Abstract
The invention discloses a modified silicon waterproof coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of organic silicon rubber, 12-16 parts of curing agent, 30-50 parts of silica gel, 8-12 parts of coupling agent, 16-20 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 18-22 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 7-11 parts of pigment and filler, 4-8 parts of film-forming assistant, 6-10 parts of flatting agent, 35-55 parts of light calcium carbonate, 35-55 parts of talcum powder, 20-24 parts of emulsifier and 12-16 parts of titanium dioxide. The invention is nontoxic, tasteless, non-inflammable, safe and reliable, has long service life, can still maintain the performance at low temperature, has better hydrophobicity, can form a rough surface needle-shaped structure on the surface, prevents sewage and dirt from remaining and has certain self-cleaning function.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a modified silicon waterproof coating.
Background
The waterproof coating is a coating which can prevent rainwater or underground water from leaking through a coating film formed by the coating, and the waterproof coating can be divided into the following components according to the coating state and form: emulsion, solvent, reactive and modified asphalts. There are two broad categories of waterproof materials on the market: one is waterproof polyurethane paint. Such materials are generally made from polyurethane and coal tar as raw materials. The volatile tar gas has high toxicity and is not easy to remove, so the volatile tar gas is prohibited to be used in China in 2000. The polyurethane waterproof paint is sold by replacing coal tar with asphalt as raw material. However, when such a coating material is used, it is generally diluted with an organic solvent containing toluene, xylene, etc., and thus it also has toxicity; another class is polymer cement based waterproofing coatings. It is composed of emulsion synthesized by several water-base polymers and high-quality cement mixed with various additives, and the flexibility of polymer (resin) and rigidity of cement are combined into one body, so that it is excellent in impermeability and stability. Its advantages are convenient construction, low cost, short construction period, no poison and environmental protection. Thus, polymer cement-based has become a leading element of the waterproof coating market.
Various coatings are available in the market at present, in order to reduce cost, materials such as silicon tar, potassium silicate, sodium silicate and lithium silicate are selected as silicon components, the permeability of the product is low, the volatility is strong, the actual drying after a coating film is formed is difficult to realize, the product is easy to carbonize into black powder after high temperature, and the environmental protection performance is poor, so that a modified silicon waterproof coating is provided to solve the problems.

The modified silicon waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of organic silicon rubber, 13-15 parts of curing agent, 35-45 parts of silica gel, 9-11 parts of coupling agent, 17-19 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 19-21 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 8-10 parts of pigment and filler, 5-7 parts of film-forming assistant, 7-9 parts of flatting agent, 40-50 parts of light calcium carbonate, 40-50 parts of talcum powder, 21-23 parts of emulsifier and 13-15 parts of titanium dioxide.

The modified silicon waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of organic silicon rubber, 14 parts of curing agent, 40 parts of silica gel, 10 parts of coupling agent, 18 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 20 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 9 parts of pigment and filler, 6 parts of film-forming assistant, 8 parts of flatting agent, 45 parts of light calcium carbonate, 45 parts of talcum powder, 22 parts of emulsifier and 14 parts of titanium dioxide.
The invention has good waterproofness, permeability, film forming property, high elasticity, cohesiveness, water resistance, humidity resistance and low temperature resistance, strong adaptability to base deformation, fast film forming speed, capability of permeating into a base and firmly adhering with the base, no toxicity, no odor, no combustion, safety, reliability, long service life, capability of still keeping performance at low temperature, better hydrophobicity, capability of forming a rough surface needle-shaped structure on the surface, incapability of retaining sewage and dirt and certain self-cleaning function.
