During production, the rope belt 21 to be encapsulated is wound on the first rope winding part 112 and the second rope winding part 113 of the rope winding frame 110 to form a plurality of loop-shaped structures, the portions of the plurality of loop-shaped structures wound on the second rope winding part 113 are subjected to first impregnation treatment, the encapsulated long rope belt 22 is obtained by drying, the movable backing plate 120 is moved to the second rope winding part 113 to cushion the encapsulated long rope belt 22 at the position, the rope belts are conveniently cut in a row, the portion, on the movable backing plate 120, of the encapsulated long rope belt 22 is cut, a plurality of initially encapsulated short rope belts with two encapsulated ends are obtained, at the moment, the end portions of the initially encapsulated short rope belts are cut and are not encapsulated, the two ends of the encapsulated short rope belts 23 are subjected to second impregnation treatment again, and the encapsulated short rope belt 23 is obtained by drying.
Compared with the traditional production mode of the rope belt rubber head, the auxiliary device 100 for the rope belt rubber head and the method for the rope belt rubber head have the advantages that the labor intensity of operators is low, and the production efficiency is high.
In the particular example illustrated, the mounting member includes a first mounting bar 1111 and a second mounting bar 1112 arranged in parallel. First mounting bar 1111, second mounting bar 1112, first cord wrap 112, and second cord wrap 113 collectively comprise a frame-like structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one example, the first rope winding member 112 has a first rope winding portion 1121, the second rope winding member 113 has a second rope winding portion 1131, and the first rope winding portion 1121 is arranged in parallel with the second rope winding member 113.
The first rope winding portion 1121 and the second rope winding member 113 are arranged in parallel, and the rope belt 21 to be wrapped can form a plurality of uniform loop structures on the rope winding frame 110, so that a plurality of short rope belts with the same length can be conveniently formed by cutting a subsequent long rope belt.
In the particular example shown, the first and second windings 1121, 1131 are perpendicular to the first and second mounting rods 1111, 1112.
In the illustrated specific example, the second roping portion 1131 has a straight bar structure.
It can be understood that, on the premise that the second rope winding portion 1131 meets the strength requirement, the smaller the cross-sectional area is, the better the cross-sectional area is, that is, the thinner the second rope winding portion 1131 is, the better the cross-sectional area is, so that the area where the second rope winding portion 1131 of the rope belt contacts with the rope belt is reduced, that is, the area of the rope belt shielded by the second rope winding portion 1131 is reduced, in the process of gum dipping, the gum material is better soaked on the surface of the rope belt, and the situation that oil is needed to be supplemented to the non-encapsulated area in the following process is reduced.
In one example, the second rope winding portion 1131 has a round bar structure, and an angular structure is avoided to avoid damage to the rope belt 21 to be encapsulated during rope winding. In one example, the second roping portion 1131 has a diameter of 0.5mm to 3 mm. Further, in one example, the diameter of the second rope winding portion 1131 is 1mm to 2 mm. In some specific examples, the second roping portion 1131 has a diameter of 0.8mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8 mm.
In one example, the first and/or second cord winding members 112, 113 are movably disposed on the mounting member such that the distance between the first and second cord winding members 112, 113 is adjustable. In this way, adjusting the position of the first and/or second rope winding members 112, 113 on the mounting member before rope winding, and thus the distance between the first and second rope winding members 112, 113, enables easy adjustment of the length of the resulting short, studded rope 23.
In one example, the second cord winding member 113 is detachably connected to the mounting member. Thus, after the operation of the rope-wrapped rubber head is completed, the second rope winding piece 113 can be detached from the mounting part, and the cleaning is convenient. Compare traditional fag end production mode is glued to fag end and need clear up the couple one by one, but this example greatly reduced work loaded down with trivial details nature.
In the illustrated specific example, the second cord winding member 113 includes a second cord winding portion 1131, a first connection sleeve 1132, and a second connection sleeve 1133, and the first connection sleeve 1132 and the second connection sleeve 1133 are respectively provided at opposite ends of the second cord winding portion 1131. The first coupling sleeve 1132 and the second coupling sleeve 1133 may be sleeved into the ends of the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112, respectively, to fix the second rope winding portion 1131.
The first coupling sleeve 1132 and the second coupling sleeve 1133 may fix the position of the second rope winding 1131 on the mounting member by means of elastic abutment with the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112, may fix the position of the second rope winding 1131 on the mounting member by screwing with the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112, and so on.
