Alternatively, the first user may select a plurality of second users, so that the first terminals corresponding to the first user respectively establish long connections between the second terminals corresponding to each second user in the above manner. That is, the server groups the first user and the plurality of second users into a chorus group.
Optionally, after the first terminal and the second terminal establish a long connection, the first terminal may also establish a short-distance connection with the first microphone, and the second terminal may also establish a short-distance connection with the second microphone.
Step 302: the first terminal acquires song information of a song to be chorused, lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and the song information comprises song identification of the song to be chorused.
The singing client installed at the first terminal includes a list of songs including song identifications of at least one song. The first user may select a song identifier of a song in the song list, and the first terminal obtains the selected song identifier of the song from the song list as the song identifier of the song to be chorused. And according to the song identification of the song to be chorused, obtaining song information of the song to be chorused, lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused from the server. The song information may further include at least one of a song title of the song to be chorused, a singer name, an album title to which the song belongs, a song cover picture, a song style, and the like.
Step 303: the first terminal sends a chorus request to the second terminal, the chorus request comprising song information of a song to be chorus.
Optionally, the chorus request further comprises a user identification of the first user and a group identification of the chorus group. Thus, in this step, the first terminal sends the chorus request to the server via a long connection with the server. The server receives the chorus request, obtains the user identifications of the second users except the first user included in the chorus group from the corresponding relation between the group identifications and the user identifications according to the group identifications of the chorus group and the user identifications of the first user, and sends the chorus request to the second terminals corresponding to the second users through long connection between the second terminals corresponding to the second users according to the user identifications of the second users.
Step 304: the second terminal receives the chorus request and acquires lyric information and accompaniment information of a song to be chorus based on the song information.
After receiving the chorus request, the second terminal can display song information of the chorus song carried by the chorus request, and acquire lyric information and accompaniment information of the chorus song from the server according to song identification of the chorus song included in the song information.
When the second data includes a plurality of pieces, each of the second terminals receives the chorus request, and obtains lyric information and accompaniment information of a song to be chorused based on the song information.
Step 305: and the first terminal plays the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and acquires the playing progress of the song to be chorused.
After the first terminal obtains the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, the first terminal can start to play the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused.
Optionally, the method of the embodiment of the present application is applied to a network architecture shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, where the first user and each second user may be far apart, a short-distance connection is established between the first terminal and the first microphone, and a short-distance connection is established between the second terminal of each second user and the second microphone of each second user, respectively. In this step, the first terminal may transmit the accompaniment information to the first microphone, and the accompaniment information is played by the first microphone.
Alternatively, the method of the embodiment of the present application is applied to the network architecture shown in fig. 3, where the first user and each second user may be located together, for example, in the same room, and the first terminal may establish a short-distance connection with the second microphone of each second user.
Optionally, the first terminal and the first microphone are connected in a short distance, and the first microphone and the second microphone of each second user are connected in a short distance, so that the first terminal and the second microphone of each second user are connected in a short distance.
In this step, the first terminal may transmit the accompaniment information to the first microphone and each of the second microphones, respectively, and play the accompaniment information by the first microphone and each of the second microphones.
Alternatively, in the network architecture shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, after the first terminal plays the lyric information and the accompaniment information, the first user may start singing the song to be chorused. The first terminal can record the song to be chorused by the first user to obtain first audio data.
Step 306: the first terminal sends a first play request to the second terminal, wherein the first play request comprises the play progress.
Optionally, the first play request further includes first audio data, a group identification of the chorus group, and a user identification of the first user.
Optionally, the first terminal may periodically obtain the playing progress, and send a first playing request to the second terminal, where the first playing request includes the playing progress obtained in the current period, the first audio data recorded in the current period, the group identifier of the chorus group, and the user identifier of the first user.
The first terminal sends a first playing request to the server through long connection between the first terminal and the server, the server receives the first playing request, obtains user identifications of second users except the first user included in the chorus group from a corresponding relation between the group identifications and the user identifications according to the group identifications of the chorus group and the user identifications of the first user, and sends the first playing request to the second terminal corresponding to each second user through long connection between the second terminals corresponding to each second user according to the user identifications of each second user.
Optionally, the first user may drag the playing progress of the chorus song or select to skip the prelude of the chorus song, and the first terminal may obtain the playing progress after dragging or the playing progress after skipping the prelude, and then send a playing request including the playing progress, the group identifier of the chorus group and the user identifier of the first user to the second terminal.
Step 307: the second terminal receives the first playing request, and plays lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused based on the playing progress included in the first playing request.
