Abstract

The present application provides a food container and a method of processing the same, the method comprising the steps of: cutting the raw paper into polygonal paper; pressing annular bottom imprints and side creases on the polygonal paper; folding the polygonal paper with side creases to form a pre-folded container; heating and forming the pre-folded container; taking out after the food is sufficiently cooled to form the food container; the processing method of the food container is simple in process and convenient to produce. In a first aspect the present application provides a method of processing a food container comprising the steps of:
cutting the raw paper into polygonal paper by using a die cutting machine;
pressing an annular bottom indentation in the middle of the polygonal paper by using a die cutting machine, and folding a side crease in the part of the polygonal paper surrounding the bottom indentation; the side creases extending from the bottom indentations to the edges of the polygonal paper sheet; all of the side creases are disposed around the bottom impression;
folding polygonal paper with side creases to form a pre-folded container, wherein the pre-folded container is provided with a container bottom and a container wall which are bounded by bottom creases;
placing the pre-folding container into a bottom die for heating, and after heating is finished, downwards applying pressure through a small die to enable the pre-folding container to be tightly attached to the bottom die for forming;
and taking out the pre-folded container after the pre-folded container is sufficiently cooled to form the food container.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the side creases comprise a plurality of side crease groups, each side crease group comprises a first crease and a second crease, the first crease and the second crease in each side crease group form a first side surface, and the second crease in each side crease group and the first crease in the next side crease group in the clockwise direction form a second side surface;

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Example 1
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating a food container processing method according to embodiment 1, including the following steps:

s500: and cooling and taking out the parts, and taking out the parts after the pre-folded container is fully cooled to form the food container.
The method is characterized in that:

folding the polygonal paper with side creases to form a pre-folded container, wherein the folded container is provided with a container bottom and a container wall which are bounded by bottom creases;
placing the pre-folding container into a bottom die for heating, and after heating is finished, downwards applying pressure through a small die to enable the pre-folding container to be tightly attached to the bottom die for forming;
finally, the pre-folded container is cooled sufficiently to form the food container.
The processing method of the food container is simple, practical and convenient to produce; the food container can be produced through five processes of cutting, creasing, pre-folding, heating and forming, cooling and taking.
In a preferred embodiment of the side creases, as shown in fig. 3, the side creases include a plurality of side crease groups, each side crease group includes a first crease 1 and a second crease 2, the first crease 1 and the second crease 2 in each side crease group constitute a first side 5, and the second crease 2 in the side crease group and the first crease 1 in the next side crease group in the clockwise direction constitute a second side 6;
the method for folding the polygonal paper into the pre-folding container by the side creases specifically comprises the following steps: the first fold 1 is folded outwards and the second fold 2 is folded inwards, so that after folding the first side 5 is in contact with the second side 6, thereby forming the container side wall.
Preferably, in order to simplify the pre-folding process, each of the sets of side creases may further include a third crease mark; the third indentation may be pressed out by a die cutter to form a third indentation 3 as shown in fig. 3; the first crease 1 in each side crease group can coincide with the third crease 3 in the pre-folding process of the polygonal paper, so that the optimization of the structure of the food container is facilitated, and the polygonal paper is convenient for industrial production and use by consumers.

When the cake needs to be eaten, the side wall of the container can be unfolded along the side creases and the bottom crease to form a disc-shaped structure, so that the food container has the function of a plate, the food container is convenient for consumers to have meals, the experience of the consumers is improved, and the defect that the traditional paper cups and paper bowls are inconvenient to have meals is overcome.

folding the polygonal paper with side creases to form a pre-folded container, wherein the folded container is provided with a container bottom and a container wall which are bounded by bottom creases;
placing the pre-folding container into a bottom die for heating, and after heating is finished, downwards applying pressure through a small die to enable the pre-folding container to be tightly attached to the bottom die for forming;
and taking out the pre-folded container after the pre-folded container is sufficiently cooled to form the food container.
