Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of spray-coating type nano-silver melt-spraying cloth, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing nano silver powder, aqueous glue and 95% alcohol to obtain nano silver solution; 2) arranging the nano-silver solution in a storage tank of a spraying device, and spraying a nozzle of the spraying device aiming at the moving melt-blown fabric so that the nano-silver solution is uniformly sprayed on the common melt-blown fabric; 3) and (3) passing the melt-blown cloth sprayed with the nano-silver solution through a drying device, volatilizing alcohol in the nano-silver solution, and attaching the nano-silver powder particles and the water-based adhesive to the melt-blown cloth. The method is simple to operate, and the melt-blown fabric with the sterilization and disinfection functions can be quickly and conveniently produced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a melt-blown fabric, in particular to a manufacturing process of a spray-type nano silver melt-blown fabric.
Background
The melt-blown fabric is a fabric made of polypropylene serving as a main raw material, the fiber diameter of the fabric can reach 1-5 micrometers, and the superfine fibers with unique capillary structures can increase the number and the surface area of fibers in unit area, so that the melt-blown fabric has good filtering property, shielding property, heat insulation property and oil absorption property, and can be used in the fields of air, liquid filtering materials, isolating materials, absorbing materials, mask materials, heat-insulating materials, wiping cloth and the like. The melt-blown cloth is an excellent mask material, and plays an irreplaceable role in large, medium and small medical institutions, in earthquake and flood affected areas, during SARS, avian influenza, H1N1 virus and new crown period with strong filtering performance. However, the traditional melt-blown cloth does not have the function of killing virus and bacteria, so that the manufactured mask is low in use safety.

the nano-silver meltblown prepared by the method is most convenient and fast, and can meet the requirements of emergency and wartime epidemic prevention materials; the melt-blown fabric manufactured by the embodiment has the advantages that the nano silver can be sterilized and disinfected, so that bacteria and viruses attached to the fabrics on two sides of the melt-blown fabric can be killed, and the using effect is good; due to the participation of the water-based adhesive, the nano silver particles can not fall off, and the effective time of the mask is longer.