When a short-distance connection is established between the second terminal and the second microphone, the second terminal can send the playing progress to the second microphone so that the second microphone plays the accompaniment information based on the playing progress.
Optionally, in the network architecture shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, the first playing request further includes first audio data, and the second terminal further plays the first audio data.
Alternatively, the second terminal may send the first audio data to the second microphone to cause the second microphone to play the first audio data.
In the case where the number of the second terminals is plural, each of the second terminals performs playing of lyric information and accompaniment information of a song to be chorused in this step.
Optionally, in the network architecture shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, the second terminal records the song to be chorused by the second user to obtain second audio data, and periodically sends a second playing request to the first terminal, where the second playing request further includes the second audio data recorded in the current period, and the second playing request is used for playing the second audio data by the first terminal.
The second play request also includes a user identification of the second user and a group identification of the chorus group. The second terminal sends a second play request to the server through a long connection with the server. The server receives a second playing request, obtains the user identification of each user except the second user included in the chorus group according to the group identification and the user identification of the second user, and respectively sends the second playing request to the terminals corresponding to each other user according to the user identification of each other user.
The other terminals corresponding to each user comprise a first terminal, the first terminal receives a second playing request, and the second terminal plays second audio data included in the second playing request.
Optionally, the first terminal sends the second audio data to the first microphone, so that the first microphone plays the second audio data.
The first terminal and the second terminal periodically perform the above steps 305 to 307 until the first user and the second user chorus the song to be chorus.
Optionally, the first user or the second user may pause or drag the playing progress, and the terminal corresponding to the first user or the second user may send a control command to the other terminals of the chorus group, where the control command includes a pause instruction or the playing progress after dragging. In this way, the terminal pauses the playing of the song to be chorused, or plays the song to be chorused according to the dragged playing progress; or the other terminals receive the control command, and pause the song to be chorused according to the pause instruction included in the control command, or play the song to be chorused according to the dragged play progress.
In the embodiment of the application, since the first terminal plays the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused and obtains the playing progress of the song to be chorused, the first user can sing the song to be chorused. The first terminal sends a first playing request to the second terminal, the first playing request comprises the playing progress, the second terminal receives the first playing request, and the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused are played based on the playing progress, so that the second user can sing the song to be chorused, and real-time chorus is realized.
The following are device embodiments of the present application, which may be used to perform method embodiments of the present application. For details not disclosed in the device embodiments of the present application, please refer to the method embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a device 400 for chorus songs, the device 400 including:
an obtaining module 401, configured to obtain song information of a song to be chorused, where the song lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused include a song identifier of the song to be chorused;
a sending module 402, configured to send a chorus request to a second terminal, where the chorus request includes the song information, and the chorus request is used for the second terminal to obtain lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused based on the song information;
a playing module 403, configured to play lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and obtain a playing progress of the song to be chorused;
the sending module 402 is further configured to send a first play request to the second terminal, where the first play request includes the play progress, and the first play request is used for the second terminal to play lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused based on the play progress.
Optionally, the apparatus 400 further includes:
the recording module is used for recording the song to be chorused by the first user to obtain first audio data, the first playing request further comprises the first audio data, and the first playing request is further used for playing the first audio data by the second terminal.

the receiving module is used for receiving a second playing request sent by the second terminal, wherein the second playing request comprises second audio data, and the second audio data is obtained by recording the song to be chorused by a second user by the second terminal;

In the embodiment of the application, the playing module plays the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and obtains the playing progress of the song to be chorused, and the sending module sends a first playing request to the second terminal, wherein the first playing request comprises the playing progress, so that the second terminal plays the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused based on the playing progress. The device and the second terminal synchronously play the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, so that the first user can sing the song to be chorused based on the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused played by the device, and the second user sing the song to be chorused based on the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused played by the second terminal, and the first user and the second user realize real-time chorus.
Referring to fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application provides a device 500 for chorus songs, the device 500 including:
a receiving module 501, configured to receive a chorus request sent by a first terminal, where the chorus request includes song information of a song to be chorus, and the song information includes a song identifier of the song to be chorus;
an obtaining module 502, configured to obtain lyric information and accompaniment information of the chorus song based on the song information;
the receiving module 501 is further configured to receive a first play request, where the first play request includes a play progress of the first terminal for playing the song information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused;
a playing module 503, configured to play the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the chorus song based on the playing progress.
