Further, the communication module 53 specifically includes a first communication sub-module, a second communication sub-module, and a third communication sub-module.
The first communication sub-module is used for automatically displaying the area code on a dialing interface of the terminal equipment when the number information is the area code, and communicating with a contact corresponding to the single number information according to a first dialing operation of a user; the second communication sub-module is used for automatically displaying the fixed telephone number carrying the area code or the mobile telephone number on a dialing interface of the terminal equipment when the number information is the fixed telephone number carrying the area code or the mobile telephone number, and communicating with a contact corresponding to the single number information according to a second dialing operation of a user; and the third communication sub-module is used for automatically dialing the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code when the number information is the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code so as to communicate with the contact corresponding to the single number information.
The device for conveniently dialing in the express delivery link provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the dialing method in the delivery link provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional module and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another device for dialing in a dispatch link according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the device is configured in a cloud server, and the device is suitable for executing the method for dialing in a dispatch link according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the method is applied to the cloud server. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus includes: a module 61 for receiving inquiry request, a module 62 for judging number kind and a module 63 for sending number information.
The query request receiving module 61 is configured to receive a query request sent by a terminal device; a number type judging module 62, configured to obtain the order information of the courier according to the query request, and judge the number type of the phone number in the order information; the number types comprise fixed telephone numbers which do not carry area codes, fixed telephone numbers which carry area codes and mobile telephone numbers; a number information sending module 63, configured to send number information to the terminal device; the number information includes: the area code of the fixed telephone number corresponding to the single number information, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code corresponding to the single number information and the mobile telephone number corresponding to the single number information; when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number without the area code, the area code corresponding to the receiving address information in the bill information is determined, and the area code is sent to the terminal equipment; when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number carrying the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code is sent to the terminal equipment; and when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the mobile telephone number, the mobile telephone number is sent to the terminal equipment.
Further, the number information sending module 63 is further configured to, when it is determined that the telephone number in the bill information is the fixed telephone number without the area code, generate a fixed telephone number with the area code according to the area code and the fixed telephone number without the area code, and send the fixed telephone number with the area code to the terminal device.
Further, the specific determination process of the number type determining module 62 is as follows: judging whether the telephone number in the bill information is a mobile telephone number or not; when the telephone number in the bill information is the mobile telephone number, the judging process is finished, otherwise, whether the telephone number in the bill information is a fixed telephone number without the area code is judged; and when the telephone number in the bill information is the fixed telephone number not carrying the area code, finishing the judgment process, otherwise, judging that the telephone number in the bill information is the fixed telephone number carrying the area code.
The device for conveniently dialing in the express delivery link provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the dialing method in the delivery link provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional module and beneficial effects of the execution method.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a device, which may include a terminal device and a cloud server, where fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, the terminal device includes: a processor 710, and a memory 720 coupled to the processor 710. The memory 720 is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is at least used for executing any method for dialing in a dispatch link provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the method is applied to a terminal device. Processor 710 is operative to invoke and execute computer programs in memory 720.
Specifically, in the actual application process, the terminal device may be any intelligent terminal device capable of identifying, processing and storing data information in the prior art, and the method may be executed by any terminal device capable of identifying, processing and storing data information in the prior art, where the type and model of the terminal device are not limited at all.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 8, the cloud server includes: a processor 810, and a memory 820 coupled to the processor 810; the memory 820 is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is at least used for executing the method for dialing in any dispatch link of the embodiment of the invention, and the method is applied to a cloud server; the processor 810 is used to invoke and execute computer programs in the memory 820.
Specifically, in the actual application process, the cloud server may be any cloud server capable of identifying, processing and storing data information in the prior art, and the method may be executed by any cloud server capable of identifying, processing and storing data information in the prior art, where the type and model of the cloud server are not limited at all.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, each step in the method for dialing in the dispatching link in the embodiment of the invention can be realized, wherein the method is applied to terminal equipment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for dialing in a dispatch link is applied to terminal equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a query request to a cloud server; the query request comprises single number information of the express item, and the single number information is used for the cloud server to determine order information corresponding to the single number information;
receiving number information sent by the cloud server; wherein the number information includes: the area code of the fixed telephone number corresponding to the single number information, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code corresponding to the single number information and the mobile telephone number corresponding to the single number information;
and communicating with the contact corresponding to the single number information based on the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code or the mobile telephone number in the number information.
