The conference opening request may include conference information and information of the participant terminals included in the target conference group. The conference information may include a conference identifier, a global conference identifier, and the like, and the information of the participant terminal may include an identifier of the participant terminal, a supported protocol type, a participant role, a belonging administrative area, and the like. If the conference opening mode is the conference opening mode, the conference opening request can also comprise information of the conference display terminal and information of the displayed terminal. If the monitoring terminal and the monitored terminal are selected, the conference opening request can also comprise information of the monitoring terminal and information of the monitored terminal. And subsequently, the first conference management server controls all the participating terminals to join the video conference through related operations.

Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating a video conference processing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown. The video conference processing method of the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:

Step 302, the conference control client selects a target terminal as a participant terminal from the first video network terminal list and the second video network terminal list.

Because the first session management server supports the first protocol type, the first session management server can control the participating terminals supporting the first protocol type, but cannot control the participating terminals supporting the second protocol type. And the first session management server controls the participating terminals supporting the first protocol type to join the video conference according to the information of the participating terminals obtained by analysis.
Step 306, the first conference management server transmits the information of the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type to a second conference management server supporting the second protocol type, so that the second conference management server controls the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type to join the video conference.
Because the second conference management server supports the second protocol type, the second conference management server can control the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type, and cannot control the participant terminal supporting the first protocol type. According to the embodiment of the invention, interconnection and intercommunication among devices supporting different protocol types can be realized, and terminals supporting different protocol types can be pulled into the same video conference, so that a converged video conference is held.

Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of a video conference processing method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The video conference processing method of the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:

In the embodiment of the invention, the information of each terminal is managed by the network management server, and the network management server can record the identifier, the service state and the like of the terminal in real time. The network management server can also synchronize the stored terminal information to the data center for storage at regular time. The service state of the terminal may include, among others, busy service and idle service. Therefore, the first session management server can inquire the service state of each participating terminal from the data center.
The first pipe server and the data center may interact based on a TCP protocol. In implementation, the first session management server may encapsulate, based on a TCP protocol, the identifier of the participant terminal obtained after the conference opening request is analyzed into an inquiry request, and send the inquiry request to the data center through a TCP connection. The data center analyzes the query request to obtain the identifier of the participant terminal carried in the query request, obtains the service state of the terminal corresponding to the identifier of the participant terminal, encapsulates the identifier of the participant terminal and the service state of the participant terminal into a query response based on a TCP (transmission control protocol), and returns the query response to the first session management server through TCP connection. And the first session management server analyzes the query response after receiving the query response to obtain the service state of each participating terminal.
And 406, the first session management server controls the participant terminal which supports the first protocol type and has idle service to join the video conference, and controls the participant terminal which supports the first protocol type and has idle service to join the video conference when the participant terminal which supports the first protocol type and has busy service becomes idle service.

