated with the user account logged in by the client to the server when detecting that the automatic storage function is set to be in an open state, determining the user account to be subjected to program acquisition according to the automatic storage instruction information by the server, and detecting the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition condition of the user account to be subjected to program acquisition.
20. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the program providing module is specifically configured to:
providing the target program to the user account if it is determined that the user account is not online while the target program is in the on-air state.
21. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the program providing module is specifically configured to:
and pushing reminding information about the target program to the user account.
22. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the program storage module is specifically configured to:
providing the program acquisition conditions of the user account for a server, and detecting the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room by the server according to the program acquisition conditions of the user account;
receiving a program acquisition instruction sent by a server, wherein the program acquisition instruction is sent by the server under the condition that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is detected to meet the program acquisition condition;
and responding to the program acquisition instruction, and storing the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
23. An apparatus for acquiring a program in a live broadcast, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a condition receiving module, a program obtaining module and a program obtaining module, wherein the condition receiving module is used for receiving a program obtaining condition sent by a client, the program obtaining condition corresponds to a user account logged in the client and is determined by the client according to condition configuration information corresponding to the user account, and the condition configuration information corresponds to a program obtaining requirement pre-configured by the user account;
the detection triggering module is used for triggering the detection of whether the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition condition of the user account or not if the automatic downloading function corresponding to the user account is determined to be in the starting state;
and the instruction sending module is used for sending a program acquisition instruction to the client when detecting that the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room accords with the program acquisition condition, so that the client stores the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room, and the live broadcast data is matched with the program acquisition requirement.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the instruction sending module is specifically configured to:
detecting that the number of audiences of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
detecting that the number of barrages of the target live broadcast room in a preset time length accords with the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition condition; or,
and detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length accords with the gift number defined in the program acquisition condition.
25. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the program acquisition condition comprises a program acquisition start condition and a program acquisition end condition, and the instruction sending module is specifically configured to:
when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of audiences in a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of watching persons defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data in the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not less than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; when detecting that the number of barrages of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is lower than the number of barrages defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as a target program acquired from the target live broadcast room; or,
when detecting that the gift number of a target live broadcast room in a preset time length is not lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition starting condition, starting to store live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room; and when detecting that the gift number of the target live broadcast room in the preset time length is lower than the gift number defined in the program acquisition ending condition, ending the storage of the live broadcast data of the target live broadcast room so as to determine the stored live broadcast data as the target program acquired from the target live broadcast room.
26. The apparatus of claim 23, further comprising:
the account determining module is used for determining a user account with an automatic storage function in an open state according to the automatic storage instruction information sent by the client;
and the condition screening module screens the program acquisition conditions of the user account with the automatic storage function in the starting state so as to detect the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room according to the program acquisition conditions contained in the screening result.
27. The apparatus of claim 23, further comprising:
the first storage module is used for storing the complete program content of the target live broadcast room; or,
and the second storage module is used for storing segment program contents corresponding to the target program in the complete program contents of the target live broadcast room, wherein the starting time of the segment program contents is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition starting condition, and the ending time of the segment program contents is the time when the live broadcast state of the target live broadcast room is matched with the program acquisition ending condition.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, further comprising:
the recommendation message sending module is used for sending a recommendation message aiming at the target program to a client corresponding to a user account which is not on-line when the target program is in the broadcasting state and/or a client corresponding to a user account which is in a closed state when the target program is in the broadcasting state by an automatic downloading function;
and the program providing module is used for providing the complete program content or the fragment program content to the user account under the condition of receiving the returned response message.
29. A client, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute instructions to implement a program acquisition method of a live broadcast as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
30. A server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute instructions to implement the live-air program acquisition method of any of claims 10 to 15.
31. A system for acquiring live programs, comprising:
a client as claimed in claim 29 and a server as claimed in claim 30.
32. A storage medium, wherein instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform a program acquisition method of a live broadcast as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15.