Optionally, the first playing request further includes the first audio data, where the first audio data is obtained by recording, by the first terminal, that the first user sings the song to be chorused, and the playing module further plays the first audio data.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 further includes:
the recording module is used for recording the song to be chorused by a second user to obtain second audio data;
The sending module is used for sending a second playing request to the first terminal, the second playing request comprises the second audio data, and the second playing request is used for playing the second audio data by the first terminal.
Optionally, the device 500 is connected to a second microphone, and the playing module is configured to play the lyric information, and send the accompaniment information and the playing progress to the second microphone, so that the second microphone plays the accompaniment information based on the playing progress.
In the embodiment of the application, the receiving module receives a first playing request, the first playing request includes a playing progress of the first terminal for playing song information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and the playing module plays lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused based on the playing progress. The first terminal and the device synchronously play the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, so that the first user can sing the song to be chorused based on the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused played by the first terminal, and the second user sing the song to be chorused based on the lyric information and the accompaniment information of the song to be chorused played by the device, and the first user and the second user realize real-time chorus.
Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the present application provides a system 600 for chorus songs, the system 600 comprising the apparatus 400 as described in fig. 8 and the apparatus 500 as described in fig. 9. The apparatus 400 as illustrated in fig. 8 may be a first terminal 601 and the apparatus 500 as illustrated in fig. 9 may be a second terminal 602.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 11 shows a block diagram of a terminal 700 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The terminal 700 may be the first terminal and the second terminal, and the first terminal or the second terminal may be a portable mobile terminal, for example: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 3), an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion picture expert compression standard audio plane 4) player, a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Terminal 700 may also be referred to by other names of user devices, portable terminals, laptop terminals, desktop terminals, etc.
In general, the terminal 700 includes: a processor 701 and a memory 702.
Processor 701 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and the like. The processor 701 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of DSP (Digital Signal Processing ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array), PLA (Programmable Logic Array ). The processor 701 may also include a main processor, which is a processor for processing data in an awake state, also referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit ); a coprocessor is a low-power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 701 may integrate a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit, image processor) for rendering and drawing of content required to be displayed by the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 701 may also include an AI (Artificial Intelligence ) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 702 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 702 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 702 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 701 to implement the method of chorus songs provided by the method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 703 and at least one peripheral. The processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 may be connected by a bus or signal lines. The individual peripheral devices may be connected to the peripheral device interface 703 via buses, signal lines or a circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of radio frequency circuitry 704, touch display 705, camera 706, audio circuitry 707, positioning component 708, and power supply 709.
A peripheral interface 703 may be used to connect I/O (Input/Output) related at least one peripheral device to the processor 701 and memory 702. In some embodiments, the processor 701, memory 702, and peripheral interface 703 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, either or both of the processor 701, the memory 702, and the peripheral interface 703 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 704 is configured to receive and transmit RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also referred to as electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 704 communicates with a communication network and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 704 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal for transmission, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 704 includes: antenna systems, RF transceivers, one or more amplifiers, tuners, oscillators, digital signal processors, codec chipsets, subscriber identity module cards, and so forth. The radio frequency circuitry 704 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocol includes, but is not limited to: the world wide web, metropolitan area networks, intranets, generation mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity ) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuitry 704 may also include NFC (Near Field Communication ) related circuitry, which is not limited in this application.
The display screen 705 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display 705 is a touch display, the display 705 also has the ability to collect touch signals at or above the surface of the display 705. The touch signal may be input to the processor 701 as a control signal for processing. At this time, the display 705 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or virtual keyboards, also referred to as soft buttons and/or soft keyboards. In some embodiments, the display 705 may be one, providing a front panel of the terminal 700; in other embodiments, the display 705 may be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of the terminal 700 or in a folded design; in still other embodiments, the display 705 may be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the terminal 700. Even more, the display 705 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular pattern, i.e. a shaped screen. The display 705 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display ), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) or other materials.
The camera assembly 706 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, the camera assembly 706 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Typically, the front camera is disposed on the front panel of the terminal and the rear camera is disposed on the rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the at least two rear cameras are any one of a main camera, a depth camera, a wide-angle camera and a tele camera, so as to realize that the main camera and the depth camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize a panoramic shooting and Virtual Reality (VR) shooting function or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 706 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a single-color temperature flash lamp or a double-color temperature flash lamp. The dual-color temperature flash lamp refers to a combination of a warm light flash lamp and a cold light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation under different color temperatures.
