技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料。
背景技术
新能源汽车锂电池中除了正极材料和负极材料以外,还含有在碳酸丙烯酯等具有浸透力的非质子性溶剂中溶解有电解质(锂盐)的电解液、或者由浸渍有该电解液的聚合物凝胶构成的电解质层。当该种具有浸透力的溶剂通过形成密封层的热熔接性膜层时,则会产生铝箔层与热熔接性膜层之间的层压强度降低,最终导致电解液泄露的问题。
目前,市场上新能源汽车锂电池包装的铝塑膜被日本两家公司垄断,国内虽然后很多厂家在研制,但因耐湿热和耐腐蚀性能难以保证,综合性能不佳,对锂电池的使用安全存在隐患,也缩短了锂电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,其中的粘合树脂层能够有效提高新能源汽车锂电池在使用过程中的耐湿热和耐腐蚀性能,减少安全隐患,和延长锂电池的使用寿命。
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,从上到下依次包括热封层、粘合树脂层、PET层、粘合树脂层、铝箔层和粘合树脂层;其中,所述粘合树脂层的材料为粘合树脂,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂60-100份、丙烯酸树脂20-100份、聚乙烯亚胺1-10份、聚酯30-50份、过氧化二异丙苯0.01-0.5份、羟基硅油1-10份、醋酐0.1-0.5份、苯二甲酸酯类0.01-10份、爽滑剂0.01-5份。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂60份、丙烯酸树脂20份、聚乙烯亚胺1份、聚酯30份、过氧化二异丙苯0.01份、羟基硅油1份、醋酐0.1份、苯二甲酸酯类0.01份、爽滑剂0.01份。

该软包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先,按如上所述粘合树脂的原料配方称取原料,并经混合后作为粘合树脂原料,制备粘合树脂;然后将铝箔层与粘合树脂通过挤出流延工艺,经钢辊压延,得到铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层,将热封层与粘合树脂层用复合机进行复合,在120-180℃下,再将PET层进行热处理后施压并复合到粘合树脂层的另一面;在PET层的另一面上与铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层进行再次复合,且与铝箔层直接接触,即得用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料。
复合的工艺和参数如下:使用3克120线涂布辊,三段烘箱温度分别设定为60℃、80℃、90℃,复合速度60m/min,涂布量4.5g/m2,固化温度为80℃,固化时间为48h。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提出了一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,从上到下依次包括热封层、粘合树脂层、PET层、粘合树脂层、铝箔层和粘合树脂层,其中,粘合树脂层的材料为粘合树脂,通过优化粘合树脂的组分和用量,制得的粘合树脂层有效提高了用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料的综合性能,尤其提高了新能源汽车锂电池在使用过程中的耐湿热和耐腐蚀性能,进而大大降低了锂电池在使用过程中存在的安全隐患,提高了新能源汽车中锂电池的安全性能和使用寿命,且软包装材料不与电解液起反应。本发明的软包装材料的综合性能优异,可用于新能源汽车锂电池的软包装中,市场应用前景广泛,值得大力推广。

一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,从上到下依次包括热封层、粘合树脂层、PET层、粘合树脂层、铝箔层和粘合树脂层;其中,热封层为改性流延聚丙烯薄膜,粘合树脂按重量份计包括:双酚F型环氧树脂60份、丙烯酸树脂20份、聚乙烯亚胺1份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯30份,过氧化二异丙苯0.01份、羟基硅油1份、醋酐0.1份、对苯二甲酸酯0.01份、N,N'-乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.01份。
软包装材料的制备:首先,按如上粘合树脂的原料配方称取原料,并经混合后作为粘合树脂原料,制备粘合树脂;然后将铝箔层与粘合树脂通过挤出流延工艺,经钢辊压延,得到铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层,将热封层与粘合树脂层用复合机进行复合,再将PET层在经热处理120℃条件下施加压力复合到粘合树脂层的另一面上;在PET层的另一面上与铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层进行再次复合,且与铝箔层直接接触,即得用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1。

