The data provider and the data downloader are both legal users with own identity role attributes on the block chain platform, and the data provider uploads geological project result data to the block chain platform layer, distinguishes public-interest geological results or commercial geological results, and uploads corresponding identity authentication strategies, intelligent contracts and wallet addresses.
The data downloading party provides a downloading sharing request, provides a public key of the data downloading party to the block chain platform, submits identity role attributes of the data downloading party to complete information interaction with the block chain platform, and an application layer of the block chain platform layer completes identity authentication of the data downloading party, so that project result data encrypted by the public key of the data downloading party is obtained.

and 4, step 4: and (3) newly adding result data by referring to the project result data by the other geological institutions or social individual users, and repeating the step 1 to upload the newly added result data to the block chain platform.

step 1-1: the user uploads the project achievement data and corresponding identity authentication strategies and intelligent contracts to a block chain platform;
step 1-2: the user classifies the project achievement data into public welfare geological achievement or commercial geological achievement, and the block chain platform conducts primary symmetric encryption processing on the project achievement data according to the identity authentication information of the user, provides retrieval with the address project title and broadcasts the whole network;

if the project result data is commercial geological results, the intelligent contracts are automatically triggered while the other geological institutions or social individual users pass identity authentication, other geological institutions or social individual users need to pay the blockchain platform for data fees and provide their own wallet address in accordance with the smart contracts, the intelligent contract automatically locks transaction fees and triggers the blockchain platform to send the project achievement data to the other geological institutions or social individual users, and uses the public key of the other geological institution or social individual user to perform asymmetric re-encryption, after receiving the project achievement data, the other geological institutions or the social individual users decrypt the data by using the private keys corresponding to the users, the project result data can be consulted and downloaded, and geological institutions can share among the employees.
