Under the two conditions, the mobile terminal can realize the starting of the key updating program of the mobile terminal and the vehicle terminal, and further the safety of vehicle property is ensured.
In the following, the mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating device provided by the embodiment of the present invention is introduced, and the mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating device described below and the mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating method described above may be referred to correspondingly.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a mobile terminal device for updating an electronic key of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the mobile terminal device for updating an electronic key of a vehicle according to fig. 2 may include:
an update request module 110, configured to send an update key request including a user identifier to a cloud server, and download encryption information from the cloud server, where the encryption information at least includes a new key generated by the cloud server according to the user identifier;
the first transmission module 120 is configured to establish communication connection with a vehicle end within a preset distance range, and forward the encrypted information to the vehicle end, so that the vehicle end updates a current key stored in the vehicle end according to the encrypted information;
the second transmission module 130 is configured to receive vehicle-side update success information sent by the vehicle side, and send the vehicle-side update success information to the cloud server;
and a key updating module 140, configured to receive the new key sent by the cloud server, so as to control the vehicle end through the new key.
Optionally, in another specific embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
the update request module 110 is specifically configured to send the key update request when the usage duration of the current key reaches a preset duration.
Optionally, in another specific embodiment of the present application, the update request module 110 may further include:
the first login unit is used for displaying an input login user account interface when the user identification is inconsistent with the user identification stored in the cloud server;
the second login unit is used for sending the received user name, the received password and the mobile terminal information to the cloud server;
the identification receiving unit is used for receiving a user identification newly generated by the cloud server after the user name and the password are verified;
and the updating request unit is used for sending an updating key request containing the newly generated user identification to the cloud server.
The mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating device of this embodiment is used to implement the foregoing mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating method, so that the specific implementation manner of the mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating device can be seen in the foregoing embodiment section of the mobile terminal vehicle electronic key updating method, and details are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for updating an electronic key of a vehicle by a vehicle end according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method specifically includes:
s21: establishing communication connection with a mobile terminal within a preset distance range, and receiving encrypted information downloaded by the mobile terminal from a cloud server;
s22: acquiring a new key in the encrypted information according to the encrypted information;
s23: updating the current key stored currently according to the new key;
s24: and sending the vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can obtain a new key from the cloud server.
As described above, the vehicle end uses the mobile terminal as a medium for transmitting data to obtain the encryption information for updating the key from the cloud server, so that the key can be updated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the encryption information provided in the embodiment of the present application. The encryption information may comprise the information shown in fig. 4 in the present application. The encryption information may specifically be a 14-bit string representation. Each character represents different information.
The first bit of information is the zone bit information, the vehicle end decodes after receiving the encrypted information, the zone bit information at the first byte is read, and if the information is 1, the encrypted information is used for updating the key.
The second position information is the vehicle key information, namely a new key.
The third bit of information is the old car key information, namely the current key.
The fourth to sixth pieces of information are information on timeliness of the key.
The seventh to ninth pieces of information are user-related information.
The tenth to thirteenth bits are vehicle-side information.
The fourteenth bit is the bluetooth communication key.
When the key updating process is actually carried out, only the contents of the third bit and the fourth bit are used for verifying the contents of the encrypted information, and after the verification is successful, the key updating is carried out based on the contents of the second bit. That is, the S22 may specifically include:
decrypting the encrypted information to obtain a new key, a current key and a communication key which are at least contained in the encrypted information;
and verifying the current key and the communication key, and when the verification is passed, updating the current key stored currently according to the new key.
In this embodiment, the cloud server transmits information to the vehicle end in an encrypted form, so that the security of the information is ensured, and the content of the encrypted information is further verified, so that the security of information updating is further ensured.
In addition, when the vehicle side verifies the encrypted information, the current key before updating, that is, the old key, needs to be verified, and therefore, the current keys stored in the vehicle side, the cloud server and the mobile terminal must be kept consistent to update the keys. As shown in the foregoing, the mobile terminal needs to update the key after the key at the vehicle end is updated, so that the situations that the key at the vehicle end is not updated successfully, the key at the mobile terminal is not updated successfully, and the old keys at the vehicle end and the mobile terminal are inconsistent can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that the cloud server also stores the old key and the new key, and only after the vehicle end is updated successfully, the old key is deleted, and the new key is sent to the vehicle end.
