The paint spraying component 7-2 is selected from existing paint spraying equipment, namely, the paint spraying equipment is purchased and then directly installed on the paint spraying bracket 7-1, a plurality of paint spraying equipment can be selected in the prior art, and the structure of the paint spraying component is not described in detail in the patent. The paint spraying device 7 is used for spraying varnish on the surface of the pavement brick passing from the lower part to form a protective layer on the brick surface. Wherein, first drying device 4 mainly used provides first step stoving function, gets rid of a large amount of moisture on the brick face behind the soft link of throwing, and second drying device 6 is used for further guaranteeing the stoving effect, makes the brick face become comparatively dry so that spout the varnish, and third drying device 8 is used for drying the pavior brick after spraying paint, the drying of varnish with higher speed.
In this embodiment, the conveying direction of the first conveying device 3 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the second conveying device 9, so that the structural compactness of the whole equipment can be improved. It is conceivable that the conveying directions of the first conveyor 3 and the second conveyor 9 may also be parallel, i.e. the direction of flow of the road bricks does not change in both conveying links. In the latter case, the transfer device 5 can be omitted, since the tiles do not need to be transferred.
The working process is as follows:
the head end of the first conveying device 3 is connected with the front device and used for receiving the pavement bricks, wherein the pavement bricks are products cured for a certain time, and the surfaces of the pavement bricks are not completely hardened;
the pavior brick is wetted when passing through a water curtain formed by the spraying device 2 and is polished at high speed by each polishing surface rotating roller 1-1 and the polishing surface brush hair 1-2 when passing through the polishing device 1;
the pavement bricks flow backwards and are dried for the first time when passing through the first drying device 4, so that a large amount of moisture on the surface is removed; when the road surface brick arrives at the tail end of the first conveying device 3, namely below the transfer device 5, the air cylinder 5-6 drives the push plate 5-7 to move downwards to a low position, the moving motor 5-9 is started, the translation frame 5-4 and the accessory parts thereof move, the push plate 5-7 transfers the road surface bricks from the tail end of the first conveying device 3 to the head end of the second conveying device 9, and then the road surface bricks reset and move; the second drying treatment is completed in the transferring process;
the pavement bricks flow backwards, are sprayed with varnish when passing through the paint spraying device 7, are dried for the third time when passing through the third drying device 8, and form a varnish protective layer on the surface layers of the brick surfaces; the pavior bricks are taken down manually or mechanically after moving to the tail end of the second conveying device 9 and transferred to a maintenance place.