一种用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,从上到下依次包括热封层、粘合树脂层、PET层、粘合树脂层、铝箔层和粘合树脂层;其中,的热封层为改性流延聚丙烯薄膜,粘合树脂按重量份计包括:双酚A型环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸树脂100份、聚乙烯亚胺10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯50份、过氧化二异丙苯0.5份、羟基硅油10份、醋酐0.5份、邻苯二甲酸酯10份、油酸酰胺与N,N'-乙撑双硬脂酰胺的混合物5份。

软包装材料的制备:首先,按如上粘合树脂的原料配方称取原料,并经混合后作为粘合树脂原料,制备粘合树脂;然后将铝箔层与粘合树脂通过挤出流延工艺,经钢辊压延,得到铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层,将热封层与粘合树脂层用复合机进行复合,再将PET层在经热处理150℃条件下施加压力复合到粘合树脂层的另一面上;在PET层的另一面上与铝箔层与粘合树脂层的复合层进行再次复合,且与铝箔层直接接触,即得用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品3。
实施例4
将实施例1-3制得的用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1-3,分别进行耐湿热,所得结果如下表1所示。
其中,耐湿热性能检测条件为:将实施例1-3制得的用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1-3切成条,每个样品2条,于60℃、90%RH相对湿度的高温高湿箱中放置72小时和96小时后,观察有无分层、变色现。
测试结果见表1:

从表1可以看出,将实施例1-3制得的软包装材料成品1-3在经过60℃、90%RH相对湿度的高温高湿箱中放置72小时和96小时后,依然无分层且无变色,耐湿热性能优异,可大大降低锂电池在使用过程中存在的安全隐患,提高新能源汽车中锂电池的安全性能和使用寿命。
实施例5
将实施例1-3制得的用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1-3,进行耐腐蚀性能检测,所得结果如下表2所示。
其中,耐腐蚀性能检测条件为:
将实施例1-3制得的用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1-3切成条,每个样品2条,规格为5×8cm,置于电解液中,在80℃的高温下,静置24小时和72小时,取出软包装材料,观察软包装材料外表面与内表面的腐蚀情况。
腐蚀情况分为如下几个等级:
1)表面无变化,材料无卷曲,各层之间不易撕开;
2)表面边缘有卷曲,表面无破损,各层之间不易撕开;
3)材料边缘及内部均有卷曲,表面有破损,各层之间容易撕开;
4)材料卷曲破损严重,表层脱落,其他层均容易撕开。
测试结果见表2:

由表2可以看出,实施例1-3制得的用于包装新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料成品1-3的外表面与内表面几乎没有腐蚀,其耐腐蚀性能优异,可大大降低锂电池在使用过程中存在的安全隐患,提高新能源汽车中锂电池的安全性能和使用寿命。
对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,对本发明做出的简单改进都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的工艺及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于新能源汽车锂电池的软包装材料,其特征在于,从上到下依次包括热封层、粘合树脂层、PET层、粘合树脂层、铝箔层和粘合树脂层;其中,所述粘合树脂层的材料为粘合树脂,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂60-100份、丙烯酸树脂20-100份、聚乙烯亚胺1-10份、聚酯30-50份、过氧化二异丙苯0.01-0.5份、羟基硅油1-10份、醋酐0.1-0.5份、苯二甲酸酯类0.01-10份、爽滑剂0.01-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂60份、丙烯酸树脂20份、聚乙烯亚胺1份、聚酯30份、过氧化二异丙苯0.01份、羟基硅油1份、醋酐0.1份、苯二甲酸酯类0.01份、爽滑剂0.01份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸树脂100份、聚乙烯亚胺10份、聚酯50份、过氧化二异丙苯0.5份、羟基硅油10份、醋酐0.5份、苯二甲酸酯类10份、爽滑剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述粘合树脂按重量份计包括:环氧树脂80份、丙烯酸树脂60份、聚乙烯亚胺5份、聚酯40份、过氧化二异丙苯0.25份、羟基硅油5份、醋酐0.3份、苯二甲酸酯类5份、爽滑剂2.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂选自双酚A环氧树脂、双酚S环氧树脂或双酚F环氧树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述苯二甲酸酯类选自邻苯二甲酸酯、对苯二甲酸酯或间苯二甲酸中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述聚酯选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂选自硬脂酰胺、芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、N,N'-乙撑双硬脂酰胺或山嵛酸酰胺中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的软包装材料,其特征在于,所述的热封层为改性流延聚丙烯薄膜。
