The liquid coating mechanism comprises a liquid coating part 16, the liquid coating part 16 is connected with a liquid coating spring 17 which enables the liquid coating part 16 to press the wiping cloth 1, a vertical cylindrical cavity 18 which is vertical to the moving direction of the wiping cloth 1 is arranged in the liquid coating part 16, a rotating wheel 19 is connected in the cylindrical cavity 18 in a sealing and rotating mode, a notch 20 is arranged under the cylindrical cavity 18, the rotating wheel 19 protrudes out of the notch 20, a liquid inlet cylinder 21 is arranged right above the cylindrical cavity 18, the liquid inlet cylinder 21 is connected with a liquid inlet pipe 22, the liquid inlet pipe 22 is connected with a liquid storage bin 23, the liquid inlet cylinder 21 is in contact with the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 19, a plurality of liquid inlet concave parts 24 are arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 19, the length of contact traces of the rotating wheel 19 and the wiping cloth (1) is equal to the circumferential length of the rotating wheel (19), when the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 19 is in contact with a dry area, the liquid inlet concave parts 24 can not appear at the notch 20, and when the, the inlet recess 24 moves in turn to the gap 20.
An anti-fogging solution 25 is provided in the liquid storage tank 23 in the liquid applying mechanism above the solution region 5, the anti-fogging solution 25 including a surfactant component. The anti-fogging solution 25 is a solution of a detergent or soap. The detergent or soap solution is visible everywhere in life and can be easily prepared by the user. Water 26 is provided in the reservoir 23 of the coating mechanism above the wet zone 6.
The dynamic process of the placing box is as follows: through the first notch 12 arranged at the bottom of the placing bin 8, a user can conveniently hold one wipe 1, and after holding, the wipe 1 starts to move, and firstly passes through the elastic baffle 15 and the elastic tip 32 during the moving process, and the elastic baffle 15 and the elastic tip 32 can prevent other wipes 1 from moving together with the held wipe 1 under the friction force, so that only the wipe 1 held by the user is kept moving; when the user continues to hold the wipe 1 in the second notch 14 to move the wipe 1 in the guide tube 13, when the wipe 1 comes into contact with the rotating wheel 19, the rotating wheel 19 has friction with the wipe 1 under the action of the liquid applying spring 17, so that the rotating wheel 19 starts to rotate during the movement, the liquid inlet concave portion 24 correspondingly arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 19 passes through the liquid inlet tube 21 during the rotation, so that the liquid inlet concave portion 24 is filled with the corresponding liquid, and when the position of the rotating wheel 19 in contact with the wipe 1 enters the solution region 5 or the wetting region 6, the liquid inlet concave portion 24 moves out from the notch 20, so that the liquid therein is poured into the corresponding solution region 5 and the wetting region 6, thereby completing the wetting of the wetting region 6 and the solution region 5.
In addition, in order to further optimize the placing box, the following improvements are made:
1. pressure wheels 27 are arranged in the guide cylinder 13 on both sides of the second slot 14, and a pressure spring 28 is connected to the pressure wheels 27 to press the pressure wheels 27 against the wipes 1. The pressure spring 28 and the pressure wheel 27 can generate pressure on the wiping cloth 1, so that the wiping cloth 1 can be prevented from being wrinkled in the guide cylinder 13, the wiping cloth 1 can be moved smoothly, and the use of the wiping cloth by a user is facilitated.
2. A reset pointer 30 is arranged outside the guide cylinder 13, the reset pointer 30 is connected with a rotating rod 31, and the rotating rod 31 is connected with the rotating wheel 19 and synchronously rotates. The rotating wheel 19 can be conveniently adjusted to rotate synchronously by adjusting the rotation of the reset pointer 30, so that the liquid inlet concave part 24 on the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 19 is just positioned in the solution area 5 or the wetting area 6 when being contacted with the wiping cloth 1.
