Description

Silk screen suitable for all layouts in marble tile and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic tiles, and particularly relates to a silk screen suitable for all layouts in a marble ceramic tile and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the ceramic tile manufacturing industry, the ceramic tile ink-jet printing technology is a decoration technology for printing ceramic ink for ceramic tile decoration on the surface of a ceramic tile green body at a high speed in a non-contact way by controlling a nozzle through a computer on the basis of the original ink-jet printing technology.
The silk screen printing technology is that a silk screen is used as a plate base, and a silk screen printing plate with pictures and texts is manufactured by a photosensitive plate making method. The basic principle that the meshes of the image-text part and the non-image-text part of the screen printing plate are permeable to ink and impermeable to ink is utilized to print. When printing, ink is poured into one end of the screen printing plate, a scraper plate is used for applying a certain pressure to the ink position on the screen printing plate, meanwhile, the scraper plate moves towards the other end of the screen printing plate at a constant speed, and the ink is extruded onto a printing stock from meshes of the image-text part by the scraper plate in the moving process.
The printing modes of the marble tile are mainly three: the first is to use ink jet printing; the second is screen overprinting; the third method is to combine the above two methods. The three printing modes are respectively long, and different textures and different color products can be expressed in a targeted mode. The product with relatively moist color and luster can embody the clear fine texture of the pattern in an ink-jet printing mode; and some products with darker colors and thicker colors can more easily show the massive feeling and the texture of the marble by overlapping the glaze layer through full-screen overprinting.
The printing method combining ink-jet printing and screen overprinting comprises the following steps: printing a design drawing from a ceramic pigment ink jet machine, and printing a complete set of silk screens on the glaze line. The method has the defects that if the deviation of the ink-jet pattern and the full set of silk screens occurs during production, the burnt defect is caused, the production stability is influenced, the excellent rate of the ceramic tile products is reduced, and the enterprise cost is increased.
"one stone multiple faces" in the ceramic tile industry means that a complete pattern is spliced by several different faces, and if the ink-jet image and the screen are in full registration, each face requires a registration of screens, for example, 8 faces require 8 different screens. That is, one screen cannot be applied to 8 panels.
In summary, how to manufacture a screen which can not only reduce the pasting defect but also be suitable for all the surfaces of the same tile is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "comprises" and "comprising" indicate the presence of the described features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
The term "and/or" refers to and includes any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In the ceramic tile industry, an ink-jet printing technology and a screen printing technology are adopted to draw patterns on a ceramic tile product, so that thick, strong-layering and fine patterns can be obtained; the screen printing is used for adjusting the level, and when the texture pattern of the screen is completely consistent with the screen design drawing original, the screen is called a nesting level screen. The layered net can show the transition layering of each color when patterns with different colors are superposed.
The meaning of 'no registration' is defined in the invention that the texture pattern of the silk screen has great difference in detail from the original design drawing. For example, if the texture pattern of the screen is only a dark texture when it is superimposed on the original design, the screen manufactured according to the texture pattern of the screen is a non-nesting hierarchical screen.
In addition, "a stone and a plurality of surfaces" in the ceramic tile industry means that a complete pattern is spliced by a plurality of different layout surfaces, and if a set of inkjet printing and screen printing technologies are adopted for drawing the pattern of a certain ceramic tile, each layout surface corresponds to a set of layered nets, for example, 8 layout surfaces correspond to 8 different set of layered nets.
Based on the above description, the following embodiments of the present invention refer to a common net, which means that one non-nesting layer net is suitable for all layouts in a tile.
Referring to fig. 17, an embodiment of the present invention provides a screen suitable for all layouts in a marble tile and a manufacturing method thereof, including:
and S1, receiving an instruction of color separation processing on the sample plate image according to the set gray effect, and carrying out color separation on the sample plate image according to the color separation processing instruction to obtain a sample plate color separation image.
