The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
An embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing a test report, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step S110, receiving an initial test report submitted by a user, wherein the initial test report comprises at least one item of content to be tested and initial test results corresponding to the at least one item of content to be tested.
Specifically, when a tester prepares to test a certain product or a certain file of a certain product, it is necessary to create an initial test report through the test report management system, and edit required related content, such as one or more items of content to be tested and an initial test result of the one or more items of content to be tested, in the created initial test report, where the initial test result is a preset test result default value, and the default value is usually set as failed.
Correspondingly, the test report management system receives an initial test report submitted by a tester, where the initial test report includes at least one item of content to be tested and an initial test result (usually a default failed) corresponding to the at least one item of content to be tested.
Step S120, updating the initial test result corresponding to each test content according to the test result of each test content by the user, and generating a corresponding target test report.
Specifically, the tester sequentially tests each item of content to be tested in the initial test report, and sequentially records the test results of each item of test content. If any content to be tested passes the test, the initial test result of the content to be tested is updated to pass from the default value failed, and if any content to be tested does not pass the test, the initial test result of the content not passing the test is not updated, that is, the test result of the content not passing the test is still failed.
Correspondingly, the test report management system correspondingly updates the test results of the corresponding test contents according to the test of the testers on each content to be tested in the initial test report, and generates a corresponding target test report after the test of all the content to be tested is completed.
Step S130, sending the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module, so that the at least one subsequent processing module performs auditing processing on the target test report.
Specifically, after the test report management system generates the corresponding target test report, the target test report may be sent to the processing module corresponding to the developer, the processing module corresponding to the product staff, and the like, and at least one subsequent processing module may send the target test report, so that the subsequent processing module may audit various test contents and test results in the target test report, and problems such as incomplete test or test errors in the target test report may be avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the test report processing method provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the initial test report submitted by the user is received, the initial test results corresponding to the test contents are updated according to the test results of the user on the test contents, and the corresponding target test report is generated, so that the content, format and the like of the test report can be standardized in the process, a unified test report template pattern is formed, the test reports of the products are unified in form, and the test reports of different products or the test reports of different test files of the same product are effectively prevented from being disordered in the aspects of content, format and the like; by sending the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module, the subsequent processing module can audit the target test report, and the test report can be ensured to play a role in application.
The embodiment of the present application provides another possible implementation manner, where the target test report includes at least one of the following: file list information; a demand management address; defect information; risk information; testing platform coverage information; compatibility testing coverage information; general checkpoint confirmation information; and (4) remarking information.
Wherein sending the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module comprises:
sending the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module based on a preset communication mode; or,
based on a preset communication mode, sending the link address of the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module;
the predetermined communication means includes any one of: e-mail, short message, instant short message.
Specifically, the target test report generated by the test report management system may include file list information, requirement management address, defect information, risk information, test platform coverage information, compatibility test coverage information, general checkpoint confirmation information, remark information, and the like. In practical applications, the target test report may include other related contents, such as the addressee, the item name, etc., besides the above contents, and of course, other contents related to the test report in the prior art may also be included, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Furthermore, the tester completes the test of the initial test report through the test report management system, and after the target test report is obtained, the tester can send the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module through the test report management system by clicking the 'submit' trigger button. Correspondingly, the test report management system sends the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module when receiving a 'submit' trigger instruction of a tester.
Further, the test report management system may send the target test report to at least one subsequent processing module by means of mail, short message, instant short message, or the like. The testing personnel can fill in the contact ways of mails, short messages or instant short messages and the like of the processing personnel of each subsequent processing module in advance, so that the test report management system can respectively send target test reports to each subsequent processing module according to the contact ways of the pre-filled mails, short messages or instant short messages and the like.
Further, in the process of sending the target test report to each subsequent processing module, for example, when sending the target test report by mail, the target test report may be directly sent to the processing staff of the subsequent processing module, or the link address of the target test report may be sent to the processing staff of the subsequent processing module, so that the processing staff of the subsequent processing module checks the corresponding target test report according to the link address, wherein when sending the target test report by using short message or instant short message, only the link address of the target test report may be sent.
For the implementation mode, the target test report is sent to at least one subsequent processing module, so that the subsequent processing module can audit the target test report, and the test report can play a role in application.
The embodiment of the present application provides another possible implementation manner, and after step S130, the method further includes step S140 (not labeled in the figure): receiving the auditing results fed back by each subsequent processing module, and performing corresponding operation on the target test report based on the auditing results; the audit result comprises any one of the following items: passing the audit; failing to pass the audit; and (4) remarking information.