Further, the use method of the special anti-fog wipe placing box is provided: the method comprises the following steps:
a. opening the end cap 9, inserting the wiping cloth 1, inserting the placing rod 10 into the placing hole 2, and keeping the side of the wiping cloth 1 with the wetting area 6 and the solution area 5 away from the direction of the guide cylinder 13;
b. a piece of wipes 1 is grabbed from a first notch 12 below the placing bin 8 and taken out along the first notch 12 and a second notch 14;
c. the mirror surface is wiped clean through the wetting area 6;
d. wiping off the remaining moisture through the drying zone 4;
e. wiping the mirror surface through the wetting zone 6 to leave a layer of anti-fogging solution 25 on the surface;
f. the mirror surface is naturally dried.
Through the steps, after the air drying, the mirror surface has the anti-fogging capacity, meanwhile, the process of taking out the wiping towel 1 from the placing bin 8 is convenient and quick, and the wiping towel 1 has multiple functions and has the advantage of convenient use.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: (1) the indentation 3 makes the material more compact and therefore the capillary action is weaker, so that it is possible to prevent the liquids in the different zones from penetrating each other without interfering with their functional action; (2) the wipes 1 are placed through the placing bin 8 and the placing rod 10, so that the wipes 1 can be kept in an orderly state during the use process; (3) when a user takes the wipes 1 and moves the wipes 1, the rotating wheel 19 is driven to rotate, and after the position of the rotating wheel 19, which is contacted with the wipes 1, enters the solution area 5 or the wetting area 6, the liquid inlet concave part 24 moves out of the notch 20, so that the liquid in the liquid inlet concave part is poured into the corresponding solution area 5 and the wetting area 6, and the wetting of the wetting area 6 and the solution area 5 is finished; (4) the wetted wipes 1 include a dry zone 4, a wet zone 6 with an anti-fogging solution 25, and a wet zone 6 with water 26, so that a single wipe 1 can serve multiple functions, with the advantage of being quick and convenient to operate.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
Claims (9)
1. the liquid coating mechanism comprises a liquid coating part (16), the liquid coating part (16) is connected with a liquid coating spring (17) which enables the liquid coating part (16) to press the wiping cloth (1), a vertical cylindrical cavity (18) which is vertical to the moving direction of the wiping cloth (1) is arranged in the liquid coating part (16), a rotating wheel (19) is connected in the cylindrical cavity (18) in a sealing and rotating mode, a notch (20) is arranged under the cylindrical cavity (18), the rotating wheel (19) protrudes out of the notch (20), a liquid inlet cylinder (21) is arranged right above the cylindrical cavity (18), the liquid inlet cylinder (21) is connected with a liquid inlet pipe (22), the liquid inlet pipe (22) is connected with a liquid storage bin (23), the liquid inlet cylinder (21) is in contact with the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel (19), and a plurality of liquid inlet sunken parts (24) are arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel (19), the length of the contact trace of the rotating wheel (19) and the wipes (1) is equal to the circumference of the rotating wheel (19), when the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel (19) is in contact with the drying area (4), the liquid inlet concave part (24) can not appear at the notch (20), and when the circumferential surface of the rotating wheel (19) is in contact with the solution area (5) or the wetting area (6), the liquid inlet concave part (24) sequentially moves to the notch (20);
and an anti-fogging solution (25) is arranged in the liquid storage bin (23) in the liquid coating mechanism above the solution area (5), the anti-fogging solution (25) comprises a surfactant component, and water (26) is arranged in the liquid storage bin (23) in the liquid coating mechanism above the wetting area (6).

The anti-fog special-purpose wipe storage box according to claim 3, characterized in that: pressure wheels (27) are arranged on two sides of the second notch (14) in the guide cylinder (13), and a pressure spring (28) enabling the pressure wheels (27) to press the wiping cloth (1) is connected to the pressure wheels (27).

c. the mirror surface is wiped clean through the wetting area (6);
d. wiping off the remaining water by means of a drying zone (4);
e. wiping the mirror surface through the wetting area (6) to leave a layer of anti-fogging solution (25) on the surface;
f. the mirror surface is naturally dried.
