The invention relates to an automobile lamp, in particular to a fully-sealed automobile lamp.
Background
The vehicle lamp is an important component of the vehicle and plays an important role in the safe running of the vehicle; the car lamp can generate a large amount of heat in working, so that the temperature in the lamp is increased, and the air pressure is increased; therefore, the traditional automobile lamp is of a non-sealing structure, and the air holes or the breathable films are arranged on the lamp to balance the air pressure inside and outside the automobile lamp, so that the side effect is that water vapor can enter the lamp, and when the automobile lamp is in a humid low-temperature environment, water mist is easily condensed on the inner surface of the lamp, so that the quality is reduced.
The Chinese patent office discloses a document CN103292294A on 2013, 9 and 13, and the name is a L ED lamp with a waterproof breathable film, wherein the waterproof breathable film used for balancing the internal and external pressure of the lamp shell is attached to the lamp shell, the waterproof breathable film can play a role in water and dust prevention, and meanwhile, the gas exchange between the inside and the outside of the lamp shell can be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the defects that the prior lamp utilizes air holes or a breathable film to balance the air pressure inside and outside the lamp, so that water vapor is easy to enter the lamp, water mist is condensed on the inner surface of the lamp, and the use is influenced.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a full-sealed automobile lamp comprises a lens, a lamp body and a bulb which are mutually connected in a sealing way, wherein the lamp body comprises a connecting body and a reflecting bowl which are mutually connected in a sealing way; the car light also comprises a variable cavity which is arranged outside the reflecting bowl and separated from the outer surface of the reflecting bowl, and the variable cavity is communicated with an air cavity where a bulb inside the reflecting bowl is located and forms a full-sealing structure which is isolated from the outside atmosphere and has variable volume. The bulb of the bulb is used as a light source and extends into the lamp body, and the lens, the lamp body and the bulb are completely and hermetically connected, so that the phenomenon of air leakage at the connecting part is avoided, and the waterproof and air-proof effects are achieved; the lens, the connector and the interior of the reflection bowl form an air cavity where the bulb is located, the exterior of the reflection bowl is arranged in a variable cavity communicated with the interior of the reflection bowl, the variable cavity is communicated with the air cavity where the bulb is located and forms a closed structure, the closed structure is completely isolated from the external atmosphere, gas exchange does not exist, and external water vapor is prevented from entering the interior of the automobile lamp to form water mist; the variable cavity can be freely contracted and expanded, so that when the temperature of the car lamp is increased in the use process, the expanded gas in the variable cavity can enter the variable cavity, the internal pressure of the car lamp cannot be increased, when the car lamp enters a low-temperature environment, the gas in the variable cavity can enter the bulb air cavity for balancing, and external moist gas supplement is not needed; the variable cavity is separated from the outer part of the reflection bowl, so that the reflection bowl has an enough heat dissipation surface, external air circulation is facilitated, and the heat dissipation performance is improved.
Preferably, the variable volume chamber is a balloon which can be freely deflated. The scheme is that the air bag is simple in structure, good in elasticity and convenient to use.
Preferably, the air bag is a closed structure which is only communicated with the air cavity where the bulb is positioned through an air pipe. The air bag has no other interfaces except the communicated interface, so that the phenomenon of air leakage of the air bag is avoided.
Preferably, the number of the air bags is two, the two air bags are symmetrically arranged outside the reflecting bowl, and the two air bags are communicated with each other. The two air bags are communicated with the air cavity where the bulb is located, so that the air exchange is smoother by the two air bags.
Preferably, the variable volume chamber is a piston chamber having a freely sliding piston disposed therein. The second scheme is convenient, and the variable cavity is high in use safety and not easy to damage.
Preferably, the piston divides the piston chamber into two separate chamber portions, one chamber portion being an outer chamber portion in communication with the external atmosphere and the other chamber portion being an inner chamber portion in communication with the air chamber in which the bulb is located. The piston has stronger leakproofness, and the piston can freely slide in the piston cavity along with the pressure difference between the outer cavity part and the inner cavity part, so that the air pressure inside and outside the automobile lamp is balanced.
Preferably, the reflecting bowl is provided with an air hole, the air hole is connected with an air pipe, and the air pipe is connected with the variable cavity.