Optionally, in another specific embodiment of the present application, after the sending the vehicle-side update success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a vehicle control instruction sent by a mobile terminal;
and verifying the key information, the user information, the mobile terminal information and the vehicle side information contained in the vehicle control command, and responding to the vehicle control command to control and operate the vehicle when the verification is passed.
As described above, in the character string of the encrypted information in fig. 4, only the first to third and fourteenth characters are useful information when the vehicle side updates the key, and for this reason, the other information is the authentication information used when the vehicle side transmits the control information to the mobile terminal box.
That is, the seventh character in the encryption information represents the user information, and the eighth and ninth characters represent the mobile terminal information. Of course, the vehicle-side information can be further verified, that is, the information represented by the tenth to thirteenth characters can be further verified.
That is to say, before executing the control command of the mobile terminal, the vehicle end needs to verify the vehicle key, and also needs to verify various user information, vehicle end information, mobile terminal information and the like, so as to ensure the safety of vehicle operation control.
The following describes an apparatus for updating a vehicle electronic key at a vehicle end according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus for updating a vehicle electronic key at a vehicle end described below and the method for updating a vehicle electronic key at a vehicle end described above may be referred to correspondingly.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a device for updating an electronic key of a vehicle at a vehicle end according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a block diagram of a device for updating an electronic key of a vehicle at a vehicle end, and the device may include:
the information acquisition module 210 is configured to establish a communication connection with a mobile terminal within a preset distance range, and receive encrypted information downloaded by the mobile terminal from a cloud server;
the information decryption module 220 is configured to obtain a new key in the encrypted information according to the encrypted information;
a key updating module 230, configured to update a currently stored current key according to the new key;
the information sending module 240 is configured to send a vehicle end update success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal obtains the new key from the cloud server.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the present application, the information decryption module 220 is specifically configured to decrypt the encrypted information, so as to obtain a new key, a current key, and a communication key that are at least included in the encrypted information; and verifying the current key and the communication key, and when the verification is passed, executing the operation of updating the current key stored currently according to the new key.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
the execution control module is used for receiving a vehicle control instruction sent by the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal sends the vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server;
and verifying the new key, the user information, the mobile terminal information and the creep image vehicle side information contained in the control vehicle command, and responding to the control vehicle command to control and operate the vehicle when the verification is passed. The encrypted information further comprises user information, mobile terminal information and vehicle end information.
The vehicle-side vehicle electronic key updating device of the embodiment is used for implementing the vehicle-side vehicle electronic key updating method, and therefore the specific implementation of the vehicle-side vehicle electronic key updating device can be seen in the foregoing embodiment of the vehicle-side vehicle electronic key updating method, and details are not repeated here.
Based on any one of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a method for updating an electronic key of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include:
s31: and the mobile terminal sends a key updating request to the cloud server.
S32: and the mobile terminal downloads the encryption information from the cloud server.
S33: and the mobile terminal sends the encrypted information to the vehicle terminal.
S34: and the vehicle side decrypts the encrypted information, or the zone bit, the new key, the current key, the user information, the mobile terminal information, the vehicle side information and the communication key in the encrypted information.
S35: and verifying whether the current key and the communication key are both correct, if so, entering the step S36, and if not, failing to update.
S36: and the vehicle end replaces and updates the current key with a new key and stores the user information, the mobile terminal information and the vehicle end information.
S37: and the vehicle end sends the vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal.
S38: the cloud server deletes the current key, replaces the current key with the new key, encrypts the new key and sends the encrypted new key to the mobile terminal.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the vehicle electronic key updating system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and includes a cloud server 1, a mobile terminal 2, and a vehicle end 3;
the mobile terminal 2 is used for executing the operation steps of implementing the method for updating the vehicle electronic key by the mobile terminal according to any one of the above items;
the vehicle end 3 is used for executing the operation steps of implementing the method for updating the vehicle electronic key at the vehicle end.
