Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for rapidly treating wastewater in a large-scale dairy farm.
Background
In recent years, the dairy cow breeding industry in China is rapidly developed, but the problem of environmental pollution caused by dairy cow breeding manure is more prominent while the yield of dairy products is increased. The breeding excrement is a serious pollution source but also a developable precious resource, and the breeding excrement is properly treated and processed, so that the pollution to the environment can be eliminated, and the breeding excrement can be converted into a valuable fertilizer resource to realize resource utilization.
The aquaculture wastewater mainly comes from feces, production water and domestic water and is difficult to treat, COD, N, P and suspended particulate pollutants in the wastewater have high concentration, the wastewater is limited by the production process and is usually discharged intermittently, and the water quality and the water quantity have large fluctuation. At present, the domestic large-scale dairy farm breeding wastewater is mainly treated by an anaerobic biogas production-aerobic biochemical treatment wastewater treatment system, and because the content of suspended particulate matters, COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the large-scale dairy farm is extremely high, by utilizing the treatment process route, a large amount of suspended particulate matters (suspended particulate matters) in the wastewater and a large amount of pollutants such as inert COD, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and the like existing in the form of the suspended particulate matters are brought into the biochemical treatment system, so that the water treatment effect is poor, the treatment cost is high, the treatment period is long, the sludge production amount is large, the sludge cannot be fermented and decomposed, and the resource utilization degree is not high. Therefore, a new method which has the advantages of rapid treatment, stable treatment effect, relatively low cost and no secondary pollution is urgently needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention

s2, wastewater treatment, namely, feeding the farm wastewater into a primary sedimentation tank for primary mud-water separation, feeding sediments generated after separation into a sediment tank, feeding the farm wastewater after separation into a biological oxidation tank for further biological oxidation treatment, feeding the farm wastewater after biological oxidation treatment into a secondary sedimentation tank for secondary mud-water separation, feeding the sludge generated after separation into the biological oxidation tank again for biological oxidation treatment, returning part of the sludge generated after separation into the biological oxidation tank, maintaining the sludge concentration required by a biological oxidation system, feeding the sediments generated after separation into the sediment tank, and feeding the farm wastewater after separation into a liquid storage tank;
and S3, fermentation treatment, wherein the recovered residues and excrement can be fermented and decomposed together to serve as organic fertilizer to be applied to farmlands because of the adoption of the degradable flocculant extracted from plants.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the flocculant adding system is used for preparing the powdery degradable flocculant into a working solution, quantitatively adding the working solution into the culture wastewater and intermittently stirring at a constant speed.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the biological oxidation tank is used for further biologically oxidizing the wastewater with transparent appearance to reach the water quality standard of farmland irrigation and realize the resource utilization of the aquaculture wastewater, and the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank are used for carrying out mud-water separation on the aquaculture wastewater before and after biological oxidation treatment.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the sediment tank is used for collecting sediment discharged from the sedimentation tank, and the liquid storage tank is used for storing effluent water after biological oxidation and sedimentation treatment for resource utilization.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the method for quickly treating the wastewater of the large-scale dairy farm comprises the steps of quickly treating the breeding wastewater of the dairy farm by using the degradable flocculating agent extracted from plants before the wastewater of the dairy farm is treated by using pretreatment, wastewater treatment, fermentation treatment and the like, directly recovering all suspended particulate matters and most of pollutants such as inert COD (chemical oxygen demand), nitrogen, phosphorus and the like from the wastewater in a short time, and further performing biological oxidation treatment on the wastewater with a transparent appearance, wherein the recovered water can be recycled, and the recovered waste residue can be fermented and decomposed together with excrement to serve as an organic fertilizer to be applied to farmlands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
A method for quickly treating wastewater in a large-scale dairy farm, which comprises pretreatment, wastewater treatment and fermentation treatment,
s1, pretreatment, namely, before the wastewater of the farm is collected and treated through a pipeline, removing large pollutants carried in the wastewater of the farm through a grid, primarily precipitating, then putting the wastewater of the farm without the large pollutants into a regulating tank to regulate the water quality and the water quantity of the wastewater of the farm, putting the regulated wastewater of the farm into a biological screening tank, preparing a working solution from a degradable flocculant extracted from powdery plants by a flocculant adding system, putting the working solution into the biological screening tank, wherein the dosage of the biological flocculant is 30 percent less than that of PAM, the flocculation effect is better than that of PAM, the experimental contrast sludge yield is reduced by 50 percent, the flocculant adding system strictly controls the temperature, the PH and the concentration of the working solution to ensure that the flocculation process achieves the best effect, quantitatively adding the wastewater into the culture and intermittently stirring at a constant speed, and fully mixing the culture wastewater and the flocculant to perform rapid flocculation treatment on the culture wastewater, therefore, all suspended particulate matters and most of pollutants such as inert COD, nitrogen, phosphorus and the like are directly recovered from the wastewater in a short time, and before the wastewater in the farm enters a biochemical system, other dispersed or flocculated substances such as suspended matters, most of inert COD, fat and the like in the wastewater are effectively removed through the biological screening unit, so that the wastewater can be effectively treated to the level of biochemical stable operation, the volume load of a biological oxidation unit can be reduced by 30%, the energy consumption is reduced by 30%, and the construction investment and the operation cost are reduced;

s3, fermentation treatment, namely, because the degradable flocculant extracted from plants is adopted, the recovered slag can be fermented and decomposed together with excrement and then is used as an organic fertilizer to be applied to farmlands, so that the method is environment-friendly, has no secondary pollution risk and improves the resource utilization degree;
the comparison result of the pollutant content of the untreated wastewater and the wastewater treated by the treatment method is as follows:
