The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pencil is clamped by the strip-shaped clamp holder, then the pencil is driven by the taking and placing rod to move upwards, rotate and move leftwards and then is placed in the pencil placing barrel, then the pencil is clamped by the arc-shaped clamping block, and then the pencil is cut by the pencil cutting blade.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pencil is clamped by the strip-shaped clamp holder, then the pencil is driven by the taking and placing rod to move upwards, rotate and move leftwards and then is placed in the pencil placing barrel, then the pencil is clamped by the arc-shaped clamping block, and then the pencil is cut by the pencil cutting blade.
