Specifically, the receiving layer 3 is composed of a plurality of transversely extending straight pipes 9; the diffusion layer 4 is formed by a transversely zigzag bend 10; the straight pipes 9 are longitudinally arranged and are not communicated, the bent pipe 10 and the straight pipes 9 are tightly attached up and down, two end parts of the straight pipes 9 extend upwards and are respectively communicated with two end parts of the bent pipe 10, the bottom surfaces of the straight pipes 9 are provided with small holes facing to the propagation beneficial part, and in the embodiment, the overlooking sections of the receiving layer 3, the diffusion layer 4 and the decorative layer 5 are consistent with the overlooking section of the inner wall of the automobile compartment; the inner wall of the automobile compartment is at least one of a compartment bottom surface, a compartment top surface and a compartment side surface; the receiving layer 3 and the diffusion layer 4 are communicated with each other to form sound channels 6 distributed up and down, sound penetrating through the fluff layer 8 enters different straight pipes 9 for dispersion and isolation, and the zigzag bent pipe 10 prolongs the transmission path of the sound; in general, the sound insulation carpet 1 is ensured to have higher sound insulation performance by weakening the sound energy in the transmission and enhancing the sound impedance force in a mode of combining dispersion and extension under the normal material using mode.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the multilayer structure sound insulation carpet based on any one of the above, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. selecting raw materials of the fluff layer 8, preheating and shaping the fluff layer into fiber materials, and spinning the fiber materials into bottom fabrics;
b. tufting fiber yarns, and after tufting and shaping, tufting the lower end of the bottom fabric in a whole row at a high speed by using a row needle machine to lead the fiber yarns so as to form neat and dense loop velvet 11 on the carpet surface; coating adhesive on the back of the blanket, and bonding the bottom fabric and the tufting into a firm whole to form a fluff layer 8; the fluff layer 8 protrudes downwards, is a rough surface compared with a plane, keeps certain fluffiness, can diffuse and reflect sound, and has tiny gaps among the loop fluff 11 to weaken the energy of the sound;
c. selecting a hardenable raw material, filling the raw material into a tool die, cooling and hardening the raw material after demolding to form a hollow rectangular frame 7 with a specified specification, coating an adhesive on the back surface of the rectangular frame 7, and adhering the rectangular frame 7 to the edge of the fluff layer 8 to form the sound insulation part 2, wherein the thickness of the sound insulation part 2 is one third of that of the sound insulation carpet 1, and the thickness of the sound insulation part 2 in the embodiment is 15 mm;
d. selecting elastic raw materials, filling the raw materials into a tool die, and demolding to form a diffusion layer 4 and a receiving layer 3 which are integrally formed; the elastic material is preferably a rubber material, so that the whole buffer property of the sound insulation carpet 1 is ensured while the sound is weakened; in addition, the integrally formed diffusion layer 4 and receiving layer 3 also improve the height of the floating structure, so that the effect of stopping the solid propagation effect is better;
e. selecting raw materials of the decorative layer 5, spinning the raw materials into a top fabric, forming the decorative layer 5 at the upper end of the top fabric through a needling process, coating an adhesive at the lower end of the top fabric and adhering the adhesive and the diffusion layer 4 into a firm whole to form the sound insulation carpet 1, wherein the thickness of the sound insulation carpet 1 is preferably 30-50mm, and in the embodiment, the thickness of the sound insulation carpet 1 is 45 mm;
f. covering the sound insulation carpet 1 on the sound insulation part 2, bonding the sound insulation carpet by using an adhesive, cutting the sound insulation carpet according to the shape of the sound insulation part 2, and uniformly performing a taping process on the peripheries of the sound insulation carpet 1 and the sound insulation part 2 after cutting;
g. the sound-insulating carpet 1 and the sound-insulating part 2 are subjected to nondestructive inspection, cleaning and packaging are completed, and a product certificate is issued and finally placed in a warehouse.
