Abstract
The invention discloses a hardwood softener which is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 5-8 parts of ethylenediamine, 20-30 parts of ammonia water, 2-5 parts of polyethanol, 1-3 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.5-1.5 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.3-0.8 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.4-0.9 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium sulfonate and 100 parts of water. The wood softening agent disclosed by the invention is reasonable in formula, short in treatment time, good in softening effect, safe, non-toxic, green and ecological, can be applied to softening of various woods, and is particularly suitable for softening of hardwood woods.

Further, the hardwood softening agent is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 6-7 parts of ethylenediamine, 22.5-27.5 parts of ammonia water, 3-4 parts of polyethanol, 1.5-2.5 parts of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.75-1.25 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.5-0.6 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.6-0.7 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 2.75-3.25 parts of sodium lignosulphonate, 1.5-2.5 parts of sodium sulfonate, and 112 parts of 108-organic 112 parts of water.
Furthermore, the hardwood softening agent is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 6.5 parts of ethylenediamine, 25 parts of ammonia water, 3.5 parts of polyethanol, 2 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1 part of amino silicone oil, 0.55 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.65 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 3 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts of sodium sulfonate and 110 parts of water.
The invention has the advantages that: the hardwood softening agent disclosed by the invention is reasonable in formula, good in softening effect, short in treatment time, safe, nontoxic, green and ecological, and can be applied to softening of various hardwoods.

A hardwood softener is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 5 parts of ethylenediamine, 20 parts of ammonia water, 2 parts of polyethanol, 1 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.5 part of amino silicone oil, 0.3 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.4 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 2 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 1 part of sodium sulfonate and 100 parts of water.

A hardwood softener is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 6 parts of ethylenediamine, 22.5 parts of ammonia water, 3 parts of polyethanol, 1.5 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.75 part of amino silicone oil, 0.5 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.6 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 2.75 parts of sodium lignosulfonic sulfate, 1.5 parts of sodium sulfonate and 108 parts of water.
Example 3
A hardwood softener is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 6.5 parts of ethylenediamine, 25 parts of ammonia water, 3.5 parts of polyethanol, 2 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1 part of amino silicone oil, 0.55 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.65 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 3 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 2 parts of sodium sulfonate and 110 parts of water.

A hardwood softener is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 7 parts of ethylenediamine, 27.5 parts of ammonia water, 4 parts of polyethanol, 2.5 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.25 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.6 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.7 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 3.25 parts of sodium lignosulfonic sulfate, 2.5 parts of sodium sulfonate and 112 parts of water.
Example 5
A hardwood softener is prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 8 parts of ethylenediamine, 230 parts of ammonia water, 5 parts of polyethanol, 3 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.5 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.8 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.9 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 3 parts of sodium sulfonate and 120 parts of water.

A hardwood softener is characterized by being prepared by compounding the following raw materials: 5-8 parts of ethylenediamine, 20-30 parts of ammonia water, 2-5 parts of polyethanol, 1-3 parts of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.5-1.5 parts of amino silicone oil, 0.3-0.8 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.4-0.9 part of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-4 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium sulfonate and 100 parts of water.