2. The method for dialing in a dispatch link according to claim 1, wherein the communication with the contact corresponding to the single number information based on the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code or the mobile telephone number in the number information specifically comprises:
when the number information is the area code, automatically displaying the area code on a dialing interface of the terminal equipment, and communicating with a contact corresponding to the single number information according to a first dialing operation of a user;
when the number information is the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code, or the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code is automatically displayed on a dialing interface of the terminal equipment, and the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code is communicated with the contact person corresponding to the single number information according to a second dialing operation of a user, or the fixed telephone number or the mobile telephone number carrying the area code is automatically dialed out so as to be communicated with the contact person corresponding to the single number information.
3. A method for dialing in a dispatch link is applied to a cloud server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an inquiry request sent by terminal equipment;
acquiring the bill information of the express delivery according to the query request, and judging the number type of the telephone number in the bill information; the number types comprise fixed telephone numbers which do not carry area codes, fixed telephone numbers which carry area codes and mobile telephone numbers;
sending number information to the terminal equipment; the number information includes: the area code of the fixed telephone number corresponding to the single number information of the express mail, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code corresponding to the single number information and the mobile telephone number corresponding to the single number information;
when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number without the area code, the area code corresponding to the receiving address information in the bill information is determined, and the area code is sent to the terminal equipment;
when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number carrying the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code is sent to the terminal equipment;
and when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the mobile telephone number, the mobile telephone number is sent to the terminal equipment.
4. The method for dialing in a dispatch link of claim 3, wherein when the phone number in the menu information is determined to be the fixed phone number without an area code, the method further comprises:
and generating a fixed telephone number carrying the area code according to the area code and the fixed telephone number not carrying the area code, and sending the fixed telephone number carrying the area code to the terminal equipment.
5. The method for dialing in a dispatch link of claim 3, wherein the specific process for determining the number type of the phone number in the menu information is as follows:
judging whether the telephone number in the bill information is a mobile telephone number or not;
when the telephone number in the bill information is the mobile telephone number, the judging process is finished, otherwise, whether the telephone number in the bill information is a fixed telephone number without the area code is judged;
and when the telephone number in the bill information is the fixed telephone number not carrying the area code, finishing the judgment process, otherwise, judging that the telephone number in the bill information is the fixed telephone number carrying the area code.

the cloud server sends number information to the terminal equipment; the number information includes: the area code of the fixed telephone number corresponding to the single number information of the express mail, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code corresponding to the single number information and the mobile telephone number corresponding to the single number information; when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number without the area code, the area code corresponding to the receiving address information in the bill information is determined, and the area code is sent to the terminal equipment; when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number carrying the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code is sent to the terminal equipment; when the telephone number in the menu information is judged to be the mobile telephone number, the mobile telephone number is sent to the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment receives number information sent by the cloud server;
and the terminal equipment communicates with the contact corresponding to the single number information based on the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code or the mobile telephone number in the number information.
7. The device for dialing in the dispatch link is applied to the method for dialing in the dispatch link, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the query request sending module is used for sending a query request to the cloud server; the query request comprises single number information of the express item, and the single number information is used for the cloud server to determine order information corresponding to the single number information;

when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the fixed telephone number carrying the area code, the fixed telephone number carrying the area code is sent to the terminal equipment;
and when the telephone number in the bill information is judged to be the mobile telephone number, the mobile telephone number is sent to the terminal equipment.
9. An apparatus, comprising:
a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;
the memory for storing a computer program for performing at least the method of dialing in a dispatch link of any of claims 1-5;
the processor is used for calling and executing the computer program in the memory.
10. A storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for dialing in a dispatch link as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