If the service state of the terminal is considered, the service state of the participating terminal may be busy or idle, if the service state of the participating terminal is idle, the participating terminal can be added into the video conference, if the service state of the participating terminal is busy, the participating terminal cannot be added into the video conference temporarily, and the participating terminal can be added into the video conference only when the service state of the participating terminal becomes idle. Therefore, the first session management server can control the participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have idle services to join the video conference. The first session management server can also inquire the service state of the participating terminal which supports the first protocol type and has busy service regularly, and when the participating terminal which supports the first protocol type and has busy service becomes idle service, the participating terminal which supports the first protocol type and has busy service becomes idle service is controlled to join the video conference.
In the implementation, the first session management server generates a first conference entering instruction carrying conference information and information of related conference participating terminals (the conference participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have idle services or the conference participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have busy services changed into idle services) based on the first protocol type; if the conference opening mode is a conference opening mode and the conference display terminal or the displayed terminal supports the first protocol type, the first conference instruction further comprises information of the conference display terminal or the displayed terminal which supports the first protocol type and has a free service or is changed from a busy service to a free service; if the monitoring terminal and the monitored terminal are selected and the monitoring terminal or the monitored terminal supports the first protocol type, the first conference instruction further comprises monitoring terminal information or monitored terminal information which supports the first protocol type and changes the service from idle or busy into idle. Step 407, the first session management server transmits the information of the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type and having idle service to the second session management server, and transmits the information of the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type and having idle service to the second session management server when the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type and having busy service becomes idle service.
And step 408, the second conference management server controls the conference participating terminal corresponding to the received information of the conference participating terminal to join the video conference.
The first and second session servers may pass through a bridge server, the bridge server may be understood as a bridge between the first and second session servers, and the bridge server may include a first network card supporting a first protocol type and a second network card supporting a second protocol type. The first video network server is used for interacting with a first network card in the bridging server through the first video network server, and the second video network server is used for interacting with a second network card in the bridging server through the second video network server.
And if the service state of the terminal is not considered, the first conference server transmits the information of the participating terminal supporting the second protocol type to the second conference server.
In the implementation, the first session management server generates a first conference opening instruction carrying conference information and supporting information of the conference terminal of the second protocol type based on the first protocol type, sends the first conference opening instruction to the first video network server, and then sends the first conference opening instruction to the first network card in the bridge server through the first video network server. And after receiving the second conference entering instruction, the conference terminals join the video conference corresponding to the conference information according to respective conference participating roles in the video conference.
After the participating terminals join the video conference, video streams and audio streams are collected according to respective participating roles in the video conference, the video streams and the audio streams are sent to corresponding conference management servers through corresponding video networking servers, and then the conference management servers distribute the streams and display modes. For example, the chairman and the first speaking party send video streams and audio streams, the second speaking party sends audio streams, the conference management server pushes the video streams and the audio streams of the chairman to other participating parties, pushes the video streams and the audio streams of the first speaking party to other participating parties, and pushes the audio streams of the second speaking party to other participating parties.