When the audit result is that the audit is passed, the following two conditions can be included: (1) the first link address of the file application bundle or the second link address of the file issue is included in the audit result. (2) Associating a third link address for issuing an application at a preset position of a preset webpage; wherein the third link address indicates whether the document bundling or the document distribution has been performed through different display information. Correspondingly, in the process of performing corresponding operations on the target test report based on the auditing result, the following two situations exist: (1) based on the first link address or the second link address, issuing application processing is carried out; (2) and issuing application processing is carried out based on the third link address.
Specifically, each subsequent processing module receives a communication mode based on a mail, a short message, an instant short message or the like, can check the detailed content of the target test report when receiving the target test report or the link address of the target test report, and performs targeted operation on the target test report through a trigger key such as confirmation, rejection, remark filling and the like. If the processing module confirms that the detailed content of the target test report has no problem, the processing module can complete the auditing of the target test report by triggering the confirmed triggering key, which indicates that the target test report passes the auditing; if the processing module confirms that the detailed content of the target test report has problems, the examination and verification of the target test report can be completed by triggering the rejected triggering key, which indicates that the target test report fails to be examined and verified; when the target test report passes the audit or fails the audit, the remark description can be carried out on the target test report by triggering the trigger key for filling the remark.
Further, after any subsequent processing module completes the audit of the corresponding target test report, the corresponding audit result, for example, the audit is passed, the audit is not passed, and remark instructions are given back to the test report management system, so that the test report management system performs subsequent processing operation according to the audit result fed back by any subsequent processing module. Correspondingly, the test report management system receives the audit result fed back by the subsequent processing module, and performs corresponding operation on the target test report based on the audit result.
It should be noted that, although the target test report passes the audit of any subsequent processing module, this does not indicate that the target test report has no problem, and it must be indicated that the target test report has no problem after all the target test report passes the audit of each subsequent processing module, that is, when each subsequent processing module confirms that the target test report has no problem, the target test report can be confirmed to pass the audit.
In practical applications, the test report management system may first send the target test report or the link address of the target test report to any subsequent processing module (e.g., processing module a), when the any subsequent processing module a completes the audit of the target test report and confirms that the target test report has no problem, then continue to send the target test report or the link address of the target test report to another subsequent processing module (e.g., processing module B), when the another subsequent processing module B completes the audit of the target test report and confirms that the target test report has no problem, then send the target test report or the link address of the target test report to another subsequent processing module (e.g., processing module C), and execute the processes in sequence until the audit processes of all subsequent processing modules are completed. In the processing process, if any subsequent processing module determines that the target test report has a problem, the test report management system ends the auditing processing flow, that is, the target test report or the link address of the target test report is not sent to the subsequent processing module any more.
And when the audit result is approved, the audit result can be fed back to the test report management system according to the first link address of the file application package or the second link address issued by the file carried in the audit result. Correspondingly, after receiving the fed-back auditing result, the test report management system can perform corresponding issuing application processing by triggering the first link address or the second link.
In addition, when the audit result is passed, the first link address of the file application package or the second link address issued by the file may not be carried in the audit result, but the audit result passed through is fed back to the test report management system. Correspondingly, after receiving the verification result, the test report management system may associate a third link address for issuing an application at a predetermined position of a predetermined web page, such as a web page approval detail page and/or a home page. The third link address may be the same as or different from the first link address or the second link address. The third link address may indicate whether or not the document is bundled or distributed by different display information, for example, a link address which is highlighted indicates that the document is not bundled or distributed, and a link address which is grayed out indicates that the document is bundled or distributed.
Further, fig. 2 shows a possible implementation manner in this embodiment of the application, where "development certifier" and "product certifier" in fig. 2 are processing personnel of the corresponding subsequent processing module, although fig. 2 sends the target test report to the processing module corresponding to the "development certifier" and then sends the target test report confirmed by the "development certifier" to the processing module corresponding to the "product certifier", in practical application, the processing module corresponding to the "product certifier" may send the target test report to the processing module corresponding to the "development certifier" and then send the target test report confirmed by the "product certifier" to the processing module corresponding to the "product certifier".
In fig. 2, when a tester initiates an audit process of a target test report through a test report management system, if a development confirmer is empty and needs to be developed, the target test report is set as a to-be-developed confirmer, and if the development confirmer is empty and does not need to be developed, the development confirmer is set as development neglected; then, when development confirmation is needed, if the development confirmation has problems, setting the state of the target test report as development refusal and ending the auditing process, if the development confirmation has no problems (namely, the auditing is passed), further detecting whether product confirmation is needed, if the product confirmation is needed and the product confirmation person is empty, setting the state of the target test report as waiting product confirmation, and if the product confirmation is not needed, setting the state of the target test report as product neglect; and if the product is confirmed to be in a problem, setting the state of the target test report as product rejection and ending the auditing process, and if the product is confirmed to be out of the problem (namely, the auditing is passed), setting the state of the target test report as confirmation completion and ending the auditing process.
