As shown in fig. 6, specifically, the power transmission mechanism 200 includes: a driven gear 210, a driving gear 220, a cam 230, and a power transmission engagement lever 240. The driven gear 210 is fixed to the bottom of the cleaning accommodating tub 120 and located outside the tub of the cleaning accommodating tub 120, the driving gear 220 and the driven gear 210 are engaged with each other, and the cam 230 is disposed on the power rotating shaft 320. One end of the power transmission connecting rod 240 is fixed to the driving gear 220, and the other end of the power transmission connecting rod 240 is provided with a clamping wheel set 250, and the clamping wheel set 250 is clamped on the cam ring 231 of the cam 230. In this embodiment, the clamping wheel set 250 includes a first clamping roller 251 and a second clamping roller 252, and the first clamping roller 251 and the second clamping roller 252 clamp the cam ring 231 of the cam 230. As can be seen, the cam ring 231 is disposed around the cam 230 with the rotational axis of the cam 230 as the center, and the cam ring 231 is an arc line structure of those volts.
The operation principle of the water-flow-driven washing apparatus 30 having the above-described structure will be described below:
the hull 20 is placed on a flowing water surface, under the action of buoyancy, the hull 20 floats on the water surface, and the power supply mechanism 300 in the water flow driving type cleaning device 30 is positioned below the water surface;
adding a proper amount of clear water into the cleaning and accommodating barrel 120, and then putting the objects to be cleaned into the barrel body of the cleaning and accommodating barrel 120;
under the impact of water flow, the power supply mechanism 300 obtains an original driving force, the fan wheel 310 is impacted by the water flow to rotate, and the rotating fan wheel 310 further drives the cam 230 to rotate through the power rotating shaft 320;
because one end of the power transmission connecting rod 240 is fixed on the driving gear 220, the other end of the power transmission connecting rod 240 is provided with the clamping wheel set 250, and the clamping wheel set 250 is clamped on the cam ring 231 of the cam 230, in the process of rotating the cam 230, the cam 230 drives the driving gear 220 to rotate through the power transmission connecting rod 240, and at the moment, the driving gear 220 rotates clockwise or anticlockwise and is alternately switched clockwise and anticlockwise;
since the driving gear 220 and the driven gear 210 are engaged with each other and the driven gear 210 is fixed at the bottom of the washing accommodating barrel 120, the driving gear 220 transmits power to the washing accommodating barrel 120 through the driven gear 210, so that the washing accommodating barrel 120 also rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, and the washing accommodating barrel 120 alternately switched clockwise and counterclockwise can achieve good cleaning effect on the objects in the barrel.
It should be particularly noted that, referring to the conventional washing machine, the pulsator in the tub rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, and the clockwise rotation and the counterclockwise rotation are alternately switched, so that the laundry in the tub can be better cleaned. In the present invention, the original power is obtained mainly by the impact of the water flow, and the fan wheel 310 only rotates in a single direction under the impact of the water flow. In order to achieve the effect of alternately switching between clockwise and counterclockwise directions during the rotation of the cleaning accommodating barrel 120, the invention particularly optimizes the structure of the power transmission mechanism 200, for example, a cam 230 with a cam ring 231 is provided, when the cam 230 rotates along with the power rotating shaft 320 in a single direction, the cam ring 231 on the cam 230 drives the driving gear 220 to rotate through the power transmission connecting rod 240, it can be known that the power transmission connecting rod 240 forms a pendulum type motion, so the driving gear 220 also rotates alternately clockwise and counterclockwise, and the driving gear 220 transmits power to the cleaning accommodating barrel 120 through the driven gear 210, so that the cleaning accommodating barrel 120 also rotates alternately clockwise and counterclockwise.
As shown in fig. 1, further, the water driven washing apparatus 10 further includes a spud 40, and the spud 40 is connected to the hull 20 by a string 50. The spud 40 is used to position the hull 20 so that the hull 20 can stay in a position without moving with the water flow, which is critical for the proper operation of the water driven washing device 30. For example, one end of the spud 10 is inserted into the bottom of the river bed, so that the spud 10 is fixed, and the spud 40 is connected to the hull 20 through the string 50, so that the hull 20 stays at a position, and it can be known that the power supply mechanism 300 of the water current driven type washing device 30 is stably impacted by the water current, so that the washing work of the objects can be well completed.
Further, since the water driving type washing apparatus 10 is placed in a river, which has inexhaustible and abundant water resources, water in the river can be added to the washing accommodating tub 120, which is a great advantage of the water driving type washing apparatus 10 of the present invention, and a better cleaning effect can be obtained without worrying about the shortage of water resources. For example, the water flow driven cleaning apparatus 10 further comprises a water pumping device (not shown) disposed on the hull 20, and the water outlet end of the water pumping device is communicated with the open end of the cleaning accommodating barrel 120. For another example, a water outlet (not shown) is formed at the bottom of the cleaning accommodating barrel 120, a valve (not shown) is disposed at the water outlet, and when the valve is opened, the sewage in the cleaning accommodating barrel 120 can be discharged through the water outlet.
The water flow driving type cleaning equipment 10 can be used for cleaning clothes, and can also be used for cleaning fruits which are picked from trees and have dust and leaves, and has good adaptability.
The water flow driving type washing apparatus 10 of the present invention can realize the washing function of the article without using electric driving.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
