Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
The present invention provides a carrier 100 for transporting rolled goods, such as rolled steel, comprising a base 110 and at least a pair of saddles 120. It can be understood that at least two brackets 100 are required to support the coil steel when the coil steel is transported. The bracket 100 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
The base 110 includes at least one support beam 111. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the base 110 includes two support beams 111, and the two support beams 111 are spaced apart and arranged in parallel. The support beam 111 includes a pair of cross members 113 and a plurality of positioning members 114 between the pair of cross members 113. The pair of beams 113 are arranged in parallel, and the positioning member 114 is perpendicular to the beams 113. The spacers 114 extend through the cross member 113 and have their ends welded to the cross member 113 to secure the strength of the base 110.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of positioning members 114 are provided at equal intervals. Fig. 2 exemplarily shows that fourteen positioning members 114 are disposed between the pair of beams 113, wherein seven positioning members 114 are disposed at one ends of the pair of beams 113 at equal intervals, and the other seven positioning members 114 are disposed at the other ends of the pair of beams 113 at equal intervals. Specifically, the base 110 may have a lengthwise centerline R, wherein seven of the positioning members 114 and seven other positioning members 114 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the centerline R. The cross-section of the positioning member 114 may be circular, rectangular, square, or any other suitable shape. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the number of the positioning members 114 is not limited to the present embodiment.
A pair of saddles 120 is shown in fig. 1 as being disposed opposite above the support beam 111. Preferably, the pair of saddles 120 are symmetrically disposed along the length direction of the support beam 111. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that two pairs of saddles 120 or more than two pairs of saddles 120 may be provided above the support beam 111 as desired.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the saddle 120 has a stopper groove 123 opened downward, the positioning member 114 is at least partially received in the stopper groove 123 in a state where the saddle 120 is supported on the support beam 111 to prevent the saddle 120 from moving in a horizontal direction with respect to the support beam 111, and the saddle 120 is engaged with the positioning member 114 through the stopper groove 123 to be positioned at least two different positions to change a distance between a pair of saddles 120, whereby the carriage 100 of the present invention can be used to transport coil steels of different specifications.
As shown in fig. 3, the saddle 120 includes a main body portion 121 and a projection extending downward from the main body portion 121, and a stopper groove 123 is provided on the projection. In the illustrated embodiment, the projections are configured as a pair of baffles 122, the pair of baffles 122 being arranged in parallel. The baffle 122 may be configured to extend downward from the bottom surface of the body part 121 substantially in the vertical direction. The baffle 122 may be welded to the body portion 121. The maximum distance C (refer to fig. 3) between the pair of baffles 122 is smaller than the distance B (refer to fig. 2) between the pair of cross members 113 of the support beam 111, so that when the saddle 120 is supported above the support beam 111, the pair of baffles 122 is located between the pair of cross members 113 to restrict the saddle 120 from moving in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the cross members 113.
The baffle 122 is provided with a plurality of retaining grooves 123. Fig. 3 exemplarily shows that five limiting grooves 123 are formed in the baffle 122, and the five limiting grooves 123 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the baffle 122. The stopper groove 123 may be configured as a semicircular groove or a U-shaped groove. The width of the retaining groove 123 may be slightly greater than the diameter of the positioning member 114. The spacing between two adjacent limiting grooves 123 is equal to the spacing between two adjacent positioning members 114. In the present embodiment, the number of the stopper grooves 123 is smaller than the number of the positioning members 114, so as to position the saddle 120 at different positions. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the number of the stopper grooves 123 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the number of the stopper grooves 123 may be five or less, as required.
The body portion 121 has at least one side plate inclined with respect to the vertical direction. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the main body portion 121 has a side plate 124. Preferably, the side panels 124 are angled at 45 ° to the vertical. In a state where the pair of saddles 120 are supported on the support beam 111, the side plates 124 of the pair of saddles 120 are oppositely disposed to form a substantially V-shaped support structure between the pair of saddles 120 for supporting the coil steel.
As shown in fig. 4, in a state where the pair of saddles 120 are supported on the support beam 111, the main body portion 121 is supported above the pair of cross members 113 so that the positioning member 114 located in the stopper groove 123 is spaced apart from the projection (specifically, the baffle 122) in the height direction. Thus, the gravity of the coil steel 10 in the vertical direction can be transmitted to the pair of cross members 113 by the main body portion 121 of the saddle 120. The horizontal force of the saddle 120 can be transmitted to the positioning members 114 by the baffle 122, and the baffle 122 is clamped in the two positioning members 114, thereby forming a stable structure to support the force of the coil steel 10 in transportation.
In addition, saddle 120 may also include support pads 125 disposed outboard of side plates 124. The support pad 125 may be adhered to the outer surface of the side plate 124. The support pad 125 may be made of rubber or silicone material to prevent the coil steel 10 from directly contacting the saddle 120, thereby protecting the coil steel 10.
According to the bracket 100 of the present invention, when it is desired to load coil steels of different specifications, for example, different diameters, the placement of the saddles 120 can be adjusted to change the spacing between a pair of saddles 120 to suit the loading requirements. If the saddle 120 is not placed at the position where the baffle 122 corresponds to the positioning member 114, the saddle 120 itself is unstable, and the occurrence of wrong operation can be effectively avoided.
Fig. 5 to 7 exemplarily show that a pair of saddles 120 of the bracket 100 of the present embodiment can be loaded with coil steels of different diameters at different positions.
As shown in fig. 5, a distance D is provided between a pair of saddles 120, the pair of saddles 120 being disposed at a position close to the center line R of the base 110, wherein the restraining grooves 123 of the pair of saddles 120 are engaged with the four positioning members 114 located at the inner side, i.e., close to the center line R.
As shown in fig. 6, a pair of saddles 120 are spaced apart by a distance E, and the restraining grooves 123 of the pair of saddles 120 are engaged with five positioning members 114 located at approximately the middle position, and the saddle 120 in fig. 6 is located farther from the center line R than the saddle 120 in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 7, the spacing between the pair of saddles 120 is F, and the restraining grooves 123 of the pair of saddles 120 cooperate with the five positioning members 114 located on the outer side, i.e., away from the center line R, with the saddle 120 in fig. 7 being further away from the center line R relative to the saddle 120 in fig. 6.
D. E and F satisfy the relationship: d < E < F, so that the carriage 100 in FIG. 5 can be loaded with a smaller diameter coil steel, the carriage 100 in FIG. 7 can be loaded with a larger diameter coil steel, and the carriage 100 in FIG. 6 can be loaded with a coil steel having a diameter greater than the diameter of the coil steel in FIG. 5 and less than the diameter of the coil steel in FIG. 7.
According to the bracket disclosed by the invention, the saddle can be positioned at least two different positions through the matching of the limiting groove and the positioning piece, so that the distance between the pair of saddles can be changed, and therefore, the bracket can be used for loading rolled steel with different specifications and sizes, and has the characteristics of wide adaptability, simple structure, low cost, firmness, reliability and good stability.
