It should be noted that fig. 1-8 are exemplary only, are not drawn to scale, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as actually claimed.
Fig. 1 shows a washing apparatus 900 in an embodiment of the invention. The washing device 900 includes a housing 91 and a drum assembly 90 located inside the housing 91.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drum assembly 90 includes a drum 1, the drum 1 is connected to a pulley assembly through a rotating shaft, and the pulley assembly is driven by a motor to rotate, so as to drive the drum 1 to rotate. The shaft, pulley assembly connection and motor are all located within the housing 91 and are part of the washing apparatus 900.
The roller 1 is used for placing articles to be cleaned, such as shoes, socks, clothes and the like. Due to the rotation of the drum 1, the objects to be washed are continuously lifted up and dropped down inside the drum 1, thereby obtaining a washing effect.
In order to enhance the washing effect, the drum assembly 90 further includes a gear 2, a rack 3, and a transmission rod 4; the transmission rod 4 is rotatably inserted into the drum 1. The gear 2 is provided on the transmission rod 4 and is located outside the drum 1, and the gear 2 and the transmission rod 4 rotate along with the drum 1 and move relative to the rack 3.
The rack 3 is used for being meshed with the gear 2 to drive the gear 2 to rotate, so that the transmission rod 4 is driven to rotate. The rotation of the transmission rod 4 may transmit power from the outside of the drum 1 to the inside of the drum 1. This power can be used to actively wash the items to be washed. When washing shoes, the rack 3 is meshed with the gear 2, and power is transmitted to the drum 1 to wash the shoes; when dehydration is to be carried out, the rack 3 is separated from the gear 2 so as to prevent the assembly from being damaged by high rotating speed, and in this condition, the gear 2 only revolves and does not rotate. Furthermore, when no power is required, the rack 3 is separated from the pinion 2.
For example, in the case of the transmission rod 4, the drum assembly 90 may further include a drum brush in patent document CN106137090A, and the rotation of the transmission rod 4 can drive the drum brush to rotate, so as to brush the articles. However, in this solution, the pinion and the ring gear are always in mesh, which causes the drum brush to rotate as long as the drum rotates. For the requirement that the drum is required to rotate but the drum brush does not rotate (i.e. the pinion only revolves and does not rotate), the technical solution of patent document CN106137090A cannot be satisfied, resulting in low adaptability of the drum assembly in CN 106137090A.
In order to improve the adaptability of the drum assembly 90, the drum assembly 90 further comprises a seat body assembly 5, wherein the seat body assembly 5 comprises a fixed seat 50, a driving part 51 and a sliding part 53; the sliding part 53 is in sliding fit with the fixed seat 50; the rack 3 is arranged on the slider 53; the driving member 51 is used for driving the sliding member 53 to slide on the fixed seat 50, so as to drive the rack 3 to move relative to the gear 2. The movement of the rack 3 may be a reciprocating movement to contact or disengage the gear 2.
Because the driving member 51 is used for driving the sliding member 53 to slide on the fixed seat 50 so as to drive the rack 3 to move relative to the gear 2, power transmission between the rack 3 and the gear can be cut off, and the requirement that the gear 2 only revolves and does not rotate is met, so that the drum assembly 90 has higher adaptability.
Further, since the drum assembly 90 requires the gear 2 to contact and engage with the rack 3 during the rotation following the drum 1, it is required that there is no deviation in the relative positions of the gear 2 and the rack 3, which may otherwise occur that the gear 2 and the rack 3 are not engaged or that the gear 2 and the rack 3 are caught by each other.
In order to solve the above problem and reduce the failure rate of the drum assembly 90, the seat body assembly 5 further includes an elastic member 52, and two ends of the elastic member 52 are respectively connected to the driving member 51 and the sliding member 53, so that the driving member 51 drives the sliding member 53 through the elastic member 52.
As shown in fig. 4, the sliding member 53 includes a connecting portion 531, a sliding portion 532 and a rack mounting portion 533, and the sliding portion 532 is slidably engaged with the fixed base 50; the rack 3 is disposed on the rack mounting portion 533; both ends of the elastic member 52 are connected to the active member 51 and the connecting portion 531, respectively.
Due to the existence of the elastic piece 52, the contact between the rack 3 and the gear 2 is flexible contact, even if the relative position between the rack 3 and the gear 2 has deviation, the deformation of the elastic piece 52 can compensate the deviation after the rack 3 is contacted with the gear 2, so that the rack 3 and the gear 2 tend to be meshed, and are not easy to mutually clamp to cause failure.
During the deformation of the elastic member 52, the relative position of the rack 3 and the gear 2 is changed, and is changed toward the direction of tending to mesh.
The elastic member 52 may be a spring or a rubber member. In one embodiment, the active member 51 may be a movable contact of an electromagnetic relay, and the active member 51 is moved by changing a state of current flowing through the electromagnetic relay. The driving member 51 may also be a lead screw of a lead screw motor.
The fixing seat 50 has various structural forms. As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the fixing base 50 has an inner cavity 500 therein, and the inner cavity 500 has an opening 500 a; the driving member 51, the elastic member 52, the connecting portion 531 and the sliding portion 532 are disposed in the inner cavity 500, and the rack mounting portion 533 is connected to the sliding portion 532 and extends out of the fixing base 50 from the opening 500 a; the rack 3 is disposed on the rack mounting portion 533 and located outside the fixing base 50. This arrangement makes the structure of the seat assembly 5 relatively strong.
With continued reference to fig. 4, 5, 6, and 7, the inner cavity 500 has a first lateral cavity 5001, a longitudinal cavity 5003, and a second lateral cavity 5002; the longitudinal cavity portion 5003 has an opening 500 a; the first lateral cavity portion 5001 is in cross communication with the longitudinal cavity portion 5003; sliding portion 532 is in sliding engagement with first lateral cavity portion 5001; the connecting portion 531 and the rack mounting portion 533 are connected to both sides of the sliding portion 532, respectively, wherein a portion of the rack mounting portion 533 and the connecting portion 531 are located in the longitudinal cavity portion 5003; the second lateral cavity 5002 communicates with the longitudinal cavity 5003, and the driving member 51 is disposed in the second lateral cavity 5002; one end of the elastic member 52 is located in the second lateral cavity portion 5002 and connected to the active member 51, and the other end of the elastic member 52 is located in the longitudinal cavity portion 5003 and connected to the connecting portion 531. This arrangement enables the slide member 53 to slide smoothly.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the holder assembly 5 further includes a flexible seal 54, the flexible seal 54 being disposed between the opening 500a and the rack mounting portion 533 to seal the opening 500a and to allow the rack mounting portion 533 to move relative to the opening 500 a.
Further, the rack mounting portion 533 is a curved rod shape, wherein one end of the rack mounting portion 533 is connected to the sliding portion 532, and the other end is located outside the fixing base 50 and connected to the rack 3.
The flexible sealing member 54 is bowl-shaped, the edge of the flexible sealing member 54 covers the fixing base 50 and surrounds the opening 500a, the middle of the flexible sealing member 54 has a through hole, and the rack mounting portion 533 is inserted into the through hole.
In one embodiment, the centerline of the first lateral cavity portion 5001 is disposed parallel to the centerline of the second lateral cavity portion 5002. This arrangement enables the slide member 53 to slide smoothly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drum assembly 90 further includes an outer tub 6, the drum 1 is rotatably disposed in the outer tub 6, and the gear 2 is located between the drum 1 and the outer tub 6; the fixing seat 50 is fixedly disposed on the outer tub 6.
