Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to water environment purification, and particularly provides a preparation for eliminating euglena and quickly restoring aquaculture water environment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the density of aquaculture is increased along with the improvement of aquaculture cost, the yield of per unit production is refreshed continuously, the load of the self-purification capacity of the water body of the aquaculture pond is increased, the content of dissolved oxygen in the water body is reduced easily, the content of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite is increased, and aquaculture organisms are easily killed due to the deterioration of water quality. The consequences of eutrophication, water quality deterioration, disease outbreak and the like of the water body are destroying the healthy and benign sustainable development of aquaculture. The development of high-bait-throwing and high-fertilizer-applying type aquaculture, organic matters such as residual bait, excrement, solid and the like in the water body exceed the maximum load capacity of the water body environment, and the circulating decomposition process of the substances is hindered. In addition, the outbreak and sudden death of blue algae and euglena can cause the poisoning of algae toxins of aquatic organisms, and is also one of the factors causing the mass death of aquatic animals.
The cause of the formation of the cyanobacterial bloom is complex and the regulation is difficult. Some people use physical (adsorption, filtration, etc.) methods to regulate blue algae, but the methods are not suitable for aquaculture ponds; chemical methods (such as copper sulfate) are also reported to kill blue algae, but chemical drugs also kill other algae and can cause harm to cultivated animals. The erythromycin or penicillins are used for preventing and controlling blue algae by people, but because the erythromycin or penicillins are difficult to decompose and form corresponding resistance to microorganisms in the environment, the drug-resistant strains are expanded, and the ecological balance is damaged.
Based on the problems, the invention provides a preparation for eliminating euglena and quickly restoring aquaculture water environment and a preparation method thereof.