S2, receiving an instruction for rotating the template color separation image, and rotating the template color separation image according to the instruction;
s3, receiving an instruction of trimming texture lines of the rotated template color separation image to enable the texture lines not to be nested and color gradually changing and transitioning, and trimming the texture lines according to the instruction of trimming the texture lines to enable the texture lines not to be nested and color gradually changing and transitioning to obtain a non-nested shared net image;
s4, receiving an instruction for superposing the non-registration common net image on the template image and moving the non-registration common net image on the template image;
and S5, receiving and outputting an instruction for generating the non-registration common screen image, and outputting the non-registration common screen image according to the instruction, so that the screen manufacturing equipment can manufacture the screen according to the non-registration common screen image.
Wherein the non-registration common screen image is output according to the instruction, so that the screen manufacturing equipment manufactures the screen according to the non-registration common screen image,
and sending the non-registration shared net image to a film discharging machine for printing according to the instruction, so that the screen manufacturing equipment manufactures a screen according to the printed film negative film.
The printing parameters comprise that the resolution is 2540DPI, the frequency is 74L PI, the gray effect is 41 degrees, and the exposure wavelength of the sheet discharging machine is 630-670 nm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that setting 2540DPI as the resolution of the film negative film already meets the actual production requirement, the texture on the pattern is clear, and continuously increasing the resolution would cause the problems of reducing the film-out efficiency, increasing the cost, and the like. The printing speed is controlled by frequency, printing is unclear at an over-high speed, and production efficiency becomes slow at an over-low speed; gray control color depth, wherein too low color can cause the layering of color depth difference not to be seen when patterns are overlapped, and too high color can cause the lower layer texture to be covered and covered by the upper layer; the wavelength of an exposure light source is controlled to be 630-670 nm, if the wavelength is lower than 630nm, overexposure is caused, and a picture is blank; if the wavelength is larger than 670mm, the phenomena of blurring, ghost image, deformation and the like can occur to the picture pixel points.
Preferably, the rotation command is a 180 degree rotation, a horizontal rotation, or a vertical rotation.
Preferably, the scan parameters of the template image (original template file) are set to 8 bits/channel mode with a resolution of no less than 800 pixels/inch.
Preferably, the template image resolution is 360PPI and the color separation image resolution is 3200 DPI.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that the setting of the resolution of the color separation image as 3200DPI is to embody a clear detailed texture after the image is enlarged, so that a designer can conveniently process the texture on a computer, and the low resolution may cause a blur in the details of the pattern of the document to be produced.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the screen in the nesting position in the marble tile, which combines ink-jet printing and screen overprinting, is transformed into the screen without the nesting position, so that the problem of pasting can be reduced even if the ink-jet image and the screen deviate and move, and the product goodness is improved; in addition, the silk screen without the nesting position in the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for other layouts of the same porcelain product, thereby saving materials, improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost.
Preferably, the unregistered common web image may be obtained by color separating, rotating, trimming texture, and moving the sample image on a Photoshop.
If the template image is processed in Photoshop to obtain the non-registration common network image, the following steps are required to be executed:
step a: the template image was color-separated on Photoshop with a gray scale effect of 35 °, and the processed image was placed in channel 1.
Step b: in channel 1, the pattern on the image is scrambled with a "stamp" tool and then rotated 90 ° in either direction, resulting in image a, as shown in fig. 1, and copied into two new channels 2, 3.
Step c: image B is obtained by rotating the image in channel 2 by 90 ° counterclockwise or by 180 ° in either direction, as shown in fig. 2.
The darkest grain pattern in the image in lane 3 is taken and the lightest grain pattern, image C, is removed, as shown in figure 3.
Step d: dark texture is selected in image C, see fig. 4 for details, and the circled dark texture is the texture of the selected portion. The texture is selected in image C, as are the dark textures in images a and B.
Step e: and selecting the image B, pasting the image B into the image A, and replacing the dark texture in the pasted area in the image B in the figure 1 with the texture in the image B to disturb the original texture layout, wherein the specific effect is shown in figure 5.