Specifically, the communication connection established between the mobile terminal 2 and the vehicle end 3 is any one of a bluetooth connection, an NFC connection, or a hot spot connection opened by the mobile terminal 2.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A method for updating an electronic key of a vehicle by a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a key updating request containing a user identification to a cloud server, and downloading encryption information from the cloud server, wherein the encryption information at least comprises a new key generated by the cloud server according to the user identification;
establishing communication connection with a vehicle end within a preset distance range, and forwarding the encrypted information to the vehicle end so that the vehicle end can update the current key stored by the vehicle end according to the encrypted information;
receiving vehicle end updating success information sent by the vehicle end, and sending the vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server;
and receiving the new key sent by the cloud server so as to control the vehicle terminal through the new key.
2. The method for updating the electronic key of the vehicle through the mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the update key request including the user identifier to the cloud server comprises:
and when the use time of the current key reaches a preset time, sending the key updating request.
3. The method for updating the electronic key of the vehicle through the mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the update key request including the user identifier to the cloud server comprises:
when the user identification is inconsistent with the user identification stored in the cloud server, displaying an interface for inputting a login user account;
sending the received user name and password and the mobile terminal information to the cloud server;
after the user name and the password pass verification, receiving a user identifier newly generated by the cloud server;
and sending a key updating request containing the newly generated user identification to the cloud server.
4. A mobile terminal device for updating an electronic key of a vehicle is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an update request module, a cloud server and a key updating module, wherein the update request module is used for sending an update key request containing a user identifier to the cloud server and downloading encryption information from the cloud server, and the encryption information at least comprises a new key generated by the cloud server according to the user identifier;
the first transmission module is used for establishing communication connection with a vehicle end within a preset distance range and forwarding the encrypted information to the vehicle end so that the vehicle end can update a current key stored by the vehicle end according to the encrypted information;
the second transmission module is used for receiving vehicle end updating success information sent by the vehicle end and sending the vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server;
and the key updating module is used for receiving the new key sent by the cloud server so as to control the vehicle terminal through the new key.
5. A method for updating a vehicle electronic key at a vehicle end is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing communication connection with a mobile terminal within a preset distance range, and receiving encrypted information downloaded by the mobile terminal from a cloud server;
acquiring a new key in the encrypted information according to the encrypted information;
updating the current key stored currently according to the new key;
and sending vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can obtain the new key from the cloud server.
6. The method for updating the vehicle electronic key at the vehicle end according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining a new key in the encrypted information according to the encrypted information comprises:
decrypting the encrypted information to obtain a new key, a current key and a communication key at least contained in the encrypted information;
and verifying the current key and the communication key, and when the verification is passed, executing the operation of updating the current key stored currently according to the new key.
7. The method for updating the vehicle electronic key at the vehicle end according to claim 5, wherein the encrypted information further comprises user information, mobile terminal information and vehicle end information;
after the vehicle end updating success information is sent to the cloud server through the mobile terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a vehicle control instruction sent by the mobile terminal;
and verifying the new key, the user information, the mobile terminal information and the vehicle terminal information contained in the vehicle control command, and responding to the vehicle control command to control and operate the vehicle when the verification is passed.
8. An apparatus for updating an electronic key of a vehicle at a vehicle side, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for establishing communication connection with the mobile terminal within a preset distance range and receiving encrypted information downloaded by the mobile terminal from the cloud server;
the information decryption module is used for acquiring a new key in the encrypted information according to the encrypted information;
the key updating module is used for updating the current key stored currently according to the new key;
and the information sending module is used for sending vehicle end updating success information to the cloud server through the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can obtain the new key from the cloud server.
9. An electronic key system for updating a vehicle is characterized by comprising a cloud server, a mobile terminal and a vehicle end;
wherein the mobile terminal is used for executing the operation steps of implementing the method for updating the vehicle electronic key by the mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
the vehicle end is used for executing the operation steps of implementing the method for updating the vehicle electronic key at the vehicle end according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
10. The system for updating the vehicle electronic key according to claim 9, wherein the communication connection established between the mobile terminal and the vehicle end is any one of a bluetooth connection, an NFC connection or a hot spot connection opened by the mobile terminal.