The embodiment of the invention introduces 3 processes of acquiring terminal information, creating a group and opening a meeting. In the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal supporting a 16-bit video networking protocol is referred to as a 16-bit terminal, and a terminal supporting a 64-bit video networking protocol is referred to as a 64-bit terminal. 1. Obtaining terminal information
In the embodiment of the invention, the conference control client can acquire the terminal information before the meeting.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a process of acquiring terminal information according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the data center obtains terminal information (including 16-bit terminals and 64-bit terminals) from the network managers (i.e., the network management servers) in each administrative area (e.g., beijing, hebei, and shandong … in fig. 5), and the data center stores the terminal information, which may be stored in the form of a 16-bit terminal database and a 64-bit terminal database. The terminal information may include information such as an administrative area to which the terminal belongs, an identifier of the terminal, and a type of a video networking protocol corresponding to the terminal. And then, the uniform scheduling server (app-server) acquires and stores the terminal information from the data center through TCP connection. The conference control client (such as a video network conference scheduling tablet) then obtains all administrative regions from a unified scheduling server (app-server) through a TCP connection. When a user inputs a target administrative region on the conference control client, the conference control client queries 16-bit terminal information and 64-bit terminal information under the target administrative region from a unified scheduling server (app-server) through a TCP connection by using an ID (identifier) of the target administrative region, and the conference control client may display a terminal directory, where the directory may include the 16-bit terminal information and the 64-bit terminal information under the target administrative region. For example, the directory may be in the form of a directory such as a five-level administrative area.
2. Creating groups
After the terminal information is acquired, the conference control client can create a conference group.
The user can select the terminals (including 16-bit terminals and 64-bit terminals) to participate in the conference from the terminal list displayed on the conference control client, and the roles of the terminals in the video conference are set. Of course, a group may also be created, and then the group is saved in a data center via a unified scheduling server (app-server), so that the user can start a conference again using the terminals in the group next time.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an interface for creating a group according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the user may click "create group" on the interface of the club client to enter the create group interface. Information (such as terminal names, terminal numbers and the like) of a plurality of terminals can be displayed in the group creating interface, and a user can select the terminal needing to participate. The interface comprises 'immediate meeting' and 'group saving', and a user can select immediate meeting or group saving. When the group is stored, the conference control client can upload the group to a unified scheduling server (app-server) through TCP connection, and then upload the group to a data center for storage through the unified scheduling server (app-server).
Fig. 7 is an interface schematic diagram of an operation group according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the user may operate the created group, for example, in fig. 7, the user clicks "first group of an army" and then enters an operation interface corresponding to the first group of the army, information of a terminal in the first group of the army may be displayed in the interface, the user may select the terminal therein for management, and may click "conference reservation" in the interface to reserve a video conference for the first group of the army.
Fig. 8 is a schematic interface diagram of a terminal control according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The terminal control may be a terminal control of a process prior to the video conference, or the like. As shown in fig. 8, a user may control terminals in a group, for example, in fig. 8, after clicking "terminal control", the user enters a terminal control interface, where some options for controlling the terminals, such as setting a speaker 1, setting a speaker 2, and the like, may be displayed, and may click to stop a conference to control a video conference to stop.
3. Conference for meeting
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a conference process according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, when a video conference is to be started, the user can perform a corresponding operation on the conference control client. If the stored group is pulled into the video conference, the user selects a target group identifier on the conference control client, the conference control client sends the target group identifier to a uniform scheduling server (app-server) through TCP connection, then the uniform scheduling server (app-server) acquires group information (including information of terminals in the group) corresponding to the target group identifier from the data center through TCP connection, and the uniform scheduling server (app-server) returns the group information to the conference control client. If the user selects the identification of the target terminal on the client, the conference control client sends the identification of the target terminal to a unified scheduling server (app-server) through TCP connection, then the unified scheduling server (app-server) acquires the information of the terminal corresponding to the identification of the target terminal from a data center through TCP connection, and the unified scheduling server (app-server) returns the information of the terminal to the conference control client.
In fig. 9, the client acquires the group information, which includes information of 16-bit terminals and information of 64-bit terminals. The conference control client sends the group information to a unified scheduling server (app-server) through TCP connection, and then the group information is sent to a 64-bit conference management Web end by the unified scheduling server (app-server). It should be noted that the conference control client may also send the group information to the 64-bit conference management Web end through a TCP connection. The 64-bit meeting management Web end sends the group information to the 64-bit meeting management scheduling end through a 64-bit video networking protocol. The group information includes information of 16-bit terminals and information of 64-bit terminals. The 64-bit conference management terminal controls the 64-bit terminal to join the video conference. The 64-bit conference management scheduling end sends the information of the 16-bit terminal to the 16-bit conference management scheduling end through the bridge server, and the 16-bit conference management scheduling end controls the 16-bit terminal to join the video conference. The video conference is successfully held.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of 16-bit terminals and 64-bit terminals in a certain administrative region can be simultaneously acquired, and terminals (16-bit terminals and 64-bit terminals) with different video networking protocols can be subjected to group meeting, so that the 16-bit terminals and the 64-bit terminals are connected to jointly hold a converged video conference.

Claims (11)