Step f: and e, the image A processed in the step e is the non-registration shared net image D, the non-registration shared net image is superposed on the sample plate image, the non-registration shared net image D is moved, the phenomenon of blurring is observed, and if the blurring does not exist (the texture is not blurred after the superposition of the lower layer pattern and the upper layer pattern), the design of the non-registration shared net image is finished, and the specific figure is shown in FIG. 6.
And sending the designed non-nesting common screen image file to a film output machine for film output, and making a non-nesting common screen according to a film negative film by a net making company through net making equipment, namely the screen is suitable for all layouts in the same ceramic tile.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the silk screen suitable for all the layouts in the marble tile, and the silk screen is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the silk screen suitable for all the layouts in the marble tile in any embodiment.
Wherein the tension of the silk screen is 20N, and the mesh number of the silk screen is more than or equal to 180 meshes.
In the embodiment of the invention, it is understood that the screen surface tension controls the flexibility of the screen, the screen with high tension is difficult to contact with the blank, and the glaze is difficult to print on the blank; the small-tension silk screen rebounds slowly after contacting the blank, and the printed pattern is easily scratched due to the movement of the blank.
In order to verify the beneficial effects of the above embodiments, such as reduced blooming, material savings, and reduced cost, the following is verified in conjunction with specific products. For convenience of expression, the silk screen produced by the method for producing a silk screen suitable for all the surfaces of marble tiles provided by the embodiment of the present invention is referred to as an unregistered common screen.

In actual production, each layout needs to separately produce a film negative, and then a silk screen (i.e. a set level hierarchical network) having the same texture as the original template design drawing (template image) is produced according to the film negative, as shown in fig. 8.
The non-nesting common net: on Photoshop, the 1 st layout (layout 1) in 8 layouts is processed according to the method for making the non-nesting common network to prepare a non-nesting common network, and the made non-nesting common network can be applied to other 7 layouts as shown in FIG. 9.
And (5) result verification: as shown in fig. 10, the set 1 (see the 1 st set in fig. 8) of the position hierarchical network obtained by the present verification is superimposed on the layout 1 (see the 1 st layout in fig. 7), and the blooming phenomenon occurs as long as the position hierarchical network moves.
As shown in fig. 11, the non-nesting common net is superimposed on the layout 1 of the original template design, and even if the upper non-nesting common net is moved, the texture remains clear and the blurring problem does not occur.
Compared with the prior art that 8 film negative films are needed and 8 nesting layered nets are manufactured, the production requirement can be met only by manufacturing one film negative film and one non-nesting shared net, the film and net manufacturing cost is saved by more than 80%, and the problem of burnt flowers in production is solved.
Experiment 2:
sleeving the position hierarchical network: the original template design (template image) used in this experiment is the product design of this company (marble), the product specification is 600 x 900mm, and it consists of 8 layouts (design), as shown in fig. 12. In actual production, each layout needs to separately produce a film negative, and then a silk screen (i.e. a nesting layer screen) having a texture identical to that of the design pattern is manufactured according to the film negative, as shown in fig. 13.
The non-nesting common net: on Photoshop, the 1 st layout (layout 1) in 8 layouts is processed according to the method for making the non-nesting common web to prepare a non-nesting common web, and the made non-nesting common web can be applied to other 7 layouts as shown in FIG. 14.
And (5) result verification: as shown in fig. 15, the position hierarchical network obtained by the present verification is superimposed on the layout 1 (see the 1 st position network in fig. 13), and the blooming phenomenon occurs as long as the position hierarchical network moves.
As shown in fig. 16, the non-nesting common net is superimposed on the layout 1 (see the 1 st layout in fig. 12) of the original template design drawing, and even if the non-nesting common net on the upper layer is moved, the texture remains clear and the blurring problem does not occur.
Compared with the prior art that 8 film negative films are needed and 8 nesting layered nets are manufactured, only 1 non-nesting shared net is needed for one glaze line, 7 net plates can be saved, the cost of the film and the net manufacturing is saved by 80%, and the problem of burnt flowers in production is solved.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
