The second preset rule may be that one tax classification code is randomly selected from the multiple tax classification codes as the tax classification code of the commodity to be invoiced, or that the tax classification code arranged at the first one of the multiple tax classification codes is determined as the tax classification code of the commodity to be invoiced. And then on the basis of guaranteeing the matching accuracy of the finally determined tax classification code and the commodity to be invoiced, the matching efficiency of the tax classification code is also improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter is not obtained from the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code is required to be updated, the commodity information which is not included is added into the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code so as to perfect the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code.
Therefore, according to the method, after the commodity information of the commodity to be invoiced is obtained, the obtained commodity information can be divided into different matching priorities according to the first preset condition, and after the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification codes is obtained, the tax classification codes corresponding to the commodity information in the matching priorities are automatically obtained from the matching relation table according to the obtained matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification codes, so that the tax classification codes matched with the commodity information to be invoiced are obtained, and the tax classification codes are directly displayed as the tax classification codes of the commodity to be invoiced. Therefore, the method can simply, efficiently and accurately match the proper tax classification codes for the commodities to be invoiced without manual selection of operators, thereby improving the matching accuracy and efficiency of the tax classification codes, reducing the workload of the operators and lowering the investment cost of enterprises.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a tax classification code determining apparatus, and the specific implementation of the method for determining tax classification code of the apparatus may refer to the description of the above method embodiment, and repeated parts are not repeated, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
a first obtaining unit 40 for obtaining commodity information of a commodity to be invoiced;
a second obtaining unit 41, configured to obtain a matching relationship table between the commodity information and the tax classification codes, where one tax classification code corresponds to the commodity information of one class of commodities;
and the matching unit 42 is configured to obtain the tax classification code matched with the commodity information according to the matching relationship table between the commodity information and the tax classification code, and determine that the tax classification code is the tax classification code corresponding to the commodity.
Optionally, the commodity information acquired by the first acquiring unit 40 includes a plurality of characteristic parameters representing attributes of the commodity, and the characteristic parameters are subjected to matching priority ordering according to a first preset condition;
wherein the first preset condition comprises: the product types are easy to distinguish, and the higher the distinguishing ease, the higher the matching priority.
Optionally, the matching unit 42 is further configured to:
acquiring a first characteristic parameter with a first matching priority in the commodity information;
and acquiring a tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter according to the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, wherein the acquired tax classification code is the tax classification code matched with the commodity information.
Optionally, if the tax classification code matched with the first feature parameter includes a plurality of tax classification codes, the matching unit 42 is further configured to:
acquiring a second characteristic parameter with a second matching priority in the commodity information, wherein the second characteristic parameter is different from the first characteristic parameter, and the second matching priority is lower than the first matching priority;
determining a tax classification code that matches the second matching priority from a plurality of tax classification codes.
Optionally, if the commodity information includes a first feature parameter and a second feature parameter, and the tax classification code matched with the first feature parameter and the second feature parameter includes a plurality of tax classification codes, the matching unit 42 is further configured to:
selecting one tax classification code from a plurality of tax classification codes according to a second preset condition as the tax classification code of the commodity;
wherein the second preset condition is: the method includes randomly selecting one tax classification code from a plurality of tax classification codes, or selecting a first-ranked tax classification code from the plurality of tax classification codes.
Optionally, if the tax classification code matched with the commodity information is not obtained according to the matching relationship table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, the system further includes an updating unit 43, where the updating unit 43 is configured to update the matching relationship table of the commodity information and the tax classification code according to the commodity information.
Optionally, the plurality of characteristic parameters of the commodity attribute at least include at least two of the following characteristic parameters:
the name of the commodity, the specification and the model of the commodity, the tax rate, the commodity tax, the price, the brevity code and the hidden mark.

Claims (10)

1. A tax classification code determining method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be invoiced;
acquiring a matching relation table of commodity information and tax classification codes, wherein one tax classification code corresponds to commodity information of one class of commodities;
and acquiring a tax classification code matched with the commodity information according to the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, and determining the tax classification code as the tax classification code corresponding to the commodity.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the commodity information includes a plurality of characteristic parameters characterizing attributes of the commodity, and the characteristic parameters are subjected to matching priority ordering according to a first preset condition;
wherein the first preset condition comprises: the product types are easy to distinguish, and the higher the distinguishing ease, the higher the matching priority.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the tax classification code matched with the commodity information according to the matching relationship table between the commodity information and the tax classification code specifically comprises:
acquiring a first characteristic parameter with a first matching priority in the commodity information;
and acquiring a tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter according to the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, wherein the tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter is the tax classification code matched with the commodity information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein if the tax classification code matching the first feature parameter comprises a plurality, the method further comprises:
acquiring a second characteristic parameter with a second matching priority in the commodity information, wherein the second characteristic parameter is different from the first characteristic parameter, and the second matching priority is lower than the first matching priority;
determining a tax classification code that matches the second matching priority from a plurality of tax classification codes.

The method of any one of claims 2-4, wherein if the merchandise information includes a first feature parameter and a second feature parameter, and the tax classification code matching the first feature parameter and the second feature parameter includes a plurality of tax classification codes, the method further comprises:
selecting one tax classification code from a plurality of tax classification codes according to a second preset condition as the tax classification code of the commodity;
wherein the second preset condition is: the method includes randomly selecting one tax classification code from a plurality of tax classification codes, or selecting a first-ranked tax classification code from the plurality of tax classification codes.

The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein if a tax classification code matching the commodity information is not obtained according to the matching relationship table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, the matching relationship table of the commodity information and the tax classification code is updated according to the commodity information.
7. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the plurality of characteristic parameters of the merchandise attribute includes at least two of the following characteristic parameters:
the name of the commodity, the specification and model of the commodity, the tax rate, the commodity tax, the price, the brevity code and the hidden mark.
8. A tax classification code determining apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a control unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring commodity information of commodities to be invoiced;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification codes, wherein one tax classification code corresponds to the commodity information of one class of commodities;
and the matching unit is used for acquiring the tax classification code matched with the commodity information according to the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code and determining the tax classification code as the tax classification code corresponding to the commodity.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the commodity information acquired by the first acquiring unit includes a plurality of feature parameters representing attributes of the commodity, and the plurality of feature parameters are subjected to matching priority ordering according to a first preset condition;
wherein the first preset condition comprises: the product types are easy to distinguish, and the higher the distinguishing ease, the higher the matching priority.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the matching unit is further to:
acquiring a first characteristic parameter with a first matching priority in the commodity information;
and acquiring a tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter according to the matching relation table of the commodity information and the tax classification code, wherein the tax classification code matched with the first characteristic parameter is the tax classification code matched with the commodity information.