In the step c, after the rectangular frame 7 is shaped, air in the rectangular frame 7 is approximately pumped out through air pumping equipment, so that the interior of the rectangular frame 7 is in a vacuum state;
in step d, after the diffusion layer 4 and the receiving layer 3 are integrally formed, sound absorption units are filled in the diffusion layer and the receiving layer at intervals, the sound absorption units are preferably section-shaped sound absorption cotton, and the sound absorption cotton can further weaken the energy of sound in the sound channel 6, so that the sound insulation part 2 can suppress the propagation of noise in a propagation mode, and the sound insulation carpet 1 is combined to weaken the noise penetrating into the automobile compartment.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (6)

1. A multilayer structure sound insulation carpet which is characterized in that:
the sound insulation carpet separates the inner wall of the automobile compartment from the space of the automobile compartment;
the sound insulation carpet is arranged on the inner wall of the automobile compartment at regular intervals;
the sound-proofing carpet has a sound-proofing component; the sound insulation component is arranged between the sound insulation carpet and the inner wall of the automobile compartment;
the soundproof member has a propagation advantageous portion which is an advantageous portion for through propagation of the vehicle exterior noise, and a propagation disadvantageous portion which is advantageous in propagation compared with the propagation disadvantageous portion;
the propagation unfavorable part is in a frame shape and protrudes towards the direction of the inner wall of the automobile compartment, the propagation unfavorable part and the inner wall of the automobile compartment are in surface contact and are tightly attached, the propagation favorable part is arranged in the area inside the frame of the propagation unfavorable part, and the propagation unfavorable part is adjacent to the periphery of the propagation favorable part;
the linear distance of the unfavorable propagation part protruding towards the inner wall of the automobile compartment is equal to the linear distance of the favorable propagation part from the inner wall of the automobile compartment;
the sound insulation carpet is sequentially provided with a receiving layer, a diffusion layer and a decorative layer from bottom to top;
the lower end of the receiving layer abuts against the propagation facilitating portion;
the upper end of the receiving layer is abutted to the diffusion layer;
the decorative layer covers the upper end of the diffusion layer;
a sound channel for noise to pass through and disperse noise is formed between the receiving layer and the diffusion layer in a communication manner, and the noise which penetrates through the favorable transmission part directly enters the sound channel through the receiving layer;
the propagation favorable part is a fluff layer, and the fluff height of the fluff layer is equal to the linear distance from the propagation favorable part to the inner wall of the automobile compartment;
the receiving layer is composed of a plurality of transversely extending straight pipes;
the diffusion layer is formed by a transversely bent pipe;
the straight pipes are longitudinally arranged and not communicated, the bent pipe and the straight pipes are tightly attached up and down, two end parts of the straight pipes extend upwards and are respectively communicated with two end parts of the bent pipe, and small holes facing the propagation beneficial parts are formed in the bottom surfaces of the straight pipes.
2. The sound-proofing carpet of claim 1, wherein:
the unfavorable part of propagation is the rectangle frame that has thickness, and the shape of rectangle frame matches with the shape of automobile compartment inner wall, the inside hollow structure that is of rectangle frame.
3. The sound-proofing carpet of claim 2, wherein:
the interior of the rectangular frame is subjected to vacuum treatment, and the interior of the rectangular frame is of a vacuum structure after the vacuum treatment.
4. The carpet as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the overlooking cross sections of the receiving layer, the diffusion layer and the decorative layer are consistent with the overlooking cross section of the inner wall of the automobile compartment;
and the inner wall of the automobile compartment is at least one of a compartment bottom surface, a compartment top surface and a compartment side surface.
5. A method for preparing the multilayer structure sound-insulating carpet based on the claim 4 is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
a. selecting raw materials of the fluff layer, preheating and shaping the fluff layer into fiber materials, and spinning the fiber materials into bottom fabrics;
b. tufting fiber yarns, and after tufting and shaping, tufting the lower end of the bottom fabric in a whole row at a high speed by using a row needle machine to lead the fiber yarns so as to form neat and dense loop velvet on the surface of the carpet; coating adhesive on the back of the blanket, and bonding the bottom fabric and the tufting into a firm whole to form a fluff layer;
c. selecting a hardenable raw material, filling the raw material into a tool die, cooling and hardening the raw material after demolding to form a hollow rectangular frame with a specified specification, coating an adhesive on the back surface of the rectangular frame, and adhering the rectangular frame to the edge of the fluff layer to form a sound insulation part;
d. selecting elastic raw materials, filling the raw materials into a tool die, and demolding to form a diffusion layer and a receiving layer which are integrally formed;
e. selecting raw materials of the decorative layer, spinning the raw materials into a top fabric, forming the decorative layer at the upper end of the top fabric through a needling process, coating an adhesive at the lower end of the top fabric, and adhering the adhesive and the diffusion layer into a firm whole to form the sound insulation carpet;
f. covering the sound-insulating carpet on the sound-insulating part, bonding the sound-insulating carpet by using an adhesive, cutting the sound-insulating carpet according to the shape of the sound-insulating part, and uniformly performing a taping process on the peripheries of the sound-insulating carpet and the sound-insulating part after cutting;
g. and carrying out nondestructive inspection on the sound insulation carpet and the sound insulation component, cleaning and packaging, and finally warehousing.
6. The method for preparing a soundproof carpet having a multi-layered structure according to claim 5, wherein: in the step c, after the rectangular frame is shaped, air in the rectangular frame is approximately pumped out through air pumping equipment, so that the interior of the rectangular frame is in a vacuum state;
in the step d, after the diffusion layer and the receiving layer are integrally formed, sound absorption units are filled into the diffusion layer and the receiving layer at intervals.