Preferably, the lamp shade is connected to the outer portion of the launching bowl, and the lamp shade is of a hollow structure. The lamp shade plays the guard action, and hollow out construction is convenient for dispel the heat, can make the rainwater again simultaneously from lamp shade fretwork department through variable appearance chamber and reflection bowl outside, cools down variable appearance chamber and reflection bowl.
Preferably, the variable accommodating cavity is attached to the inner wall of the lampshade.
Preferably, the lens and the lamp body are compressed and sealed through a lens end cover.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the bulb of the bulb is used as a light source and extends into the lamp body, and the lens, the lamp body and the bulb are completely and hermetically connected, so that the phenomenon of air leakage at the connecting part is avoided, and the waterproof and air-proof effects are achieved; the lens, the connector and the interior of the reflection bowl form an air cavity where the bulb is located, the exterior of the reflection bowl is arranged in a variable cavity communicated with the interior of the reflection bowl, the variable cavity is communicated with the air cavity where the bulb is located and forms a closed structure, the closed structure is completely isolated from the external atmosphere, gas exchange does not exist, and external water vapor is prevented from entering the interior of the automobile lamp to form water mist; the variable chamber can freely contract and expand, so that the temperature rises in the use process of the car lamp, the gas expanded inside can enter the variable chamber, the internal pressure of the car lamp cannot rise, and when the car lamp enters a low-temperature environment, the gas in the variable chamber can enter the bulb air cavity for balancing without external humid gas supplement.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by using specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1: a fully-sealed automobile lamp (see figure 1, figure 2 and figure 3) comprises a lens 1, a lamp body and a bulb 4 which are hermetically connected with each other, wherein the lamp body comprises a connecting body 3 and a reflecting bowl 7 which are hermetically connected with each other. Compress tightly and sealed through lens end cover 2 between lens and the connector, the connector is the frustum form, and the reflection bowl has the smooth internal surface of bowl form, through flange face butt joint and pass through the bolt fastening between connector and the reflection bowl, and it is sealed to accompany the sealing washer between, and the bulb is fixed in the bottom position of reflection bowl, and the bulb 12 of bulb stretches into in the reflection bowl. The lens, the connector and the inner space of the reflection bowl form an air cavity where the bulb is located.
The bowl wall of the reflection bowl is provided with two air holes 8 which are connected with two air pipes 9, the air pipes are in a three-way shape, the middle positions of the air pipes are hermetically connected with the air holes, the two ends of each air pipe are respectively connected with an air bag 11, the appearance of each air bag is matched with that of the reflection bowl, and the air bags are separated from the outer surface of the reflection bowl. The gasbag is two, and two gasbags all are provided with two interfaces 10 at the outside symmetry setting of reflection bowl on every gasbag, interface and tracheal tip sealing connection, and two gasbags are linked together and form with the isolated and changeable full seal structure of outside atmosphere with bulb place air cavity.
The lamp body outside is provided with lamp shade 4 of taking fretwork 6, and the side of the flange of connector is provided with draw-in groove 14, and the front position of lamp shade is provided with buckle 13, and the buckle is connected with the draw-in groove looks joint. The air bag is attached to the inner wall of the lampshade.
Example 2: a fully-sealed car lamp is characterized in that an air bag is replaced by a piston cavity, a piston capable of freely sliding is arranged in the piston cavity, the piston divides the piston cavity into two independent cavity parts, one cavity part is an outer cavity part communicated with the external atmosphere, and the other cavity part is an inner cavity part communicated with an air cavity where a bulb is located. The inner cavity part is hermetically connected with an air hole on the reflection bowl through an air pipe 9, and the inner cavity part is communicated with an air cavity where the bulb is positioned and forms a full-sealing structure with a variable volume which is completely isolated from the outside.
When the bulb is heated in use, the air in the air cavity is heated and expanded, so that the pressure of the inner cavity part is increased, the piston is pushed to move towards one end of the outer cavity part until new balance is achieved with the external atmosphere, and the piston stops. When the bulb is in the low temperature region, the pressure in the inner cavity portion drops and the piston moves toward one end of the inner cavity portion to compress the volume of the full sealed structure until a new equilibrium is reached.