In the particular example illustrated, the first and second coupling sleeves 1132, 1133 secure the position of the second cord wrap 1131 on the mounting member by virtue of their resilient abutment with the first and second mounting rods 1111, 1112. In this example, the lower ends of the first coupling sleeve 1132 and the second coupling sleeve 1133 are sealed. In this way, when the second cord winding member 113 is attached, the seal portion abuts against the end portions of the first attachment rod 1111 and the second attachment rod 1112, and the position of the second cord winding portion 1131 is prevented from shifting during cord winding.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one example, the first rope winding member 112 further includes a first mounting sleeve 1122 and a second mounting sleeve 1123, the first mounting sleeve 1122 and the second mounting sleeve 1123 are respectively disposed at two ends of the second rope winding portion 1131, the first mounting sleeve 1122 and the second mounting sleeve 1123 are respectively sleeved on the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112, and the first mounting sleeve 1122 and the second mounting sleeve 1123 are respectively provided with a mounting hole, and are fixed by a first fastener 1124, specifically, fixed to the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112 by passing a bolt through a nut and the mounting hole. In this way, the first rope winding member 112 can be moved on the mounting member to adjust the distance between the first rope winding member and the second rope winding member 113, and only the bolt needs to be loosened to move the first mounting sleeve 1122 and the second mounting sleeve 1123, and then the bolt needs to be tightened.
In the illustrated specific example, the first rope winding portion 1121 has a straight rod structure, the first rope winding member 112 further has a reinforcing rod 125, and the first rope winding portion 1121, the reinforcing rod 125, the first mounting sleeve 1122, and the second mounting sleeve form a square frame structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one example, the rope winding frame 110 further includes a reinforcing rod 114, two ends of the reinforcing rod 114 are respectively connected to the first mounting rod 1111 and the second mounting rod 1112, and the reinforcing rod 114 is located between the first rope winding member 112 and the movable base plate 120. The reinforcing bar 114 connecting the first mounting bar 1111 and the second mounting bar 1112 is provided, so that the stability of the entire rope reel 110 can be improved.
In one example, the number of stiffeners 114 is multiple. In the particular example illustrated, the number of stiffeners 114 is two.
In the illustrated embodiment, the reinforcing bar 114 is disposed in parallel with the first and second rope portions 1121, 1131, that is, the reinforcing bar 114 is disposed perpendicular to the first and second mounting bars 1111, 1112.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in one example, the movable backing plate 120 includes a connection portion 121 and an immersion portion 122, the connection portion 121 is movably connected with the mounting member, and the immersion portion 122 is disposed on a side of the connection portion 121 close to the second rope winding member 113 and detachably connected with the connection portion 121. When the two ends of the short rope belts 23 with the rubber coating heads are subjected to the second gum dipping treatment, the dipping parts 122 are dipped into the gum, and then the dipping parts 122 are unloaded for cleaning.
Alternatively, the connection part 121 and the mounting part may be connected by, but not limited to, snapping, screwing, and the like. In the illustrated specific example, the movable connection method of the connection portion 121 and the mounting part is similar to the movable connection method of the first cord piece 112 and the mounting part.
In one example, the rope taping auxiliary device 100 further includes a rotary driving mechanism (not shown), which is connected to the rope winding frame 110 for driving the rope winding frame 110 and the movable pad 120 to rotate integrally.
Further, the present invention also provides a rope belt taping method using the rope belt taping device of any one of the above examples, the rope belt taping method comprising the steps of:
winding the rope belt 21 to be encapsulated on the first rope winding piece 112 and the second rope winding piece 113, and expanding the first rope winding piece 112 and the second rope winding piece 113 to form a plurality of ring-shaped structures, wherein the plurality of ring-shaped structures are arranged along the second rope winding piece 113;
performing first gum dipping treatment on the part of the rope belt 21 to be encapsulated, which is wound at the second rope winding part 113, and drying to obtain an encapsulated long rope belt 22;
moving the movable pad 120 to the second rope winding member 113 to lift up the rubber-covered long rope 22;
the part of the encapsulated long rope belt 22 on the movable backing plate 120 is cut off to obtain a plurality of initially encapsulated short rope belts with two encapsulated ends.
And performing second impregnation treatment on two ends of the plurality of rubber-coated head short rope belts 23, and drying to obtain the rubber-coated head short rope belts 23.