1. A video conference processing method, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a client side is controlled to obtain a first video network terminal list supporting a first protocol type and a second video network terminal list supporting a second protocol type in a target administrative area;
the conference control client selects a target terminal as a participant terminal from the first video network terminal list and the second video network terminal list;
after the conference control client defines the conference roles of the conference participating terminals, a conference group is created and stored;
and when receiving the conference initiating request, the conference control client selects a target conference group from the stored conference group list based on the conference initiating request and then sends the conference initiating request to a first session management server supporting a first protocol type.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the conference client, after creating the conference group, further comprises:
and the conference control client sends a conference opening request to a first conference management server supporting a first protocol type based on the created conference group.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after selecting a target conference group from a stored list of conference groups based on the conference initiating request:
when the conference initiating request comprises a conference initiating mode, the conference control client selects a conference display terminal and a displayed terminal in the target conference group based on the conference initiating request; the consultation display terminal is used for displaying the data stream of the displayed terminal in a split screen mode, and the consultation display terminal is a terminal with a set type.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after selecting a target conference group from a stored list of conference groups based on the conference initiating request:
when the conference triggering request comprises a monitoring terminal and a monitored terminal, the conference control client selects the monitoring terminal and the monitored terminal in the target conference group based on the conference triggering request; and the monitoring terminal is used for displaying the data stream of the monitored terminal in a split screen mode.
5. A video conference processing method, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a client side is controlled to obtain a first video network terminal list supporting a first protocol type and a second video network terminal list supporting a second protocol type in a target administrative area;
the conference control client selects a target terminal as a participant terminal from the first video network terminal list and the second video network terminal list;
after the conference control client defines the conference roles of the conference participating terminals, a conference group is created and stored;
the conference control client side selects a target conference group from a stored conference group list based on a conference initiating request when receiving the conference initiating request, and then sends the conference initiating request to a first session management server supporting a first protocol type;
the first session management server controls the conference participating terminal supporting the first protocol type to join the video conference based on the conference opening request;
and the first conference management server transmits the information of the participating terminal supporting the second protocol type to a second conference management server supporting the second protocol type, so that the second conference management server controls the participating terminal supporting the second protocol type to join the video conference.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the first session management server transmits information of the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type to a second session management server supporting the second protocol type, comprising:
the first session management server generates a first conference opening instruction carrying information of the conference participating terminal supporting the second protocol type based on the first protocol type;
the first session server sends the first conference opening instruction to a first network card supporting a first protocol type in a bridging server through a first video network server; and the bridge server generates a second conference opening instruction carrying the information of the participating terminal supporting the second protocol type based on the second protocol type, and sends the second conference opening instruction to the second conference management server through a second video network server by a second network card supporting the second protocol type.
7. The method of claim 5,
before the first session management server controls the participating terminal supporting the first protocol type to join the video conference, the method further comprises the following steps: the first session management server inquires the service state of each participating terminal; the service states comprise service busy and service idle;
the controlling of the participating terminals supporting the first protocol type to join the video conference comprises the following steps: controlling the participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have idle services to join the video conference, and controlling the participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have idle services to join the video conference when the participating terminals which support the first protocol type and have busy services become idle services;
the transmitting the information of the participating terminal supporting the second protocol type to the second conference management server supporting the second protocol type includes: and transmitting the information of the participant terminal which supports the second protocol type and has idle service to the second conference management server, and transmitting the information of the participant terminal which supports the second protocol type and has idle service to the second conference management server when the participant terminal which supports the second protocol type and has busy service becomes idle service.
8. An affiliate client, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first video network terminal list supporting a first protocol type and a second video network terminal list supporting a second protocol type in a target administrative region;
the terminal selection module is used for selecting a target terminal from the first video network terminal list and the second video network terminal list as a participant terminal;
the creating module is used for creating and storing a conference group after the conference roles of the conference terminals are defined;
the conference group selection module is used for selecting a target conference group from a stored conference group list based on a conference opening trigger request when the conference opening trigger request is received;
the first sending module is used for sending the conference-opening request to a first pipe server supporting the first protocol type.
9. A video conference processing system is characterized by comprising a conference control client, a first conference management server supporting a first protocol type and a second conference management server supporting a second protocol type;
the control client comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first video network terminal list supporting a first protocol type and a second video network terminal list supporting a second protocol type in a target administrative region;

the first sending module is used for sending a meeting opening request to the first meeting pipe server;
the first session management server comprises:
the control module is used for controlling the conference participating terminals supporting the first protocol type to join the video conference based on the conference opening request;
and the transmission module is used for transmitting the information of the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type to the second conference management server so that the second conference management server controls the participant terminal supporting the second protocol type to join the video conference.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon;
the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the video conference processing method of any of claims 1 to 4.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a video conference processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