The audio circuit 707 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of users and environments, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 701 for processing, or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 704 for voice communication. For the purpose of stereo acquisition or noise reduction, a plurality of microphones may be respectively disposed at different portions of the terminal 700. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pickup microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 701 or the radio frequency circuit 704 into sound waves. The speaker may be a conventional thin film speaker or a piezoelectric ceramic speaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, not only the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave audible to humans, but also the electric signal can be converted into a sound wave inaudible to humans for ranging and other purposes. In some embodiments, the audio circuit 707 may also include a headphone jack.
The location component 708 is operative to locate the current geographic location of the terminal 700 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service, location-based services). The positioning component 708 may be a positioning component based on the United states GPS (Global Positioning System ), the Beidou system of China, or the Galileo system of Russia.
A power supply 709 is used to power the various components in the terminal 700. The power supply 709 may be an alternating current, a direct current, a disposable battery, or a rechargeable battery. When the power supply 709 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may be a wired rechargeable battery or a wireless rechargeable battery. The wired rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wired line, and the wireless rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wireless coil. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, the terminal 700 further includes one or more sensors 710. The one or more sensors 710 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 711, gyroscope sensor 712, pressure sensor 713, fingerprint sensor 714, optical sensor 715, and proximity sensor 716.
The acceleration sensor 711 can detect the magnitudes of accelerations on three coordinate axes of the coordinate system established with the terminal 700. For example, the acceleration sensor 711 may be used to detect the components of the gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 701 may control the touch display screen 705 to display a user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view according to the gravitational acceleration signal acquired by the acceleration sensor 711. The acceleration sensor 711 may also be used for the acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 712 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 700, and the gyro sensor 712 may collect a 3D motion of the user to the terminal 700 in cooperation with the acceleration sensor 711. The processor 701 may implement the following functions based on the data collected by the gyro sensor 712: motion sensing (e.g., changing UI according to a tilting operation by a user), image stabilization at shooting, game control, and inertial navigation.
The pressure sensor 713 may be disposed at a side frame of the terminal 700 and/or at a lower layer of the touch display screen 705. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at a side frame of the terminal 700, a grip signal of the user to the terminal 700 may be detected, and the processor 701 performs left-right hand recognition or quick operation according to the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 713. When the pressure sensor 713 is disposed at the lower layer of the touch display screen 705, the processor 701 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the touch display screen 705. The operability controls include at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control, and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 714 is used to collect a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 701 identifies the identity of the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 714, or the fingerprint sensor 714 identifies the identity of the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon recognizing that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 701 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking the screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying for and changing settings, etc. The fingerprint sensor 714 may be provided on the front, back or side of the terminal 700. When a physical key or vendor Logo is provided on the terminal 700, the fingerprint sensor 714 may be integrated with the physical key or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 715 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 701 may control the display brightness of the touch display 705 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 715. Specifically, when the intensity of the ambient light is high, the display brightness of the touch display screen 705 is turned up; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the touch display screen 705 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 701 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 706 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 715.
A proximity sensor 716, also referred to as a distance sensor, is typically provided on the front panel of the terminal 700. The proximity sensor 716 is used to collect the distance between the user and the front of the terminal 700. In one embodiment, when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front face of the terminal 700 gradually decreases, the processor 701 controls the touch display 705 to switch from the bright screen state to the off screen state; when the proximity sensor 716 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 700 gradually increases, the processor 701 controls the touch display screen 705 to switch from the off-screen state to the on-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure shown in fig. 11 is not limiting of the terminal 700 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may employ a different arrangement of components.

Claims (14)

1. A method of chorus songs, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal obtains song information of a song to be chorused, lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and the song information comprises a song identifier of the song to be chorused;
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal sends chorus invitation requests carrying user identifiers of a first user and user identifiers of second users to a plurality of second terminals through a server, and receives chorus invitation responses sent by the second terminals through the server, wherein the number of the user identifiers of the second users is a plurality of and corresponds to one second terminal respectively; the server is used for forming a chorus group by the first user and a plurality of second users, distributing group identifications, and correspondingly storing the group identifications, the user identifications of the first user and the user identifications of the second user in a corresponding relation between the group identifications and the user identifications;
The first terminal sends a chorus request to the server, wherein the chorus request comprises a user identifier of the first user and a group identifier of the chorus group, the server is used for acquiring user identifiers of second users except the first user from the corresponding relation according to the group identifier of the chorus group and the user identifier of the first user in the chorus request, the user identifiers of the second users except the first user are included in the chorus group, the chorus request is sent to the second terminal corresponding to the second users, the chorus request comprises the song information, and the chorus request is used for the second terminal to acquire lyrics information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorus based on the song information;
the first terminal plays lyric information and accompaniment information of the song to be chorused, and acquires the playing progress of the song to be chorused;
